Fantastic experience: I came to Perfect Smile at Musswell Hill to make a denture for my 6 missing teeth. I had very good experiences in the Practice. Dr Chris Doa is very professional. He carefully checked the status of my remaining teeth and recommended the treatment plan which could fit to any changes in near future. He is always listening to my concerns and giving full explanations throughout each appointments. His knowledge, skills and care made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I am satisfied with the outcome of the treatment. The Practice has a nice and clean waiting room. The manager, Faiyaz, and the receptionists are all friendly, responsible, polite and being patient. They have an efficient system to keep good communications with each client before and after your appointment. I fully recommend this Practice.

Positive experience: Called in the morning at 830 for an emergency NHS dentist appointment. Got a call back ten mins later with a same day NHS dentist appointment for 10 am, which was great: big thank you to Lisa who coordinated it all.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment with Dorris and Dr Chris. They were reassuring, pacient, professional and knowledgeable. I have an Extreme Fear of the dentist and usually get IV sedation for Any procedure from filling to hygienist. I had to be brave due to a filling getting detached and my usual dentist not having availability until September! The receptionist was kind to arranged for an appointment within 24 hours and then one of the best experiences I had with a dentist. Highly recommend them AND I will be back with them. 5 stars ✨️

Fantastic experience: I am on holidays and had to see a dentist, because I lost a dental filling. So a friend recommended Perfectsmile. I got an appointment very quickly (thank you so much!). I received treatment by Dr. Celina, who was very kind and transparent about what had to be done (which was more than I expected - the tooth was rotten…). The actual treatment was done in a very sensitive way. Maybe ‚pleasant‘ is not a propper term when it comes to seeing a dentist. But it was a rather good experience, in fact. Thank you! Fantastic experience: I visited today Perfect Smyle on Maswell Hill. Everything was great as usual. I was greeted with a smile by stuff and invited to see the doctor on time. However, then there was a surprise, the doctor offered to do a free restoration of the chipped front implant instead of replacing it with a new one for 900 pounds. Everything looks on million. I gave the doctor a warm and long hug. It's not often in my life that I get such gifts, thank you Perfect Smile!

He’s looked after mine, my partner’s, and our three children’s teeth for years, and thanks to his skill (plus the occasional firm but good-humoured scolding!), our kids have grown up with beautiful, healthy teeth and no fear of the dentist. He’s generous with his time, explains options clearly and without pressure, and carries out treatment with real care and precision.
