Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Chelsea Dental Clinic enough. The whole team are so welcoming and kind which really put me at ease as I always feel nervous going into the dentist. I had composite bonding done with Dr Justin who I just instantly trusted fully and knew that he could achieve the look that I wanted. I am so happy with the result and I cannot stop smiling. He took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt calm and confident throughout the process. The entire team was warm, reassuring, and incredibly professional. The procedure itself was smoother and more comfortable than I expected, and I felt genuinely cared for the whole time. If you’re considering a gum graft or any periodontal work, I highly recommend Dr. Mitul. His expertise and bedside manner truly set him apart. Thank you to Dr. Mitul and the team for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so easy and supportive! Also shout out to Fae! She was incredibly support through the entire process.

Fantastic experience: After having a bad fall and damaging my teeth four months ago, I had to wait for my gums to heal. When I first spoke to another dental practice, they completely scared me — so it was such a relief to speak to Dr. Pete Niesiolowski (known by his team as Dr Pete). He took the time to explain every procedure clearly and patiently, and the different options available to me, he even made the more complex treatments surprisingly stress-free. His calm, confident manner immediately put me at ease. The result he achieved — using composite alone — was nothing short of amazing. I cannot recommend Dr Pete highly enough. If you have any dental fears, or if you simply want excellent, professional work, I would strongly suggest seeing him. A special mention also to the Treatment Coordinators, who were so warm and welcoming throughout the process!

Fantastic experience: Dr Mitul Shah and Dr Justin Glaister have truly given me back my smile and confidence after needing to have a front tooth removed. The whole team were incredibly patient, taking the time to explain every step of the process and keeping everything calm and positive throughout what could have been a really overwhelming experience. Dr Mitul removed the tooth with absolutely no pain and made himself available afterward in case I had any issues - which made the healing process so much calmer. The retainer he provided as a temporary replacement was already an incredible improvement; something I had been dreading for years turned out to be completely stress-free, and no one even noticed I had a tooth missing! I then went on to see Dr Justin Glaister, who fitted my temporary and final bridges. He was so patient in making sure I was comfortable and happy with the result - and he is truly gifted at what he does. You can completely trust him, and I feel very lucky to have found him to restore my smile! From the initial retainer to the temporary bridge, they made sure I felt confident and cared for at every stage - and the results looked so natural that I even felt great smiling on my hen do (which could have been a disaster with a missing front tooth!). I honestly can’t thank them enough for their care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Justin. This was something I had wanted to do for years, so it was a bit step to finally commit to doing it. I felt that Justin understood the assignment straight away. He immediately pinpointed how to make my smile look better, but also natural, focusing on the upper 8 front teeth. We were working with strict time constraints and he went out of his way to make it all happen for me. I appreciated his eye for detail, his friendly demeanour and felt in top hands the entire time! Fantastic experience: Had the best consult with Dr. Luk today, truly a first-class experience. He really listened and validated what I’d suspected all along: that, despite multiple recommendations I’ve had elsewhere, veneers weren’t right for me. Instead of looking at the teeth in isolation, he considered my whole face, profile, and even my lifestyle (where composite bonding wouldn’t have been suitable either). He’s incredibly thorough and clearly only recommends what’s genuinely right for the patient — nothing unnecessary — and, despite this being a cosmetic dentistry consult, he still put dental health first. I left feeling completely understood, reassured, and very smug about finding him and this practice (where everyone is so friendly!). What a gem of a dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Customer Service That Truly Makes a Difference! I recently had an appointment at Chelsea Dental Clinic and while the doctor I saw didn’t meet my expectations, I was really impressed with their Customer Service and gave it a second thought after a call with a charming and caring lady, called Mary, from the front-of-house team. I originally decided to cancel my second appointment which was with Dr Lukman Athwal (not with the Dr that saw me at my first appt) because I didn’t feel comfortable with the first dentist’s approach and wanted to give up. When I called to cancel, Mary took the time to listen to my concerns. Rather than just processing my cancellation, she asked about my experience. Her warmth, patience, and empathy were noticeable. She didn’t just brush off my concerns — she offered thoughtful advice and made sure I felt heard. The second appoinment with Dr Lukman was what I expected from a doctor. I could feel the difference in the care I received, and I left feeling reassured. Besides that, Dr Luk has a fine and rare ability to make a patient feel at ease, listened to all my concerns and took the time to answer to whatever questions I had.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this practice enough. I have been with them for 5 years now and every appointment is a pleasure. From the warm welcome of Mary and the reception team to the amazing talents of Dr Rhona and the brilliant eye of Dr Sarina Kiani, who recently did an emergency repair on my front tooth (the day before my holiday) and went above and beyond all of my expectations! Absolute 5 stars!

I've not had a good experience with dentist previously and was very nervous and anxious when I first came in, but I was completing put at ease from the very start, and most importantly I didn't feel judged. My Invisalign journey was smooth sailing and I felt comfortable to contact the team at any point with any questions or issues I had. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for over 4 years now and I’ve never been disappointed. The quality of both treatments and advices I’ve received is top notch and I’ve never been in doubt they’ve been trying to push for something I didn’t actually need (which has been my experience elsewhere). Fantastic experience: I have got long standing anxieties with due to very bad dental experiences as a child. This led to further issues as an adult and leaving me with a smile that I would never show. When you have these issues, going to a dentist is then a bigger fear as you worry they will judge you. However, Dr Sarina was open, warm and reassuring from the moment I met her. No judgements, and a full discussion about concerns and what experiences and issues I had gone through. After the initial assessment, we had a lengthy chat to plan treatment, where Dr Sarina was able to identify how to get my teeth healthier and then look to the cosmetic options. After a few appointments with treatments, I have to say I am not sure I’d want to go to anyone else. Even though it’s been long sessions, Dr Sarina has been caring and supportive throughout. Knowing I have anxieties and fears, she’s reassured me, made sure I was comfortable and all whilst doing an incredible job of giving me a smile I didn’t think would ever be possible! Such a great asset to the clinic, and a lovely person to have as a dentist, meaning that my anxieties about going to the dentist are a distant memory!

Fantastic experience: Chelsea Dental Clinic is such a wonderful clinic, from the dentists and dental assistants to the reception team - everything is excellent. The clinic itself is very clean, and has a very calming atmosphere, it almost feels like you could be at a high end spa rather than a dentist office! My dentist here is Dr Sarina Kiani and I cannot speak more highly of her, she is extremely professional and knowledgeable and has a really friendly and calming demeanour (I've never been nervous about seeing dentists but if you are someone who gets nervous, Dr Kiani would be an excellent dentist for you for this reason! She's fantastic). Dr Kiani explains everything clearly, including any potential side effects and risks and REALLY listens to any concerns you may have. I've recently been undertaking whitening treatment with her and I'm blown away by how good my results are already, and it's not even been a week yet! I'd highly recommend Dr Sarina Kiani and Chelsea Dental Clinic - the care you get here is exceptional and the best I've ever received.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mary is incredible! I had a crown which was done over 25y ago which was medically fine but cosmetically less so. I’d been told I’d need an implant but Dr Mary did what she could to save the tooth and replaced it with a new crown, ensuring the root canal was sound too. The results have exceeded what I could’ve ever imagined and it’s helped to rebuild my confidence so I’m less self conscious too. It’s changed my entire smile - thank you! Very professional, knowledgeable, kind and a wonderful person. I’d highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I rang the clinic in a panic this morning, as the filling/bonding on one of my two front teeth had come off last night. Aside from looking awful, it felt very sharp, rough and uncomfortable. I lost my confidence immediately. The lovely Stephanie on reception was so kind and acknowledged my distress. Stephanie was able to relay the situation to Dr Lukman and he was kind enough to see me for an emergency appointment during his lunch break today. Dr Lukman was kind and gentle and did an amazing job. As soon as I looked in the mirror I was ecstatic and couldn’t thank Dr Lukman enough. Negative experience: Dr Lukathwal is great! Receptionist was awful and rude. I backed out of booking a following appointment because of her awful attitude. Someone get that woman fired. Waste of my time.

Fantastic experience: I came today to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted which was part of my plan and about 2 weeks before till this morning I felt terrified. I had an appointment with Dr. Mary and she toke me through all the process in a very friendly and professional way which made me feel comfortable that when she started to have a further look I asked her to let me know when everything was over and Dr. Mary said it’s all done, I was shocked and surprised as I didn’t feel any pain. Dr.Mary is a super professional tooth extractor that I ever met. I highly recommend to anyone and the rest of the team including Dr . Stewert and DR Anglo and receptionist are very hard working, professional, friendly and that take a very good care of you from start till the end.

If you’re a needle phob don’t worry go see Sirina, over many appointments I had many injections but honestly didn’t feel a thing. Fantastic experience: Update I regularly have my dental hygiene with Anna. She’s brilliant. Unlike other hygienists, hers is an efficient painless enjoyable process. She uses up to date top notch cleaning machine. It feels like being in a spa. I was recently referred by my original dentist in Battersea to see Dr Arun to sort out a rather difficult complicated intertwined root canal. It took him almost 3 solid hours to sort it out to perfection, he removed a festering abscess and completely cleared the canals. Likewise, I’ve been referred to Dr Richard pollock to sort out an implant, he is light handed, professional, explains what needs to be done and addresses all queries. I did not have to wait, everything was fitted within the same visit. I also saw Dr Mary, she is highly qualified and professional. She diagnosed so many issues whilst cleaning my teeth. Another hygienist also fixed my retainer to perfection. This clinic has a wonderful team of professional dentists, including Dr Rhona who is tops for cosmetics

Fantastic experience: I had Carly for a hygiene session today, my first time at this dental practice. I can hand on heart say it was the best experience I have had at any dental practice! The staff at the front desk were so welcoming, which helps when you are nervous. Carly and her team were amazing and reassuring. And to give an honest opinion about what I really need and don't need assured me they are not looking to make money, but genuinely care. I have my dentist now!! <3

Negative experience: Very poor - a painful experience with longlasting side effects from which I am still trying to recover. I got a device here in 2020 to stop toothgrinding. It stopped the grinding but had serious side-effects - it realigned my lower jaw backwards and changed my bite. I developed sleep disordered breathing. I am exhausted much of the time. My life has totally changed. The NHS has had to give me a CPAP machine and a Mandibular Advancement Device to move my lower jaw forwards. It's painful to sleep in and I struggle every day now. CDC offered to reimburse the cost of my last visit in 2021 but I am still waiting for this. Please advise what your offer of help now means? 17 June - refund now received after review.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't rate Chelsea Dental clinic any higher! I see both Carly for Hygiene and whitening, and Dr Luk for dentistry and bonding. My experience has been fantastic all round. Dr Luk is the master of the perfect smile and bonding and Carly does the most thorough clean i've ever had!! The reception team are always super helpful and friendly. The clinic has had a recent refurb and is lovely.

Fantastic experience: It's always nerve- wracking going to a new dentist but I can heartily recommend the Chelsea Dental Practise. Firstly, it's spotless and very smart and nice. The reception team are very friendly and helpful. I had to cancel my first appointment and had pre-paid it and they gave me a refund instantly, so I knew then they were a good place and rebooked when I could. Stuart Begg did some repairs to my composite bonding and gave me a lovely clean and polish. He couldn't have taken more trouble over my teeth and I'm very happy with them. I'm planning to go back to him when they need redoing in a couple of years and I think I will definitely make Chelsea Dental my regular dentist. I told my mum about it too and she also had a good experience with them.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth done by Stewart at Chelsea Dental Clinic, he was amazing from the moment I met him. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and I’m so pleased with the results. I wouldn’t let another dentist now touch my teeth, he was so welcoming and friendly. Fantastic experience: I wanted to change my smile and bite for many years . Along the years I started smiling less and even became inhibited by my smile . Finally, I decided to do something about it to get veneers. A friend recommended Chelsea dental clinic so I made an appointment for a consultation . I met Luk Athwal and although very nice , I was a bit scared at first in view of his young age , but through the various appointments, his knowledge - kindness and patience , I trusted him . We took our time and I am very happy with the final result. Luk and the entire team are wonderful and professional. Luk was never rushed , always answered my many questions and although I am not a great patient being scared of any dentist treatments - I had a fabulous experience . Things were always greatly organised- always on time, with everyone always in a good mood . I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have exceptional service at Chelsea Dental Clinic. They are clear and transparent with presenting treatment plans. The staff go above and beyond and the dentists and team make me feel very comfortable and reassured throughout. I highly recommend them and look forward to seeing the results of the refurbishment.

Negative experience: The correspondence I received subsequent to my consultation was inconsistent with the information conveyed during the appointment. Specifically, it mention the necessity of consulting a surgeon, and that I supposedly declined the recommendation. In actual fact, the only professional advise during the appointment was that it would be beneficial to see an orthodontist. Additionally, the letter contained references to certain risks that were not elucidated during the consultation. When I sought clarification on these matters, I was informed that the received letter was erroneous due to a merge with another patients letter which was used as a template. This situation was particularly disconcerting, especially considering the substantial cost of the consultation with Dr. Rhona. It left me with an unexpected sense of distress, as I was led to believe that surgery was necessary according to the letter. Most importantly if the practice adds treatment risk in letters which were not discussed during the consultation, it means that full transparency is not something the strive for. Due to this, I have went elsewhere for my treatment.

Fantastic experience: CDC team is truly the best dental team in all of Europe. Dr Richard and dr Aram are both exceptional experts in their own field. They take so much care and pride in what they do. Front desk team is always so personable, kind and caring. Fantastic experience: I had to write this review today to highly recommend this practice. I have literally just written a review regarding Harriet Shah the Orthodontist at the clinic and again, I cannot recommend her enough regarding Orthodontic treatment after I have just completed a treatment plan with her myself. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Harriet Shah by Amy Walters the Practice Manager at Chelsea Dental Clinic. I was in a bit of pickle to say the least regarding my teeth Orthodontically and I was recommended to make an appointment with Amy via lovely helpful Mary ( who works on reception ) to get some direction on what best I do. Amy is the truest definition of a top practice manager in my experience and clear observation. I explained my pickle of an Orthodontic situation to Amy and without any hesitation she highly recommended for me to see Harriet Shah the Orthodontist and set up an appointment for me. Amy put me at ease with her professional, very calm and competent approach. Amy has a ' can do ' attitude and appears very much ahead of the game as such in her actions as a practice manager and I can see that she runs a tight ship as such that is delivering a top professional service in all round dentistry. Thanks to Amy, Mary and Harriet, I am a very happy bunny right now regarding my recent Orthodontic treatment. Amy has also set up the final stages of cosmetic dental treatment for me at Chelsea Dental Clinic and I am really looking forward to getting it done, therefore seeing the final results. If you need any help or direction as a patient in dentistry to find the right practitioner, Amy Walters will indeed be able to help do that. Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience at this practice! I have had veneers completed by Dr Rhona, she is seriously one of the best in the industry. She has a strong eye for detail and she fully understood what look I was going for (natural). As this was a big decision for me she was really patient and allowed me to really understand the process and make the right decisions for myself. I also had other smaller treatments at this practice and all have been really positive. Also to add, the front office team were also amazing in getting all my appointments book in swiftly. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Rhona and her team more! I had my composite bonding and a gum lift done with Dr Rhona and I am so thrilled with the results. The expertise and professionalism of the team is second to none but equally, their welcoming, effervescent personalities make the experience truly enjoyable. Dr Rhona created a veneer smile that actually looks like a natural perfect set of teeth - stunning. She is a perfectionist and a joy to be around. Dr Mitul fixed my gumline brilliantly and gave me such personal aftercare, he went above and beyond. Lastly, I can’t rate Mary, Sasha and the front desk team any higher. They are just incredible, making it almost hard to leave after appointments as you’d rather chat with them for as long as possible. This may sound like a gushing review but actually it’s purely factual. I’m not one to leave reviews usually but this practice needs applause where it’s due. A unique experience and worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: I had a brutal experience after travelling abroad to have work done to my teeth, I was in extreme pain, and couldn’t find anyone willing to work on the mess that was left in my mouth. I took to social media (tic tok) to share my journey with the hope that other’s could avoid the suffering I’ve endured; this is where the wonderful Dr Rhona Eskander, came into my life, and with the help of ALL the team they basically saved my life. The support I have had from them all, it’s very over whelming, they really are like a wee dental family and they have made me feel part of that! I can honestly say hand on my heart, I’ve never been made to feel so comfortable in the dentist chair (10hrs to remove the old bridges) I was actually given a wee blanket and so I went for a nap, while I was getting my work done! (That’s how comfortable I was) I was expecting a similar experience to turkey as other than that; I’d never really had excessive work done but the difference was like day/night, the Chelsea dental clinic where so professional/friendly they talked me through every step of the procedure, they made sure I understood what was happening and involved me heavily. I was pain free the entire time and more to the point I am pain free now for the first time in 4 months, I feel so good, and this is only the beginning of my journey! This is a group of young Men/woman who are dedicating there time to help me durning one of the darkest moments of my entire life, the love I have for each and every one of them, will last my lifetime! The bravery and the courage of this group of dentists should not go unnoticed, because the amount of work that is required to repair the damage, will take estimated around 12 months. The top consultants of Northern Ireland, nor the school of dentistry would take me on. I can not thank them all enough for everything! The temps i now have on are actually better than my turkey teeth! I actually love them! I would highly recommend the clinic, if your looking for a fun, friendly and professional dental practise then this is the place for you!! ❤️ Not only do they care about your teeth, but they also care for the patient! Fantastic experience: Literally over the moon with my new smile thanks to Dr Stewart Beggs. He knew exactly what I wanted from day one, I had gingivectomy, whitening, icon treatment and bonding, and all these little tweaks have made me so much more confident.
