Fantastic experience: I love this practice. Had an appointment with Dr Mostafa ane came back to see Hannah the hygienist. Both were very friendly, clear with their communication and really informative. The reception staff are also very kind and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I don't get the posts saying the receptionists are rude - they are professional and extremely helpful every time I have attended. Friday 31/10/25 went at 2.40 in person to book an appointment as I needed a tooth extracted (I'd left it too long) by 4.40 it had been done. On the NHS for which I am very very grateful. The dentist is amazing and his assistant too. I am a very nervous patient but all are very kind and understanding. With some people in England having to wait 4+ years to see an NHS dentist, we are incredibly fortunate to have this dentist in Pimlico.

Fantastic experience: I had my scale and polish done by Hannah McCready, and honestly, it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. She was incredibly thorough, gentle and professional — my teeth have never felt this clean before! You can see she really cares about her work and gives 100%. I’m truly impressed and so grateful for the amazing result. Highly recommend Hannah!

Negative experience: I recently had an appointment at this practice, and I am going to be truly honest about my experience. I have been going to this practice since young age, I went in for a hygiene visit for a private clean. I had an appointment with a wonderful lady called Hannah, I was feeling slightly anxious about the visit. She made me feel such at ease and was so kind and gentle with me, I couldn't speak high enough of her. I was hoping to see her again. But she wasn't there for my recent visit (september). I went in and met with a lady called Melody.(if I remember correctly) Already, feeling anxious as it was someone new. I found the whole experience very painful, she was very rough!!! At one point I was feeling very uncomfortable, that she stopped and asked me 'is it sensitive in that area?' To which I expressed the prodding was painful. She was not gentle at all!!! My toes were curling backwards, that's how painful and uncomfortable it was. I was just trying to bare the pain and get it over with. Then she proceeded to add a polish. From what I remember having had this done before, they usually add the polish paste on the application of the brush and then rub onto the surface of the tooth. But instead she got the paste and rub it all over my top and bottom teeth, she applied such a thick layer that there was so much residue left and some all over my mouth. It got stuck everywhere. I don't know what kind of practice this is, but clearly a very careless one! I had to go home and brush all the residue off. I would not recommend going to this person and will not be going to her again. Most people tend to feel anxious when going for these visits and she was not gentle at all. Such poor and careless behaviour. I don't know why, but when you find someone really good in that place, they don't tend to stay there very long. They all keep leaving. Which is a shame as you want the same person for every visit you attend. This experience was not a positive one, totally gutted and totally annoyed, won't be going there again.
Fantastic experience: I'm updating my review from several years ago. I still receive outstanding service from the Dentists - most recently from Dr Nagar Monemi. Hannah the Hygienist is also excellent. The Receptionists and Dental Assistants are also excellent at their jobs and very friendly too!

You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure you’re at ease the entire time. Negative experience: I cancelled with 23.5 hours notice because I had developed gastroenteritis. There was a massive outcry that I hadn’t done this before 24 hours - but I had been vomiting and ill up to then. The receptionist had never heard of the condition, and spoke to the dentist who apparently said it wasn’t a reason for cancellation. And I was to be struck off the patient list as the time before I had been ten minutes late. My GP then thought it was mad - that they must have wanted the money so badly they would risk passing on what could in fact be norovirus. They don’t want NHS patients there I suppose, even though they have located themselves within a sink council estate. Mad. Avoid the terrible hygiene call! The receptionist was clueless about food poisoning and gastro etc too
Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental appointment with Dr. Mostafa, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Mostafa was incredibly thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how he made sure I understood my treatment options. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients' comfort and long-term dental health. Highly recommend Dr. Mostafa if you're looking a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: DR RAMESH SIVA Dr Ramesh Siva is delightfully charming and a genuinely very warm person, whom I believe has done an excellent job in giving me a new implant (he showed me the x-ray of my new implant). I will get a new tooth, which he will screw into my new implant in three months' time when all has healed. He is very reassuring and talked me through absolutely everything in such detail. He obviously loves his work because his compassion shines through... I was in safe hands!! It was also a real pleasure to meet him, and I very highly recommend his work. He gets 5 stars from me...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I now have my new implant. It is perfect... thank you! Dr Ramesh has done a brilliant job. I very highly recommend his work... he is a true perfectionist and a very lovely man. Thank you so much! ❤️ MISS LEAH AMIN I could not dream of a better dentist. Miss Leah Amin is just great from the beginning to the end. I am over the moon with joy about how my teeth look. I could not have asked for a better result. I had composite bonding done on both top and bottom teeth, and Leah did an excellent job. No more big gaps and unsightly colour! I think that they look amazing... I love them. Look at my before and after photos. Leah is also a genuinely lovely, warm person and highly professional in the way she works. Big recommendation... I would not go elsewhere! ❤️
Negative experience: I took my 6 year old autistic and ADHD daughter to Smile One Dentist for her appointment, and our experience was extremely disappointing. While we were waiting in the empty seating area, my daughter wanted to switch seats. The receptionist leaned over the desk and, in a frustrated tone, told her to stop and move away from the empty seating. My daughter wasn’t doing anything disruptive. Shortly after, the manager came out of her office and told my daughter to stop because “other patients were being seen.” However, the other patients were behind closed doors in private rooms. I asked if it was an issue because my daughter was being too loud, or if sitting in a different seat was somehow a problem, or if she was ready to be seen—since they seemed more focused on nitpicking and complaining than addressing anything meaningful. Frustrated, I reminded the manager, “She is just a child.” The manager coldly replied, “We know she’s a child,” but her response included an eye roll and a cold stare, which was completely unprofessional. This behavior made us feel unwelcome and unfairly judged. It’s shocking to see such a lack of understanding and compassion, especially for neurodivergent children. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unkind. I won’t be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone seeking a supportive or inclusive environment.
Negative experience: As someone who finds the dentist quite an anxious trip, I wouldn't recommend this dentist. Felt rushed and not understood, very little room for conversation and care.

Negative experience: I have going here for 5 years but recently a lot of staff changes seem to have occurred, well i see completely new people all the time and the level has dropped. I went for a check up and next day all my gums were inflamed when i spoke to the reception about this the receptionist had said it was not because of the check up, just a coincidence then. I will now find a new dentist in Pimlico area (im private BTW)

Describing this practice as disturbingly neglectful might not adequately capture the extent of the issues. If life and personal well-being and family members are of little value, then this could be considered an ideal dental practice to be associated with. I intend to report your negligent and unprofessional dental practices to the highest dental authority in the country. I will actively ensure that the recommendations imposed by the authority are followed to prevent further unnecessary harm and illness or loss of life due to your operations.‼️

Negative experience: Very disappointed that after being with this dentist since we moved into this area in 2015 I have to look for another one for my son. We had an appointment for this morning and my son got very sick and had to take him to the GP. In the rush I completely forgot to cancel. I have called them straight away we got home and realised we missed the appointment, only to be told by a very dismissive receptionist that we have missed an appointment in October too ( assuming last year because this is the first appointment I made this year October) they no longer offer NHS treatment for my 8 year old son. And if you miss 2 appointments (again assuming during the time you with them ) they won’t let you use NHS treatment anymore. I did not know of such policy and definitely never missed an appointment on purpose.
Sorry you have had a bad experience at our practice, we pride ourselves on patient care, unfortunately we have only a limited NHS spaces at the practice.

Had appointment with Dr Ruairi Barr at Pimlico 26/07/2023 He studies the patient and carefully diagnose & manages to offer the right treatment. He gave sufficient time to me to explain my Dental problem - seek to advice and act effectively and professionally. Excellent doctor, great humanitarian and extremely dedicated towards his professionalism , extraordinary, intelligent and very caring for his patients. You can freely interact with him. Must mention Dental Nurse - Mahsa She was so helpful and extremely caring ,understanding and professional. The entire procedure was onbeliveabely comfething. Negative experience: Been trying to get an appointment for over a month, I cant call so send the receptions email as it states on website. I finally got an appointment then suddenly got a message close to the date that appointment was cancelled and to call them, they couldn't even tell me why or give me some options for another appointment. Well after a few emails asking for another appointment finally got an answer and gave me the option for the 24th which is another month to wait. Its unbelievable that your tell them that your in pain, that you need an appointment and they don't try and make things easier for you. Worse of all my dentist moved from NHS to private so I said I don't mind as she's good but I didn't think it will take longer than an NHS appointment. The reception for this clinic its the worse and they need to improve a lot but rest of staff its very good and friendly. I have now made a formal complaint with NHS England Customer Contact Centre as the clinic still have not reached out to me and whom ever replied to my message did the same as receptionist and ignored the customer.

Negative experience: Dental hygiene booked via NHS ended up been charged more than double, probably a band 2 applied rather than the correct band 1. At a later check up, I was confirmed the clean received wasn't even thorough.
Negative experience: I have been waiting for more than one year to be referred to the hospital, now found out that the dentist forgot to do it. I am being asked to make another appointment to make the referral. What a waste of time. Practice Manager is not available to talk and can't call back. This is not their first mistake alot of other mistakes. Because of the demand at the moment otherwise they would have been out of business.

Negative experience: I've been with this practice for over ten years, and have had mixed reviews. The dentist themselves have been amazing and i have recommended them in the past. i made appointment for a chack up after 3years which I attended today (4weeks wait) and was informed work had to be done on my Teeth which i agreed to. i then returned to the receptionist to make a payment for today's session which i did £23.80 and to make a appointment and was told i have to pay in full now for up coming work or they can't book me in, i informed the receptionist that you pay on the day of appointment not before. She was dismissive and rude and said of you can't pay we will not make the appointment. I work full-time and have always paid on appointment day for over ten years, they used to have a receptionist name Maria working there for more than ten years she was kind friendly and helpful i don't know why they are having a team of people that don't have any customer service skills front of house I'm Extremely disappointed. Local people have said in the past that they have left the practice because because of the way they were treated.

Fantastic experience: I received an amazing service from the doctors and nurses since the moment I had my review and my actual procedure. The only feedback I can give is: admin people/secretaries in reception can improve their people skills. Maybe smile more, greet people with a good tone of voice instead of thinking "another client, here we go" I come from another part of the World were customer service is way up in the sky in terms of treating with people. It may be my high standards or the fact I am not usted to this. I must clarify, they were never rude; simply, there is always Room for improvement.

Negative experience: Most horrible/unskillful dentist ever in my life! My golden crown came out as I chewed hard and very sticky-sweet. I made an appointment with the dentist name 'LEAH' to put the crown back with glue/dental cement She advised me not to drink or eat for an hour, then everything will be ok after she had done it. I felt the crown was not attached to my tooth properly as I felt the height of the crown was higher than I felt it before. I mentioned it but she said it would be ok and asked me to come back if something was not right. I did not eat or drink for more than 3 hours, and then I had very soft salads and I did not chew them on that side. A few hours later, I touched the crown with my tongue and it fell out on the same day she put my crown. I came back to the dentist the next day and I told them I can wait until she has 10 minutes to reattach my crown. A receptionist exchanged messages with LEAH and then I was told that she cannot make 10 minutes, then asked me to come back 7 days later and PAY IT AGAIN. The dentist LEAH insisted that my crown was faulty as it seemed to come out quickly. I cannot agree as I managed to brush my teeth and eat food after reattaching my fallen crown while I was waiting to reattach it with the glue. I could not imagine why I have to pay again for her unskillful treatment. Pay again for falling down crown 4 hours after attaching it? I told them I would be back on the date I was given (a week later), but I would not pay for it. I went back today to get it done, but I was told that they already cancelled my appointment and I was not their patient any more. They did not have any manner to call me in advance to let me know they cancelled my appointment. I had been waiting for 7 days without a clue they cancelled it and didn't have a chance to find the other dental clinic. I was really upset and asked them to refund the money that I paid for the attachment of my crown. They did Not offer me a refund for the treatment they failed, but I asked them to refund. They REUSED. It was not easy to get a refund, so I had to tell them I should have not been charged for 'No treatment'. They refund it. NO SKILL, NO MANNER, VERY UNFRIENDLY WORST dentist ever!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has always had really sensitive teeth, I was feeling nervous when the hygienist suggested I didn’t have anaesthetic. Sabrina proceeded to make me feel very at ease, talked me through each step of the clean and tailored the clean by turning down the power of the ultrasonic cleaner, and cleaning some of my teeth manually. She was very patient and the process took longer but ultimately it was a very comfortable experience. I felt listened to which is a rare thing in customer service these days!

Negative experience: This clinic was satisfactory until after COVID. I'm an NHS registered nurse and i am disgusted that I have been told i do not clinically qualify for NHS treatments and been pushed and pressurized repeatedly into private dental work. Under the laws they are supposed to supply NHS and private options and a written plan that you sign. I was not advised on any NHS options and told only the private ones if i wanted to be seen sooner. Upon my appointment i (sheepishly) asked for the NHS option and was told it was "fine, we can do this for you today" begrudgingly... only to go to the counter be charged their private price. Fast forward a year and the same thing happened again today. I am making a formal complaint and advise any patients to find another clinic.

Negative experience: Been with this practice for years but they let me down in June 2020 when I needed an urgent appointment. I was in terrible pain with toothache. I was triaged over the phone and told I was on the list of top 10 patients that would be contacted for an emergency appointment within a couple of weeks. They never contacted me. I also didn't appreciate that during the pandemic restrictions they would only treat private patients. While I was in agony and waiting for the surgery to invite me along, my private paying neighbour got an appointment for a non urgent matter.
I am sorry you have had a bad experience, during the pandemic, in unprecedented circumstances, the practice was seeing as many patients as we could, this was a lower amount than usual due to the wearing of full PPE and fallow time, we have tried to accommodate all our patients to the best that we can, and apologies if you felt we had not acted to our high standards
Negative experience: After being a patient of this practice for several years now as of this morning I de-registered with this surgery after receiving the most appalling indifferent attitude toward my inquiry trying to chase up a referral made for treatment on the NHS for a root canal that could not be done at this surgery. I asked the dentist I saw this morning if you could chase up the referral for me. He advised that he was not able to to that and that once the referral was made it was out of their hands. I had to press him to even check and see that the referral was still in this system. Reluctantly he did this but only after much prompting from myself. He brought the initial referral up on the screen w- which had been made by my previous dentist - in 2019! As it's been nearly four years now since the referral I had not heard anything asked him again if he could chase it up for me so I had at least some idea how long I might still have to wait - eg another four years!) He asked me if I wanted the treatment (a root canal which could not be done at this surgery) on the NHS. I said yes and I was told that I could have it done on the NHS in hospital at the time the previous dentist made the referral and this had already been discussed when the referral had originally been made ! He insisted he could not / would not chase up this referral but told me I would have to do it myself. At this point I did not go ahead with the treatment I had made an appointment for today - the temp repair to the crumbling tooth and decided to leave the practice and advised the receptionist that they should registered form their surgery and I will find another surgery where I can get help and where the dentist have a better attitude - particularly as I have been waiting nearly fours years now since the initial referral. I have already registered with another practice as of this afternoon.

Negative experience: I recently had a Scale & Polish dental hygiene procedure at this practice. The hygienist was extremely good and took her time to explain everything to me. Unfortunately, they were not very transparent with the costs at the end, and the people at the reception could not explain to me why they charged me more than what advertised on their website (Treatment price: from £50) and I ended up paying £90 instead. I recommend making sure you know what you're going to pay for before you have your procedure done, to avoid being charged more than what you expected.

Fantastic experience: Took my 3yo & 5yo to the dentist here. Great experience. They love being treated like special VIPs when they get given stickers for being a good patient. They have been coming all their lives to this practice and have a good relationship with them - they even tell their friends to go to the dentist!

Positive experience: I have always been happy and satisfied with the services I have received in the past but I am very, very disappointed to learn that my dental team will be leaving because of this change in management. THIS IS A SAD LOST TO THE COMMUNITY.

Negative experience: Turned up at 4:25 for long awaited appt. At 4:40ish, told appt was delayed. I said we’d wait. Dentist told receptionist the wait would be too long. Available slots to rebook are all impossible so now have appt in April. My children (and I) have not seen the dentist in years due to impossibility of booking outside school hours. Got the children all geared up for it today - and they cancelled. Then got a voicemail to say they only had to cancel mine and not my children’s and had miscommunicated. In my experience we’re all in and out within 5 minutes anyway and not the 30+10+10 windows the dentists schedules(and charges the NHS) for. Maddening.
