Negative experience: 3 days I have been calling and at different times of the day and no one is answering the phone I keep pressing 1 to keep waiting but still no one picks up. I feel I am wasting my time here, this is poor quality service or not enough staff.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t get better service. Friendly but professional. Dentist, Dr Grant, is first rate. She explains everything to you as the treatment goes along and does a brilliant job. Receptionist’s are super too, keep you informed about what’s happening and have a great knowledge of all the services on offer. Plus the practice never does anything to your teeth just for money. I travel 25 miles to attend the practice and have been a patient for over 20 years. First class.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Frederick's Dental Practice for at least 40 years. I've always had a fear of dentists due to barbaric treatment as a child the dentists really put you at ease they're non judgemental they discuss your treatment and options and listen to you. I needed emergency treatment 2 days ago and despite this new covid varient and staff shortages Chris the dentist fitted me in he's amazing and so professional and I'm so grateful to him plus he's been working there for years so my anxiety isn't as it used to be so hopefully he continues to work at Fredericks.

Dr. Chris Colgin and his team, who have cared for my teeth, are alway courteous, professional, friendly and attentive. I always look forward to my visits because when I leave, my mouth feels like it's had a makeover! I missed the six monthly check-ups during lockdown, and am relieved to be back in the fold! Could not be happier with my treatment.
