Gemma that treated me is really skilled in her profession, but more than that, she is understanding, caring, helpful and made me feel so relaxed. Everything was explained and I was consulted throughout the process. Also the dental nurses and the staff in reception are efficient, friendly and helpful. A* all round.

Fantastic experience: I was so pleased to be able to be seen by David yesterday I have been a patient of his at the previous practice he worked at for 13 years. It was also a nice surprise to find that Ruth is practise manager there. The receptionist was lovely and very considerate as well. David is a lovely man who gives me complete confidence in what he tells me and whatever treatment I get from him. The practice I saw him at in Stafford decided without seeing me they couldn’t sort my problem out and told me to see David. It took me one and a half hours to get to Wem and it was worth the journey for my peace of mind. I shall now stay with this practice and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Positive experience: The practice is run very well and staff are bright and cheerful. My only reason for not giving it ( 5 stars ) is down to the cost for a check up, but I no doubt this will be similar in most private practices.

Negative experience: Normally it’s very professional but unfortunately the new hygienist wasn’t. The tool that was being used kept slipping out of my mouth then was going to be changed 45 minutes when I went in late and was only there about 20. Always been an amazing dentist so this is hard for me to say but won’t be going to the hygienist again as I expect top rate service for the price that’s being charged

Fantastic experience: After an incredibly traumatic experience at a different surgery a few years ago, I had developed quite a significant fear and would avoid going at all costs. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when I thought I really must make an appointment as it was 6 years since I’d last had a check up so phoned Chapel Street as they are now my local surgery. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer, it was the best experience it could have possibly been. David was absolutely lovely and really allayed my fears. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I will definitely be going back. Today I’ve been to see Flick for a hygienist appointment. Again, a really lovely lady (and Nancy the nurse). Both immediately put me at ease. In fact, that was probably the best hygienist experience I’ve ever had. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit today with Dr. David Gardner for a check-up and examination, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience! Dr. Gardner is extremely professional, taking the time to make the whole process relaxed and even enjoyable. He doesn’t rush you at all and ensures you’re comfortable every step of the way. After some unpleasant experiences at other clinics, it was refreshing to find a dentist who genuinely cares and isn’t just focused on being a money-maker. The lady assisting Dr. Gardner (I forgot her name, unfortunately) was absolutely lovely and helped me with the X-rays and scan, making the process smooth and stress-free. The ladies at the reception were also so friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great experience. I’m very happy with the care I received and have already booked my next appointments. Prices are also very fair for the level of attention and time you get. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Gardner and his team more highly – an outstanding clinic!

Fantastic experience: Having had issues at my NHS dentist I contacted this practice desperate for help. I was triageged over the telephone and booked in to see a real dentist rather than a dental therapist within a few hours. I was numbed drilled and filled and put on antibiotics within a few hours. The staff were professional courteous and thorough. The dentist who saw me, a David Gardener I cannot speak highly enough of. He had a great attitude and personable manner and put me at ease quickly. I guess this is yet another example of you get what you pay for, meaning private versus NHS. I hate to knock the NHS but my experience this week has been terrible. The cost of treatment was not as different as I anticipated and I will definitely be going private in future. Thank you very much to all involved at Chapel Street dentist today. Credit where credit is due.

Fantastic experience: This is the first dentist in my long lifetime where I have felt at ease, I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. Dr Sarah made me feel so comfortable, and I have been delighted with the results. The reception girls are welcoming and cheerful too, it all helps when you are nervous.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding client welcome and treatment. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This clinic is without doubt way ahead of the field in dentistry. The level of expertise, treatment and care for patients is first rate and first class. The Dentists are thorough, skilled, knowledgeable and explain every stage in terms even I can understand. I have visited many dentists in my 71 years, in the UK and in France. This is the first time I have total confidence in my dentist and I don't dreadful the visit.

Fantastic experience: First time I came across this dental practice was several years ago when I was referred to them for some specialist work. I found the atmosphere, dentists and nurses here warm and welcoming. So when we found ourselves without a regular dentist I had no hesitation in signing up on plan with them. They have a dedicated children appointments time which works well with schools and my work commitments. Gemma is incredibly patient with the children, and my kids love coming for their check ups. She's very good at explaining dental hygiene and care to them. Sarah has been looking after my dental health for a few years now and helped me to identify and deal with a couple of issues which have been troubling me for a while. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice.
