Negative experience: My dentist appointment was cancelled again on the day, this is the second time, although the dentist can't help being ill, we travel a long distance and had already paid the parking. Saw the hygieneist no issues but expensive at £95 for less than 15 mins work.

Fantastic experience: Great experience staff are super friendly and very helpful. Went to have moulds for retainers which can be uncomfortable for sensory reasons, but they were very reassuring. Easy and very quick:)

Fantastic experience: I was recently at Leominster Dental Practice to see my hygienist SharonAll the staff were friendly and professional. My dentist explained everything at my appointment to me and the nurse was very kind and reassuring.

Fantastic experience: Routine examination. I suffer from positional vertigo. The dentist tilted the chair back slowly and paused to make sure I was OK. I was OK. The thought of being dizzy was more frightening than anything he was going to do in my mouth!

Fantastic experience: Had a good visit with the dentist today for a clean up ,Syed is a very good dentist talks you through what he will do and the nurse is lovely as well. Thank you for making me feel comfortable when it is a nerve racking experience at the dentist highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Twenty minutes late for the appointment by the dentist. No mention by reception they are running late. 1/2 appointment only in for 10 minutes. Of the ten minutes 4 minutes waiting for the xray results. Why charge for an half hour appointment! Poor show. Would not recommend this dentist as I was not convinced or confident by the dentist advice given.

Fantastic experience: I broke my tooth and spoke to the receptionist who was very good tried to get me in for an appointment but could not get me in until a few days later but would call if had a cancellation. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant. The dentist and assistant were just as friendly and dealt with my broken tooth quickly and also dealt with my annual inspection. I can't fault any of the dentist staff very friendly and professional. Thank you for fitting me in.

Fantastic experience: Appointment for my first check up with my new dentist was roughly on time, very through check up including x-ray. He found an issue and treated it straight away without need for another appointment.

Fantastic experience: Each time I am due to go to a dentist appointment I’m so nervous, today when I went into the dentists room he made me feel at ease which calmed me rite down. Highly recommended and I’m not nervous about my next appointment in March at all after today. We had a great chat about motorbikes as we are both bikers. The dentist and the nurse were both so kind and helpful, if you want a great dentist this is the place to go. Really can’t thank you all enough, even the receptionists are genuinely kind and caring. Negative experience: I have been an NHS patient at this dental practice all of my life, with no complaints. But my last two visits have been very unsatisfactory. Both times have been early morning appointments and the dentist has been late arriving, because apparently he lives a long way away. I’m sure if I was late arriving for my appointment on 2 consecutive occasions I would have been crossed off their books! The first time I explained that I had only taken limited time off from my work to attend, but I was told by the receptionist that I was lucky to have an NHS dentist! The second time was this morning, again the dentist had not arrived. The weather outside was minus 3 degrees, but inside the building was uncomfortably hot. Another person in the waiting room said she was sweating and when I did get in to see the dentist the dental nurse said she had to open the window, as it was too hot for her to work. What a waste of money, to have the building that hot! After seeing the dentist I always make my next appointment for about 6 months ahead but this morning I was told that, as an NHS patient, that wasn’t possible any more. I was told to ring in 4-6 months time to see if there was availability, the distinct impression was that it was going to be difficult to see a dentist on the NHS. But I was told I could see a hygienist as a private patient. I didn’t enquire the cost as it is not something I want to do, but I presume there would have been no problem getting a private appointment. I will say I have no complaints about the work carried out by the dentist but I find the attitude of the staff to be extremely disappointing and very much aimed at discouraging NHS patients. I felt that I was being treated like a second class citizen.
