Fantastic experience: Very gentle, listened to concerns and explained clearly Andrew is patient and puts me at ease, I'm fully confident when now going to the dentist. He gives you options for any treatment needed and does not push the most expensive option, he explains every scenario and leaves the decision up to you. Follow his guidance and you won't go wrong. 18/11/25 Andrew is FABULOUS, listens to all concerns, gives sound advice and is so easy to talk to. Couldn't recommend Pall Mall enough.

On meeting Andy he discussed the improvements that could be obtained with a brace being fitted, explaining the costings and expected timescale that I would need to wear the brace to achieve the set goals. The whole process ran pretty smoothly - just as Andy had explained to me. I only wish I had opted for this brace years ago. I was the person who rarely smiled showing my teeth in photos to now smiling freely. I love the improvements that Andy has made to my smile. Thanks Andy

Fantastic experience: I've been for a consultation today 15/8/25 at pall Mall Dental Clinic in liverpool and I must say I was treated wonderfully by all staff and especially Dr Andrew Healy, he spent so much time going over my treatment plan, and made me feel so at ease I won't hesitate to go through with my plan of action and look forward to starting my treatment in September . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice and already have done so.

Fantastic experience: Seen Garry and he was unbelievably patient with me - I had to have a wisdom tooth and back molar removed and he made sure I had enough anaesthetic and I did not feel a thing. I was terrified of the dentist due to previous trauma but I would not hesitate to go bk to Garry he made me feel so comfortable and talked me though everything before he done it. I would 100% recommend anyone to go here.

Fantastic experience: Went in today for an emergency appointment. Receptionist was lovely, on phone and in person. I was seen by the most warming and welcoming dentist I’ve met, Garry. Considering about an hour before I had dental trauma elsewhere, I was so anxious. Garry and his nurse (sorry I didn’t catch the name) were so reassuring, talked me through everything before, during and after. I honestly shed a happy tear when he got the tooth out, such an emotional and physical relief. Thank you ever so much, I’ll be sure to be back (though not with emergency!) and I will recommend to anybody and everybody. Thank you ☺️
