Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience with Dr Annie. I went to see her after a bad experience at another clinic and was quite worried about my gum health. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel reassured throughout the process. Annie is very patient, professional, and clearly knows her work. I finally feel confident about my gum health and will proceed with the plan Dr Annie recommended. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable and knowledgeable dentist.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this practice for ten years; however, Elizabeth Moebus is exceptional. I needed two fillings and Elizabeth made it easy. Now you need to know she is a Mumford & Son fan, so there is a good chance they are playing & Elizabeth is quietly humming along as she works on you. I don't know if she does requests; I actually found it quite relaxing. She talks you through everything she is doing in a quiet, reassuring manner. She reduces any fears and any chance of pain. My procedure was just over an hour and I have never been so chilled whilst having my teeth worked on. I've actually told the practice that I only want Elizabeth from now on.

Positive experience: I wouldn't usually leave feedback for a dentist (because let's be honest, who likes the dentist) however, I have to be honest, I've had a few dentist in my time, but she's absolutely the best! Her dental assistant is very lovely too. As you walk in the place is spotless, and whenever we enter the rooms everything is freshly cleaned waiting for you. My family and I have always been greeted with smiles and general banter from the reception staff, which is always great especially when you have a phobia of being in the chair. My dentist Laraeb Nawaz and her assistant (I always forget his name. Sorry) are so honest, thorough and informative with the past work completed; present work and possible future work that you may need. Knowing all the variables helps someone like me (a sufferer of anxiety)and reduces my fears. I no longer have that dread of routine check ups or dental work. They're timely and even when I've been tardy, she's done her best to fit me in. A huge thank you to the whole team.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr. Annie for a consultation and examination because of my toothache. Dr. Annie was incredibly patient and gentle, and her treatment was very professional. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign journey with Dr Karisma at the beginning of the year and the results have been amazing. She is very professional and easy going and has addressed any concerns or questions I’ve had throughout the process, making it a smooth and easy one. Apart from Invisalign I’ve also had general dentist appointments with Karisma and have always left happy!

Fantastic experience: I attended the practice today for a check up and fillings. Dr Shand was incredible from the start of the consultation to the end. She immediately put me at ease and clearly explained what the plan was. She was professional, efficient, thorough and gentle. I was comfortable the whole time. The dental nurse zaid was also incredible. Both of them were professional but friendly and made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend the practice, it was a truly positive experience.

Negative experience: I saw Andre Yee Kwan, a dental hygienist for a scale and polish. He only managed to scale but not polish and spent a lot of time ‘educating me’ on how to position the brush for cleaning and also talking down at me on the condition of my teeth. Actually, I definitely don’t have any major issue because my gums do not bleed when I brush my teeth. I think he was just needlessly negative, bordering on rude, and couldn’t even bother to do the polish part in 10 minutes max, and I have never experienced that from a dental hygienist before, certainly not for a service I have privately paid £93 for. I was testing the service before bringing my whole family for cleanings and check ups. Might try another place in CP next time.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and efficient. A filling fell out and they were able to book me in next morning and put a new filling in. Great work by Dentist Joshua - really calming and reassuring. Thanks to the front of house team and the amazing technician.

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out, but Dr. Annie made the experience a positive one. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and took the time to explain every step, which immediately put me at ease. I'm so grateful for her excellent care and would recommend her to anyone!

I used to dread dental appointments, but since seeing Zaynab that’s completely changed, I actually look forward to each visit now. She is welcoming and friendly, with a high level of attention to detail. She’s professional, explains things clearly, and makes sure I always understand what’s happening throughout the appointment. Every time I leave, I feel better than when I arrived and that’s something I’ve never experienced with other dental visits. I would wholeheartedly recommend Zaynab to anyone looking for a hygienist. After a period of unwellness and protracted challenges with hormones affecting my dentition, I never thought i would ever recover the brilliance and 'dazzle' to my smile. Andrew sorted this out and gave me renewed confidence. Andrew is so skillful, with a quiet confidence which only comes with being a master at your craft. His general manner is kind, friendly and very understanding with the capacity to make you feel immediately at ease whilst working his 'magic'! I have been beaming all over the place since my first appointment with him, and have felt the need to deliberately show off my now dazzling smile on several occasions. His work has given me a much needed 'renewed' confidence which actually highlights the importance of an empathetic and qualitative Hygienist as well as great craftsmanship which this practice 'houses' so well. Check up followed by later session for two filling conducted in such a calm, relaxed and professional atmosphere. Particularly liked the clear way she explained the issues, the concern for my comfort shown throughout and the aftercare advice. Also impressed with the digital imaging which was helpful in understanding what was going on with my teeth. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always felt uneasy about going to the dentist, especially when it comes to seeing the hygienist. However my appointment with Peter Igberaese was a completely different. He was calm, friendly, and reassuring. It was by far the most comfortable I’ve ever felt during a hygienist appointment—no discomfort at all—and he did an excellent job.

She provides such a friendly and professional service and really focuses on making the experience positive and empowering - I can’t recommend her enough! She’s also great with my two young daughters, they think she’s great.

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr Joanna Santos for my routine check up and replace an amalgam filling, as I was worried that there might be a crack in the tooth. Dr Joanna took her time to explain every step for me. She was also very gentle and skilled. I didn’t feel a thing and the tooth was not sensitive at all afterwards. I would recommend Dr Joanna to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr Li (and her nurses, today it was Alma) are so wonderful at making me feel calm and safe whilst getting my teeth sorted. I have historically avoided going to the dentist for years out of fear and they have worked with me to bring that phobia down in level, and most importantly to better take care of my teeth! It isn't cheap but what is nowadays, and they are very patient and great at listening - TLDR their care is top notch

Fantastic experience: I would like to highly recommend Dentistry on Gipsy Hill for several reasons.i had lost all my confidence and was terrified of the dentist due to my father suffering from a serious dental condition and also a bad experience myself in the past ,that has now been remedied by the wonderful Angelica who has restored my confidence and my teeth ,she is kind ,patient,and most of all a fantastic Dentist,I can’t thank her enough. I would also like to say that the reception team are also terrific,I told them I was nervous and they completely put me at ease , Anyone who is worried about the dentist please do give this practice an opportunity to help you ,don’t be like me and wait out of fear to go for help ,,and obviously I am biased and would highly recommend Angelica .

Fantastic experience: My friend recommended Dr. Annie for teeth cleaning, and I was pleasantly surprised by her excellent skills! The cleaning was thorough and gentle, with no discomfort at all. Since then, I’ve always chosen her for my dental care. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: This has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever encountered. The practice appears to prioritize financial gain over genuine patient care. Unfortunately, the quality of service has deteriorated over the years, forcing me to switch to another dental surgery.

Negative experience: There’s one lady on the reception team who is very unwelcoming. The others are lovely. I digress. I believe this place needs a big shake up as it’s heading down the wrong route. The focus is all about the money than the customers.

Negative experience: Worst Dentist I have ever experienced. I am so glad I got a second opinion as these wanted to perform a root canal on a tooth that couldn't be saved. They were going to charge be £850 for a root canal and then extract the tooth. My second opinion told me anyone with any amount of dental training could see this tooth could not be saved. They also told me if I lost the tooth I would HAVE to have a dental implant which would cost £2500. My second opinion said absolute nonsense. Do not trust these crooks.

Fantastic experience: The orthodontist Marvi Talpur has done a wonderful job straightening my 14 year old daughter's teeth at the same time as getting her bite right. Before treatment my daughter's upper front teeth were crossed and her lower front teeth were wonky. Using Invisalign Marvi has achieved a lovely result and my daughter and I are really happy. Marvi is friendly and kind and has communicated well with my teenage daughter. Following on from the Invisalign treatment Marvi's aftercare has impressed me. All in all not only has she been a safe pair of hands but she has delivered a great result. Communication with the practice is good, it's well run and clean and the staff are really nice. Thank you Marvi and the Team at Dentistry on Gypsy Hill. From a very happy mum and daughter.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here since a toddler. Now in my 30's and can confirm it is still as good as it was back then.

Negative experience: I was left in the waiting room 45 mins past a scheduled appointment before I asked if the appointment could be rescheduled. Only to be told that I could not reschedule until 2 weeks later. No effort was made to keep me informed whilst I waited and no real effort to make an apology. They appear under-staffed and under facilitated to provide an adequate service for patients. On my following visit they were not able to complete the work as they lost power to the dentistry tools halfway through my appointment. I was told to go away and that they would call me when they had a functioning dentistry practice. A two-appointment procedure became four appointments. When I asked them if they would be providing a discount for the terrible experience they agreed I’d had, I was told that no discount could be authorised. Given the prices they charge I would expect a small discount as a gesture of good will. Maybe it’s my bad luck or maybe this is a terrible company.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend this dental practice. I required emergency dental treatment whilst staying with my daughter in Crystal Palace. The staff are friendly and the dentist I saw was both professional and understanding. The dentist was Mr Nitin Nagpaul and dealt with my treatment promptly and demonstrated great expertise and care. Thank you Nitin so much.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment with Dr Nitin Nagpaul to fix a broken front tooth. The Dr was brilliant! He very rapidly fixed the issue through a bonding procedure and then helpfully advised future options while providing further advice on other dental issues. The procedure was done with excellent care and he was very respectful with how he considered potential pain and discomfort. I’ve booked in for a check up and will hopefully get the same dentist. However, if not, the place seemed extremely professional and no doubt will have similar care with another.

Fantastic experience: We had four appointments with Annie over the last two months. The first was a routine examination that found a few serious issues that needed addressing. Annie was very professional, and friendly, putting us at ease with the necessary procedures. She talked us through the steps necessary, the preparation and the fittings, she also provided valuable advice on how to protect our teeth and prevent more problems. Through the various work, Annie was very good at putting me at ease, and the work was done to a very high standard, and kept me up-to-date on what she was doing and why. We specifically chose to go to the Dentistry on Gipsy Hill, and Annie in particular, because we could discuss things with her in Chinese, this helped a lot in making us comfortable on the work required and on each visit. The facilities are super-clean and excellent condition, and also very comfortable (which helps during a repair!). We went private, and the prices are good, the work done is really good, and left the last visit with a happier smile. We highly recommend Annie at Dentistry on Gipsy Hill!

From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by the most welcoming reception staff, whether it’s Isca, Kieron or Christa, able and eager to assist you with whatever query you have even if it is just booking yourself in for your booked appointment. The dental team are all lovely and fully qualified, ready to deal with whatever issue you may have be it a filling, root canal or just a simple check up. I couldn’t recommend this dentist more, there’s nobody better.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dentist practice to everybody! The whole team are wonderful. I have always had a fear of the dentist but Dimitra helped me get over that. I put off going for years but I had the unfortunate situation of breaking a tooth so I had to go and get that repaired/ restored. Dimitra recommended an onlay. Dimitra carried this out along with the help of various dental assistants (all were lovely) Dimitra has done that much of a good job I can honestly say I have no idea which tooth it was that I damaged.
