Fantastic experience: I have now been a patient with Oh My Smile for just over a year. The initial 'wow' factor relating to a very patient-centred experience, frank and empowering conversations to give me agency for my oral health and professionalism have continued. Both the dentist (Dr Joye) and the hygienist (Miss Iqbal-Wahid) focused on optimising and sustaining my dental health in a clear and friendly fashion. I whole-heartedly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Oh My Smile offer excellent dental services and the treatment is second to none. I thoroughly recommend them. You are treated as an individual and shown how to improve your dental hygiene with encouragement and positive reinforcement. This in turn improves your general sense of health and well being. The dental check up is very thorough and involves checking your neck and jaw for any problems as well as regular scans to detect any changes early.

Fantastic experience: I came to Oh my Smile back in Jan 2024 when I wanted to start my Invisalign journey for my wedding! From the first appointment with Runeel he made me feel comfortable and at ease with informing me of the process of Invisalign and what this entailed. I knew from then I wanted to do it and was excited to see the results! Every appointment was informative & was he so so helpful. My Invisalign took about year! (Just as I wanted it to be perfect for my wedding day) but it was so worth it! The difference in my photos from the 1st appointment to now is just amazing!! I did not think my teeth would be so straight! Just want to say also the staff here are the nicest people ever! Kim you always greeted me with a smile as soon as I came in, always asked how I was & what I had been up to and made the experience of coming into oh my smile so lovely. I needed an emergency appointment due to dental discomfort which developed on Sunday evening. I was seen on Monday and my treatment was successfully completed by Thursday. I then went in to her she couldn’t have been more reassuring and professional so caring and I came out with all my teeth cleaned and polished with no stress whatsoever. Fantastic experience: I recently finished a treatment program with Oh my smile, having had a dental implant and some composite bonding done. Sonia worked on my dental implant, whilst my composite bonding was done by Jurga and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I was a very nervous patient when I first went to Oh my smile, but Sonia and Jurga were both lovely, and worked tirelessly to give me the results I was hoping for. It has made a massive difference to my confidence and people comment on how much more relaxed and happy I see. Everybody I have encountered at this practice has been lovely, from the reception staff to all of the Dentists, hygienists and dental nurses that I met throughout my journey (Im sure I met most of the staff). I will not be going to any other practice and could not recommend Oh my smile more! 5 star team and service.

Fantastic experience: This was my second time using Oh My Smile and the facial aesthetics clinic. I had a B12 injection, anti wrinkle injections and lip filler. The reception area was clean and inviting where I was greeted by name from a friendly member of the team. Straight away this made me feel at ease with a nice personable touch that made me feel valued. I had a very detailed, in depth consultation with Sunita where she gathered all previous history along with what results that I was looking for. Following the procedure, I have had my 3 week check up and I have never been happier with the results. I would 100% recommend and I will not be going anywhere else in the future.

Just over a year later and my teeth are straight, my bite improved and now you can see my bottom teeth when I smile. Runeel is extremely knowledgable about the treatment and as well as explaining the treatment plan he was able to answer any questions I had. Teeth whitening was a nice addition to the deal as well

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend oh my smile enough for all their help this weekend, I had an abscess under a poorly treated tooth from a previous dentist, sim got me in emergency same day and was made to feel welcome and relaxed even when in pain, I decided to then have the tooth removed as the pain was unmanageable and sim got me seen to straight away, they made me feel like no question was too much to ask, I am a nervous person with the dentist but the team there made me feel so at ease, they were absolute life savers this weekend and couldn’t thank them more

Fantastic experience: ***Update*** - Date of visit Thursday 22nd June 2023 2pm: Excellent service by Kimberley and ‘Cherrelle’ (See… I promised I’d get your name in, ha ha) at reception, very personable and the way they were with other patients too was great to see; very professional and caring at the same time. My first stop was the hygienist Summaira, I was made to feel really welcome by her assistant also (apologies, I don’t know your name) as she made me feel at ease straight away by simply asking how I was and had I been doing anything nice today - so thank you. Summaira did a very thorough job on my teeth, even apologising as I was struggling through the procedure with sensitivity and nerves - Her advice was also what was needed for me and easy to understand, made me feel like a person; not just another appointment. Runeel has always been fantastic with me and goes that extra mile, his advice is invaluable and the tech they have that displays my teeth in 3D (no extra charge either) was great - He advised me on everything I needed to know and no question went unanswered, I didn’t feel too rushed and left with a smile on my face… which is rare considering I don’t know anybody who ‘likes going to the dentist’ ! Fantastic experience: I have just finished my treatment at Oh My Smile and I am thrilled with the results. Roneel and his team took great care to know what I wanted, they saw me several times to not only work on my front teeth that had large gaps, but to bring me back to make sure I was happy with the results. I now have 4 lovely white composite front teeth and by having enlighten bleaching all my teeth are shiny white! They are a super friendly team, they listen to what you want and then work really hard, nothing is too much trouble. I am so pleased with my teeth, I would highly recommend them

Negative experience: I had to go for a tooth extraction. After trying to pull the tooth out for an hour, I said I couldn’t go on any longer, as the pain was really bad. 2 days later I am in a lot of pain and it looks like part of my gum has been damaged (missing) by the instruments used. I was waiting for an emergency appointment with a dentist who does this all the time (I was told) but no one called so I found a surgeon myself and I will be going to him to have the procedure done.
