Fantastic experience: Dr Dumitru Bulgac has done an outstanding job on my teeth—I’m absolutely delighted with the results. His manner is consistently gentle, kind, and reassuring, and he always made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. He truly puts the patient at the centre of his care, taking the time to understand what I wanted and ensuring the final outcome matched my hopes perfectly.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely AMAZING experience with this practice. Staff are conscientious, kind and caring. I had a power jet clean with Bozena. The whole experience was unbelievable. Bozena did such a deep clean. The environment was so calm and relaxing. Would highly recommend York Road if you are after a 5 star experience!

Fantastic experience: I had a hygienist appointment with Bozena which I was dreading, having had negative experiences in the past at other dental practices. I was relieved to find time was completely different. Bozena was professional and efficient and I experienced no pain or discomfort and it was a really good outcome. I will now go regularly, something I have avoided in the past. I then had an appointment with Dr Bulgac who was excellent. I had teeth whitening and am now going back for regular check ups and tooth care. I am pleased I have found a dental practice where the team are so proficient, they made me feel valued and I am delighted with the results.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my teeth whitened at York Road Dental Practice and the overall experience totally exceeded my expectations. My case was not a straight forward one. I had a dead tooth that required internal whitening before the usual standard procedure, but throughout the entire process Dr Patel provided a very clear action plan and always made sure I was comfortable. The overall level of care and attention to detail was really exceptional and if anyone is looking to have their teeth whitened, or any other dental health needs, I would definitely recommend them!

The clinic is lovely, the reception team are so friendly and helpful and Dr Patel is brilliant. I have even moved my daughter here, as Dr Patel’s calm friendly manner has helped massively with her fear of the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I felt nervous when I realised a filling needed re-doing for the umpteemth time (after my former dentists struggled), thankfully this was so much better an experience. Dr Mital Patel is highly skilled and explains things properly and LISTENS!!!! He also uses proper, modern dental techniques including using anaesthetic gel so the injection doesn't hurt as much, and a special 'sheet' keep the field of dental work more isolated, this seems to reduce the problem of the constant need to swallow. The hygienist I saw Jenny Nicoll was so kind and gentle and the manager Laura Whelan is also a great communicator and holds everything together brilliantly. It's rare to find a practice so warm and welcoming, I never want to go anywhere else for my dental care! THANK YOU! PS several years on, situation is stabilised thanks to great care

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience at Dr Mittal’s dental practice. From the moment I walked in I felt really comfortable and looked after. Dr Mittal was super professional and explained everything clearly which really helped calm my nerves. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in the work he does. Massive shoutout to Julia at reception as well. She was so friendly and welcoming from the get go and just made the whole visit smooth and stress free. Honestly one of the nicest receptionists I’ve come across. The whole team there runs the place to a really high standard and it shows. Mital and his medical and admin team are so welcoming and friendly as well as being super professional, offering outstanding dental care. They are brilliant with my children who bounce in for their appointments, I even sometimes have a doze when having my hygiene appointment it is so relaxing! I am so grateful to them as would never imagine that a dental experience could be something to look forward to but at York Road Dental it really is the case.

I recently had to remove a cyst and they completely understand how nervous I was about it. Dr Levantis helped me every step of the process and the outcome was outstanding. I also go to the practice for my regular check ups with Dr Petel and teeth cleaning, and I always know I can trust them with my mouth health and dental hygiene. Fantastic experience: I saw 5.0 stars and assumed this was based on a handful of ratings but when I found that over 100 ratings agreed on 5* I decided to try the practice out and have to agree equally! Friendly and professional staff, great service and most importantly amazing medical treatments of all sorts, both execution and results!

Fantastic experience: I've spent the past 18 months on an Invisalign plan at York Road Dental and just finished. I'm really happy with the results and the service delivered by all the team. Dr Mital has been brilliant in getting my teeth to a place i'm happy with and I always felt really comfortable and confident with the recommendations he made. He's a perfectionist, super professional and talented. He won't be happy until you're happy. The rest of the team are also super friendly, professional and accommodating. I would recommend York Road Dental to anyone particularly those looking at Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel is a very ethical dentist and I have been going for my dental check ups and dental treatments for the past eight years to him. I completely trust him to do the right things and am very satisfied with how he has treated me. In the past I have been to many other dentists and know they have done a lot of unnecessary treatments and ruined a lot of my teeth and therefore was very weary of going to dentists until I started going to Dr Patel who has restored my confidence in some dentists.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 highly recommend :) Dr Mital and nurse Iulia have always made me feel really comfortable and at ease. I didn’t ever tell them this but I have post-traumatic stress and sometimes lying in the dentist chair and having no control can be really triggering for me, and cause flashbacks from my past (acts of violence). Dr Mital is so good at communicating with me and letting me know every step of the way what he’s doing/about to do, I guess that’s why I never felt the need to tell him about my triggers. He’s also fine with me listening to music through my airpods, which helps me to relax as well. Laura at reception is so lovely, always friendly, helpful and welcoming. Also I’m really happy with my results, I came here for Cfast braces and have had a couple fillings too. I’ve actually moved further away now but will still travel to have this as my go to practice as the care is brilliant :) Dr Mital, Iulia and Laura thank you so much for all your work, support and attention to detail I really appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: Finally found a dentist in London that's more worth it than a L'Oréal user. Margaret is awesome, highly recommended. Appointment was perfectly on time, no waiting then being blasé about it being busy and well hey. Reasonable price, understand the dental world perfectly, most importantly they don't clean teeth like they are drilling for oil. Great customer care and a good level of banter, which is always a bonus. Amazingly clean too, which helps a clean freak. Also, there is not useless, annoying, pointless sales tricks "oh have you tried this new tooth paste, it will regrow teeth.... it's only £100" then add it to your bill before you even notice.

Fantastic experience: Best practice I’ve ever visited. I highly recommend. It’s the first time going to the dentist doesn’t feel scary or painful. I did invisalign with doctor Lad and she really is amazing, I saw doctor Patel once as well and he was very competent and reassuring. Even the woman at the front desk is amazing! Everything is super clean and the space is pleasing. I’ll 100% recommend everyone

Fantastic experience: I booked in to see the hygienist here as the practice is around the corner from where I live. She was SO great! Really thorough, very honest and only charged for what I needed. Removed stains that my previous hygienist said weren’t possible to remove. Also gave really helpful advice. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! Go there for my hygiene every year and it's a very pleasant experience. I went to another local one last year as York Road was fully booked and the hygienist flat out hurt me!! I was literally reaching for something to hold on too!! Will not go anywhere else from now on. Only critique is that it's hard to get an appointment due to its popularity, but that's a good problem to have I guess if it means you're waiting for something that's worth it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mital is brilliant with anxious children. I took my 10 year old there couple weeks ago. She's on the spectrum and was extremely worried and got very upset. He took it all in stride and explained everything to my daughter in such a kind, caring and patient manner before and during the procedure. I had not told him she had SEN. But he just instinctively knew what to do. He also fit in all the work in one appointment so we would not have to come back - I think he knew how anxious my child is about dental work! He did a great job. What I also liked is he never put pressure on us to come back to his clinic (he had said from the very first appointment that we should do what is best for us) - he put our needs ahead of simply signing up another client. We used to go to another dentist but definitely going back to York Road Dental.
