Fantastic experience: I have had to have two quite complex pieces of work done, and have been to two different dentists at this surgery. I was seen quickly. Both dentists (two lovely women) were calm, clear, thorough and explained everything patiently and in detail. It seemed that they both took their work very seriously and were anxious that I make an informed decision. They were gentle and careful and they seem to have done a good job. Communication with the receptionist was excellent. I appreciated the interest free payment over 12 months. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Vidadent highly enough! After my previous visit, I knew I needed microscopic treatment due to the complicated location of my canals. Given my pain, it was crucial for me to skip a simple check-up and get in for the final treatment rather than delaying. Thankfully, they understood my situation and agreed to book me for a longer appointment without hesitation, which I greatly appreciated. I was offered a late evening slot, which was very kind of them. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything in detail, including what the plan was and the final cost. I knew exactly what to expect. The dentist was incredibly thorough and made sure every detail was handled with care and precision. She is truly an experienced and skilled professional! A big shout-out to Marius, the assistant, who was attentive to my wellbeing throughout the process. My second visit was remarkably relaxing. At no point did I feel rushed or as though the treatment was being done without care. The clinic is well-equipped with modern, clean medical instruments and machines. At the end of my appointment, I’ve seen pictures of all the treatment steps and received helpful advice for future care. Moreover, I appreciated that the staff speaks Polish, English, and Romanian (and more probably ) which is a great advantage. For me that was fine to still speak in English ,however when you're in pain, communicating in your native language can make all the difference! The location is also very convenient—just a 10-minute walk from Bethnal Green station. Overall, my experience at Vidadent has been nothing short of excellent. Thank you, Vidadent Team!

Fantastic experience: Hi guys, I want to say few words abaut this clinic. My appointment was yesterday for one root treatment and what can I say about them.!!! For first I want to mention they are super professional people so friendly and warm person, they speak different language, quality off job what they done for me it's 10 stars brilliant. Basically they save my tooth, I didn't feel when they do anesthesia. If for someone it's import quality with out any pain I recommended them for 100%. Now I have my tooth like brand new, basically they done reconstruction off my tooth (it's not crown), I'm going to livet here my pictures before and after just to show how they work. My brand new tooth it is on middle.

Fantastic experience: Walked in just to make an enquiry for a minor issue (fixing the glue on my permanent retainer), and they were able to attend to me right away. The dentist was very nice and accommodating despite me being a bit anxious. Happy with the service!

Fantastic experience: A couple of months ago I had a root canal and d a filling. The doctor Andrea has golden hands. Everything was done professionally and the Andrea has very light hands. Special thanks to the lovely assistant Anzela who helped the doctor and acted as a translator in medical terms that were especially difficult for me. Now this is my favorite clinic in London. Very polite staff

I am a avery anxious patient as I have a phobia for sharp objects and needles in particular so visiting the dentist is not easy for me to do. I've done fillings and root canal treatment with a crown. Fantastic experience: I can not thank enough Dr. Francesca and her great team of assistants for bringing back the smile on my daughter’s face. The process was magical to watch, both aesthetic and psychological. She gain confidence and became a happier girl and bloomed into her teen years. After consulting on the NHS we were told she should wait a few years until they could put her braces on, thankfully we were able to count with Dr. Francesca’s years of expertise and she mastered it. Dr. Francesca have the power to create smiles, beautiful smiles and that is an incredible power to have. Both my daughters have hypodontia and having it myself, I understand how difficult it can be, specially when the teen years arrive, it was so important to me to find a orthodontist with so many years of experience ( she told me 25 years!! ) to look after my 1st teen that I already told her that in a few years I’m coming back with the younger one! ❤️

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! I have had an awful experience with Vida Dent. They were warm and welcoming up until they had my money, and in a contracted payment plan. I had braces fitted, when they were removed and the bonding removed from my teeth the dentist Victoria, chipped one of my back teeth. She told me one price to have the braces removed then when I went back it was another price (higher). I felt very uncomfortable and quite scared to be in her hands in the end. She practically drilled off one of my white fillings. The brace brackets kept falling (literally within an hour of leaving) off which meant delayed treatment and more money spent on appointments and adjustments. My teeth weren’t even straight when the braces come off. She sent a free retainer which was great but I’ve now been in treatment for 1 year and 9 months. It’s crazy. I accidentally broke my top teeth retainer so naturally called them to send off for a new one. They apparently no longer have my scans (it was only 6 months ago). And they will do me a ‘discount’ to come in and have the scans again and order a new one of the reduced price of £150 from £200. I have found another reputable clinic for the price of £150 which I will of course go to. Awful awful experience. I genuinely really regretted coming here a few appointments into my treatment. Customer service is shocking. The receptionist women is rude. Please do not come here.

Negative experience: A Receptionist is extremely unhelpful. I have read many negative reviews about the service but did believe people were not objective. So was looking for an appointment in the practice but a lady receptionist was very unfriendly and rude. She wasn't ready to listen to my needs instead wanted me to follow her recommendations. I suppose dentists could be experienced there but unfortunately you do not have a chance to meet them.

Negative experience: I would like to say that your receptionist (gentleman) not professional at all . Won’t say anything about dentists, because my mum with huge infection couldn’t get to dentist as a day before to her appointment receptionist called her and lied that doctor ill and he’s not in, the same day I called just to see if it’s true and they booked me in to the same doctor . Funny enough. I believe ,you ,need to put to reception: the person who’s professional, not a racist and good speaking English. Thank you ☺️ p.s with this attitude and unprofessional work I would make comment to “trust pilot”. But hope you will check it out .

Negative experience: Worst Dentist ever, people don’t even speak properly they can’t even understand you nor can you understand them. They have unreasonable prices! My dentist was rude and unhelpful she didn’t even look like she knew how to do her job! I’m still in pain! And she wants to show me my own tooth like 100 times! Waste of time, energy and money! Now I know why I never came back here.

Negative experience: Absolutely rip off I went for a full whitening service with airbrush and when I went there, they only done a hygiene clean which is not what I wanted then when I confronted they wanted me to get out of the shop, because I asked why they didn’t give me the service I wanted. DO NOT GO THERE!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely splendid service. I had two wisdom teeth extraction few months ago with Doctor Noori, (apologies for my mispelling). She was fantastic with the extraction, kept me calm, and told me the procedure as well as making sure i was equipped with the necessary resources after the extraction to help with my healing. Excellent Receptionist and service, and good pricing too. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to take their teeth out!.
