Fantastic experience: I am old enough to remember that when extractions were necessary gas was administered. I was a very young child and I remember been held down by several dentist whilst they tried to administer gas - my mother was told to leave the room. As a consquence I was traumatised with the sheer thought of going to see a dentist. Ina Health Dental has alleviated my fears and in particular the amazing dentist Dev Patel who always takes his time when injection my gums in preparation for a potential filling. He knows when I need to take a rest and is extremely professional and gentle. I would also like to commend all of the staff at Ina Health Dental surgery who are friendly, and professional at all time. Thank you.

Aside from all the usual routine treatments, I had Invisalign with them, and they referred me to a great surgeon for a complex wisdom tooth extraction. All the staff is extremely professional, kind and empathetic, really caring about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best dental practice I've ever been to in my life. I really dislike going to the dentist, It's one of my biggest phobias, I use to suffer from pannick attacks and was never usually able to actually go through certain procedures. e.g, a root canal. I can honestly say, my teeth are on the right track now, and that's all thanks to Dev and Bina. Dev, is by far one of the best and nicest dentists I've ever come across in my life. Not to mention how skilled this individual is at what he does with over 20 years experience, but as an overall person, he's just such a nice guy. He speaks very calmly and is also straight forward. He is also very caring and has a good sense of humour. Regarding doing work to my teeth, He tells me everything step by step what he will be doing and what the plan of action is for the next appontment. He is extremely patient with me and allows me to go at my pace, no matter how many times I ask him to stop, or need to sit up to catch some air, he's just so very understanding and patient with me.. I was also lucky enough to have Bina with me a couple of times next to me, keeping me calm, while Dev was working on my teeth.. The latest job Dev did for me was a root canal and then a crown. Unfortunately I dwelled on the temporary filling after the root canal and my original tooth only had a quarter left, as I neglected it. I'm not sure how, but Dev worked miracles with what was left, and today I can confirm that i have a brand new tooth there ( the crown ). I am not sure how he pulled off such procedures and to keep me calm at the same time, but he did it. Also regarding prices, considering they are a private health care dentistry and are able to book me in almost any time ( within and sometimes, slightly outside working hours ) I ask for an appointment, they are actually quite reasonably priced. When it comes to teeth and having the phobia that I do, I can honestly say, theyre worth every penny and Dev is the guy.. what an assest to the human race he is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Negative experience: Would have been 0 starts if I had the option. After checking their online reviews INA DENTAL was on the top of my list. I had a lovely conversation with their very knowledgeable receptionist (who I later found out also doubles as their consultant) I was advised they had a car park. After booking time off work acquiring cover etc (you working folk know it’s not easy) i was advised to get there at least 15 minutes earlier as I was a new patient. I started my 15 mile journey which took just over an hour with traffic. Once I got there the NIGHTMARE ensued. There was no car park I drove around looking for parking to no avail. I phoned them continuously on number ending 511 and it would cut off with no option to leave a voicemail. Luckily I had another number that was sent when confirming my appointment this number ending in 070 Whilst driving around frantically trying to continuously phone them. I manage to leave a voicemail and sent a text. I then pulled up on the side road only to be met with contempt from other road users. It then dawned on me did the receptionist mean for me to park on the pavement (who does that) a pavement where pedestrians walk is not a car park!!! After I got abuse from other road users, really loud beeping and swearing at me (fairly confident they could hear it in the surgery) no call back from the surgery I had no choice but to leave. This is more like an NHS service Avoid at all costs. Especially if you’re not from the area the online reviews are not worth driving for over 2 hours and nothing to show for it!! I feel sorry for the receptionist, who’s clearly over worked wearing different hats. If she hadn’t been on a consult then perhaps “A”receptionist would have answered the phone. I’m seriously considering billing them for my wasting my time and fuel costs. 0. STARS

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign journey few months ago. Today I completed the first part of the treatment. I’m thrilled with the brilliant work Pani my orthodontist has done and the progress of my treatment - I have seen amazing results in a very short time. The process has been smooth sailing and my appointments are always booked around my work availability, etc. The overall customer service at the clinic is excellent - Bina has been wonderful, always very patient, and willing to explain things clearly to me. I am a very happy patient. Really looking forward to the final results. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am a repeat patient. Usually the dentist Busola has looked after me. I am glad I came here months ago to enable teeth problems to be detected in time. Some of it required extraction by surgery at UCH. After that I came back for fillings. The advice on general dental health - flossing and using an electric toothbrush - has also helped me ensure I do not fall into the same problems again. Today I came for a status check and been given an all clear. Thanks to the wonderful team here for all their help over the past months.

Fantastic experience: All my life I was terrified of the dentist, at Ina health they are brilliant, I have now overcome my fears and look forward to my appointments

Negative experience: I had and appointment for Invisalign treatment. Normally the scan is free from Invisalign company. Well they started telling me that I have to pay for the scan, pay X-ray, pay extra for overbite, pay extra for composite bonding, pay extra for whitening and in general adding more and more. So we reached the crazy amount of 4,650 pounds. Today I’m already in treatment with an amazing Greek dentist and the whole thing cost me 2000 pounds in total and the results are amazing. Stop doing this to people who have dreams for a better smile and the economy goes so bad. It’s just a simple and quick way to fix your smile.

The receptionist told me to come over and they will see if they can help.... Fantastic experience: Dev did an immaculate job of filling quite a large chip in my tooth and was not only experienced and conscientious in his work, but also very kind and gentle. Negative experience: Me and my mum had the worst experience ever. They tried to pressure us into doing invisalign (£4000 by the way- Way cheaper elsewhere)when we came due to my mums toothache! Also on the way out the receptionist tried to force us to give a good google review which was funny considering how appalling and awkward it was. Don’t fall for the reviews people! They’re just a bunch of money grabbers
