Positive experience: Fantastic service every visit. Lovely Staff. Expected high prices for private healthcare.

Positive experience: Dentist was very friendly and pleasant, and I got an appointment at short notice. But £199.00 for a temporary filling I feel is just too expensive, many people would not be able to afford such high cost's. Taking advantage of people with a medical need is not something I agree with.

Fantastic experience: I just had a filling carried out by Angela and Chloe. The whole experience was excellent; treatment was carefully considered, planned and discussed, local anaesthetic very comfortable, and my new filling feels great. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment and was seen very quickly by Rosie Hammond, not my usual dentist Alex. She introduced herself and I felt very comfortable and calm with her. I would recommend the dental practice to everyone.

Fantastic experience: My own experience with Teckham has been excellent, but more importantly the way that they have dealt with with my disabled children has been exceptional; they relocated a surgery to accommodate my daughter (who is in a wheelchair), and my autistic son is usually terrified of any medical staff, but they explained everything in terms he could understand and were exceptionally patient with him, to the point where he now looks forward to our visits. Very pleased indeed.

Fantastic experience: I like a dentist that focuses not just on dental work, but also works on engaging with customers on a personal level. Teckkam do that very well, making visits much more pleasant.

Positive experience: Tha team were very helpful and friendly, but i couldn't get my electric wheelchair (Q500m) into the surgery area could only get into waiting room, they did inform me that manual wheelchairs have been in to surgery though.

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease with her professionalism, kindness, and clear explanations of the procedure. Despite the urgency, the treatment was carried out with precision and care, and I felt no discomfort throughout. Rosie truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. A very skilled and compassionate dentist, I highly recommend her!

Negative experience: I asked for an emergency appointment as had damaged my partial denture. This was on Monday, informed that no dentists available on Monday or Tuesday. Given an appointment for Wednesday. When I arrived, was informed that it was for the following Wednesday!! Is nine days wait acceptable? HMW

Fantastic experience: Recently had my first appointment after moving surgeries due to closure with Teckkam Dental. My disability has sapped my confidence in regards to approaching uncharted territory and new experiences but I needn't have worried. All staff were kind and accommodating and ensured I was comfortable at all times. The dentist did not, as other dentists have done in the past, try to create work £££ for himself and was happy to give my teeth a clean bill of health :-) All in all I am very happy to have found what I believe so far to be an excellent dental practice

Fantastic experience: Had a back tooth extraction with Rosie. Must admit I was feeling a little anxious, but she talked me through the procedure and it went so smoothly. I never felt any pain and did not realise the tooth had been taken out until I was told to bite down on the guaze, that's how pain free I was. Would highly recommend this dentist. I was made to feel welcome from the first time I walked through the door for my initial consultation. All the staff are polite and efficient.

Positive experience: Appointment for an extraction. Unsuccessful outcome. In fairness I was fully aware from the start that due to the shape of the roots the failure to complete the extraction would be a possible outcome however, an earlier white flag might have saved me from the resulting trauma from the 40 minutes struggling inside my mouth. I now have to wait for a hospital appointment to complete the work with no idea at this time as to when that will be. On a positive, the dentist and assistant were both lovely and caring.
