He has autism and pathological demand avoidance really anxious really struggled and the team went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable even changing the way they did things to accommodate him couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience at Dr Matt Clover’s orthodontic practice in Salisbury. The reception team were welcoming and made booking simple. The consultation was detailed and gave me full confidence in starting Invisalign. A big thank you to Melissa for her brilliant work on my scans and X-rays. She explained everything clearly and made the process easy. Professional, friendly, and well-organised. I feel in very safe hands and am looking forward to my Invisalign journey.

Fantastic experience: I was so scared to get braces when I first got told I needed them, as friends had told me how horrible their experience was, but this orthodontist is amazing! Everyone is so kind and I actually forgot I was getting braces put on it was the most comfortable I’ve ever been during anything teeth related (I’m very nervous normally) the ladies at reception are so kind and as soon as I walk in and speak to them I feel less nervous about my appointments! 100% recommend to everyone x :)

Fantastic experience: Great place, nice people who are doing a fantastic job with my daughter's teeth. Next daughter is going to go there shortly. Minor irritation - opening hours are listed from 0830am but nobody answers the phone until after 9 so if you were hoping to call up and rebook or something...you have to call after 9. Maybe change the voicemail message to say the practice is open but phones are not online until 9am?

Fantastic experience: Brilliant my son had braces and has just been taken off the teeth looks straight and white and amazing thank you for being warm and welcoming

Negative experience: Followed my Invisalign routine to the T. Yet by the time my last tray came around my upper and lower teeth did not lock together evenly. This is worse than when I started, as at least I could have an even bite before. Now due to not having an even bite, my default resting face position is mouth open.
