Negative experience: Not sure why I choose to visit this place but will be looking for a new Dentist, appointments are always late. The place is really unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very pleasant and kind and I had the pleasure of having Sana as my hygienist and she was very thorough and talked my through my entire process and also gave me advice and a thorough run down of my new regimen.

Negative experience: Unfortunately the standard of services has dropped here. Once you book an appointment , they will call you the next day or so to try get you to change it to another time. The dentist misses areas of the teeth and doesn't clean it properly. They really need to stop the hygiene and teeth whitening offer as the whitening treatment for 20 mins does not work, it just increases sensitivity. Results were worse than what I began with. Save your money and go else where.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lakhandeep S Dhanda and assistant Sophia. July 25 visit. Dr Dhanda was amazing honest and transparent from the first visit. My consultation was valuable. He answered all my questions. On the 2nd visit I had my treatment. (Composite Bonding). He listened to everything and paid attention to my suggestions. Results were amazing. He is an expentional Dental Surgeon and would recommend to anyone. PK London. Branch visited Romford Mall.Romford Essex.

Negative experience: Worst teeth whitening ever! GO AND SAVE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! It makes sense why they are continuously doing deals on their teeth whitening and hygiene care as your teeth are barely whitened. Save yourself the trouble and get them whitened elsewhere because there is absolutely no difference. Complete rip off.

Fantastic experience: over a decade since i’d been to any sort of dentist due to pure fear. decided to schedule an appointment for 1- consultation a 2- a filling on my second visit. Dr Lakhandeep was amazing at keeping me calm and relaxed whilst also being super professional and friendly, his colleague sophia (i believe) was also very helpful. amazing dentistry!

Negative experience: I had a hygiene clean appointment booked. I called up and asked a male receptionist staff to delay it by 30mins they said they can’t but can rebook me. I thought that was fair and friendly. I then booked another appointment. I get a call 6minutes before the original appointment saying my deposit is gone. Even though another staff who I spoke to said it was fine for me to attend another day literally minutes earlier. I told the staff it wasn’t fair otherwise I would have attended the original appointment if I knew they would do this. She was dismissive and mentioned a few times my deposit is gone. After talking back and forth and going In circles on the phone they realised it was their fault and it wasn’t fair what they were doing to me and taking my deposit. Especially as one of their staffs already sent me a booking text for the new appointment and didnt say anything about deposit being gone. Anyway, I attended and had my appointment. It felt rushed. I could see the female receptionist (with glasses) who was quite rude on the phone earlier to me. She seemed abit stressed in the front receptionist. And so could see why she came across rude on the phone to me. 2 stars given because of the receptionist and how I was rudely spoken to on the phone. Also there was a free offer for free teeth whitening but again the same receptionist was very dismissive and didnt even want to entertain a conversation on this. If I I didnt fight my corner for fairness then for sure my money would have been entirely lost. Not sure if I would come again. Maybe she just had an off day. Ashame as I live local and I have got friends and family who is looking for a new dentist in Romford town area.

Negative experience: Almost a scam? Cancelled my husband's appointment 5 times in a row. He's an officer and had to go to the dentist after a night shift just for it to be cancelled again and again. At least we got our money back but we've wasted 2 months. Useless

Negative experience: To Dr Harpinder. I just want to express how disappointed and disrespected I feel after you have chosen to ignore all of my calls and messages regarding this vacancy. I have continuously tried to call you since you have given me a contract and had also declined another job offer. You have been very unprofessional throughout this process and fail to communicate. I can understand if you do not wish to take me on as an employee but there is no harm is communicating this across. Had I of signed the contract you offered me I would’ve felt very uneasy as you would’ve continued to ignore me. As you have been ignoring my previous messages I doubt you will see this therefore I will email and send a text message to your practice email and personal email. I will also leave a google review to express my dissatisfaction as you have treated me very wrongly with no explanation. I am heavily disappointed Samirah

Negative experience: This message expresses my dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent appointment. I had specifically requested to see the same dentist I saw last time for my cleaning, but when I arrived, a different dentist was there to see me. I was not informed in advance of this change, which left me feeling surprised and confused. If I specifically requested to see the same dentist, why was I assigned a different one without any communication? Additionally, when the receptionist called me to confirm the appointment, she incorrectly stated that my appointment was at 2:45 PM, while I had originally scheduled it for 3:00 PM. Instead of insisting on a different time, it would have been more appropriate to ask if I was available to come earlier. Lastly, I found the overall handling of the situation unprofessional, and I believe improvements in communication and customer service are needed.

Negative experience: Been going there for a few years for a scale & polish, but they recently increased their prices from £60 to £99 without informing me before treatment and demanded I pay the increased price. They have a nice Dentist office and ambiance I would not recommend them!

Negative experience: Around 5 years ago I spent £3700 on gum surgery (I was 30 years old). I was horrifically scared of the dentist previously so wanted somewhere private that could meet my needs. At the time I was very happy with the treatment, although when I went back after the gum treatment for a check up a few weeks later I was told that it hadn’t worked and they needed to do it again! I burst into tears as it had been very traumatic and had used all of my savings as I was so worried I would lose my teeth. I was then told I could have a 50% discount. This made me feel uneasy so I decided to leave and not book any further treatments. He had also told me that I needed SIX fillings which at £200 a pop was just not feasible for me. I left and didn’t go to the dentist for another 4 years. Fast forward to December of 2023, I qualified for free dental care as I was pregnant so tried somewhere new. I had X-rays and was told I have ZERO decay and don’t need any fillings. As you can imagine I was absolutely flabbergasted. I also discussed the gum surgery I’d had and have CURED MY GUM DISEASE with inter dental brushing and quarterly hygienist appointments in less than a year (bleed score down from 47 to 4) I was also told that the gum surgery I had is usually a last resort and is usually for patients aged at least 50. I feel exploited and ripped off and that my anxiety around my oral health and dentist phobia was used against me to maximise profits. I have awarded 2 stars because the treatment I received was almost totally painless and the equipment they use is far superior to your standard NHS dentist. But I’d get a 2nd opinion before spending vast amounts of money like I did.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I have never felt more judged and more overwhelmed. I was already distressed coming to the dentist but once I became to cry I was told off for doing so. I was not given time to think about treatment options and was pressurised to pay a deposit on the spot for something I understood very little about. Once I decided to find a NHS dentist elsewhere l had issues getting my deposit back and even obtaining my X-rays which I had paid for!! Now I’m going out my dental issues we’re as bad as they’ve been made to seem. Be very careful - they may be guilty of over diagnosis and overcharging - better to travel further for an NHS dentist in my opinion.

Negative experience: I've visited this dentist a couple of times. Once you're there the service is ok. The booking system however is a complete joke. I made an appointment over the telephone for the following week and paid a deposit of £35. I then received a call a few days later saying that my appointment had to be rescheduled. This has happened every single time I've made an appointment there. If you make a booking online, it won't be confirmed until the receptionist calls you and makes you pay a deposit, but evidently, that still doesn't guarantee you'll get that appointment. When I asked for my deposit back I was told they needed to speak to the manager and I *should* be able to get my deposit back. I paid for an appointment that *they* cancelled and with more than 24 hours notice, therefore I'm entitled to my deposit back!. I won't be coming here again as its such an inconvenience.

Fantastic experience: Great patient service. I literally registered to this dentist on the day and asked for same day appointment and was provide with an appointment within 2 hours. Dr Lakhandeep was very professional, kind and gentle on my teeth and had explained everything thoroughly and constantly reassured if I was okay. Very knowledgeable, clean modern dental practise. Negative experience: Terrible service. The online appointments are not real, so no point booking them. They called 4 days after I booked a hygiene appointment(2 days before the appointment) to say the appointments online arent available. Then said they would call me back and never did. Very slow, disorganised service. Needed the appointment before a holiday so they wasted my time as couldn't get an appointment with another dentist.

Negative experience: Worst service ever seen from a dentist. Paid £3500 for my mum to get her Veneers replaced. A year later, multiple teeth have fallen out, they did not want to fix them and actually refunded the cost of 3 of the teeth. I then referred my mum to a different dentist who said due to her bad gum disease, the work on her teeth should have never have been done by this clinic. Now no one wants to touch her teeth, this clinic also doesn't want to fix the problems. After being told they had appointments to see a dentist, they then try and say they have absolutely no appointments at all to even get her a check up and hygiene clean. Absolutely disgusting service, multiple times of trying to be fobbed off. Not what you would expect when paying so much money. I would avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: 0 stars if I could! I was referred here by my NHS dentist for a root canal whilst pregnant. The root canal was completed but due to high risk pregnancy they weren’t able to check the success of this with an X-ray. I then had severe tooth ache a few weeks later and returned to see the emergency dentist as I was in unbearable pain. He would not prescribe me the needed antibiotics due to my pregnancy - despite me getting confirmation from my consultant that antibiotics would be fine. I ended up attending A&E due to severe pain and they were able to prescribe me the antibiotics. I spoke to the dentist who completed the root canal who said that as it was unsuccessful I would be entitled to a refund and someone would contact me…this didn’t happen. Due to me then having an early birth and long hospital stay I wasn’t able to follow this up for a few months. I have since called 3 times and each time been told the manager would call me back..this hasn’t happened. I told my NHS dentist about this who said an email would ensure this was sorted. I have also sent 4 emails, none of which have been responded to. The receptionist confirmed the manage deals with emails directly. I’m not on a waiting list to have the tooth extracted Extremely poor customer service
