Negative experience: Went to W9 Dental health with toothache and left with toothache. Really disappointing service and felt rushed by the lady dentist. Saw another dentist and happily now pain has all gone. I do not recommend this surgery.

Negative experience: I had my initial NHS appointment at this practice after a very long wait, specifically because I was dealing with tooth pain and was desperate for a plan. I was incredibly relieved to finally get an appointment. ​However, the quality of care was severely lacking. Every time I tried to mention or ask about my pain during the brief examination, I was consistently told the dental professional would 'look more into it' at the follow-up appointment. This appointment was presented as the crucial next step to diagnose and treat my pain. ​Not only did this initial consultation feel rushed and dismissive, but the practice then completely failed to call or contact me to book the promised follow-up. This is not just poor administration; it means they have ignored an active health concern—my tooth pain—and wasted valuable NHS time that could have gone to another patient. ​I was left with my pain unresolved and with no plan of action. This experience suggests a profound lack of care and professionalism toward NHS patients, and I strongly urge the practice to review how they treat and follow up on patients presenting with acute symptoms.

Fantastic experience: Had an appt with Dr Jenna Asad. She was very welcoming and friendly as was the hygienist. She spoke through everything she was doing and explained everything clearly and gave me advice to avoid minor issues worsening.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed an enlighten treatment with Dr Rishi Nagaria and words cannot explain how ecstatic I am with the results from the whole team. I’m the type of person to smile a lot during conversations and before enlighten, I would really struggle to integrate into conversations or avoid conversations as a whole just because of my insecurity about my teeth. And now after/during my enlighten treatment, it feels like I’ve been opened up to a whole new world. I’m so much more confident to talk and give input and be much more expressive which has impacted my life immensely. It’s let me be more me and more free. Since having a brighter smile I have genuinely been able to network on the spot when meeting people because I’m not afraid of what they think of my teeth or have these invasive thoughts I have in my head. This has genuinely changed my life and is a literal lifestyle change. Even answering a FaceTime call, the first people notice is how bright my teeth are. People I haven’t seen in a while are telling me how noticeably brighter my smile is even though they don’t know that I had treatment done yet. Amazing!! The team at W9 dental, especially Dr Rishi has been so kind, caring and helpful throughout the entire treatment. I couldn’t have asked for better - absolutely life changing! Thank you so much . I’m super happy !!

Fantastic experience: After finding out my regular dentist surgery no longer takes NHS patients when I had a toothache was terrible timing. I feel so lucky they accepted me as a NHS patient and THOROUGHLY checked the tooth. Registering and appointment were painless, and everyone was lovely. 10/10 experience

Fantastic experience: Great team at W9, I have been treated by Dr A Jamjoum and Dr N Patel so far, both of whom are lovely, efficient and professional. Another aside - I accidentally missed an appointment but this did not affect the way they treated me at my next F2F. The receptionist is admirable too - one of the clients got in her personal space but she managed the situation with grace.

Fantastic experience: W9 Dental Health is the best dentist I have ever attended. Very grateful for the service I receive on each visit. I used to fear going to dentist appointments/check ups but since registering with W9, I know that any issues will get resolved quickly, preventing any longer term toothaches and problems. Additionally, I undertook Invisalign with W9 Dentists and was very happy with the results and value for money as compared to other dentists in London. Fantastic experience: Really been glad I found W9. Was super easy to join as an NHS patient, I have had a couple different dentists over my last 3 check ups and all have been fab. The rooms have big TVs which are super useful to be shown any x-rays and pictures and actually understand your teeth a bit more, and make it easier to ask questions and be explained things. Started seeing the hygienist too - Alisha - and she's great. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited W9 Dental Health as I was having pain from a wisdom tooth. I was very nervous about my appointment as I suspected it needed to be extracted. Dr Shivani was extremely professional and calming, she explained the process to me clearly and allowed the appointment to go at my pace, even though it was the end of the day. She was able to extract the tooth on the same visit which was a huge relief. Nurse Cleone was great too and helped to calm my nerves during the extraction. I will definitely be returning here. Overall, I had a great experience at this clinic and would recommend to anyone!

Positive experience: I came for pain that had been bothering me for a month. It turned out a piece of food was stuck under my gum, causing inflammation. The dentist removed it, but then kept forcing the interdental brush, which was very painful and it didn't feel necessary to cause that kind of pain. But at least my problem was fixed. (I came in 2022)

Fantastic experience: I have been using the services of the clinic for several years. Nice service at the reception. Dr. Jamjoum performs procedures in a cultured manner with great professionalism and expertise. I recommend the clinic.

Negative experience: Absolutely awful dentist, I missed my initial appointment by accident due to some awful things happening in my life. Unaware of the booking policy, I was deregistered and when I tried to register again they refused me even though I apologised and explained my situation. I even said I would put down a deposit if that would secure my appointment but still nothing. This was the closest dentist to me which would be suitable for my mobility issues and my anxiety since it’s literally round the corner from me so now I have had to register elsewhere which requires me to travel further and causes me unnecessary stress. They don’t care for their mentally unwell or sick patients. I would recommend Maida Vale Dental practise.

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for far too long Dr Shivani and her team have accomdoated and treated me excellently. The practice is a clean and friendly space, and interactions with all of the team have been positive. Time frames between first seen to and fully treated for any issues was incredibly short and all issues and appointments were communicated well. I was very nervous but Dr Minal was extremely gentle and reassuring, and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for this dentist for taking me as their patient. The reception was so kind and explained everything that I needed to know, I then had a consultation a few minutes after that with Dr Rishi, he explained everything clearly and very welcoming making me feel so relaxed. He then booked me for a tooth a extraction the next day. The surgeon who done the procedure for me the next day I believe was Dr Minal, she made me feel so comfortable and at ease through out the whole procedure, explaining step by step what she will be doing. Even after the procedure she gave me clear instructions on what I need to do for recovery. I'm so grateful that they helped. Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a big fear visiting the dentist. But recently I went, I was treated by the Hygienist’ Alisha’ who throughly cleaned my teeth. She really put me at ease as she could see my fear. Alisha was lovely very attentive, she explained everything throughly to me, talking to me throughout my procedure, checking on me. Alisha was so very friendly and extremely gentle and her calming manner was second to none. After my procedure I felt so happy and my fear of visiting the dentist/ hygienist was no more. Fantastic experience: I took my mum this September 2023 to this Dentist, first time my 84 year old mother has ever been in to a dentist! She saw Dr. Reham Abbas, she was so patient, polite & reassuring, making my mother completely relaxed, she explained everything she was going to do in the most simplistic way. My mother returned twice, had 2 teeth removed, said she did not feel a thing. We were so impressed 10/10, also for cleanliness, the receptionist is also lovely. Fantastic experience: Dr Ali and his wonderful assistant Neno were so helpful at my appointment. They made me feel comfortable and inserted 4 fillings to my teeth that I didn’t even know needed filling. I was a little nervous at first but they reassured me and took me out of my comfort zone. I have never felt any better and would recommend them highly for their kindness.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this newly managed dental practice twice recently. To be honest, I was a bit apprehensive on my first visit as I was more than happy with the previous dentist here. However, the new owners (and dentists), Shivani Shah and Rishi Nagaria are really friendly and helpful. Shivani is my dentist; she is clearly very knowledgeable as well as careful and gentle when treating patients. They also have other dentists in their practice and between them cover many aspects of dentistry and cosmetics. I haven't written a review before on google but thought it was important to spread the word about them. Would recommend highly to anyone who needs dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I received treatment from Dr Rishi and attend the dentist regularly. The treatment was excellent as were the nursing staff and receptionist. Dr Rishi has treated all my family members and having previously worked in the dental industry I know he is exceptionally professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Dr Rishi and fantastic personnel at W9 Dental for being so accommodating, polite and caring! From an initial phone call with Nosheen to the actual dental procedure, the experience is smooth and flawless. Dr Rishi has been my dentist for years and a couple of weeks ago my old crown fell out. Nosheen managed to find an emergency time slot on the same day. Dr Rishi provided a detailed explanation why the crown keeps falling out, challenges associated with it and a possible set of actions. Since my last visit, surgeries were refurbished and they now look very modern and state-of-the-art. I’ve recently moved and my commute to the surgery is 1.5 hours. Despite this, I will not change W9 Dental as it’s the dentist I can wholeheartedly trust.

My treatment for extractions and fillings was painless and I have been so happy with my Invisalign treatment. Fantastic experience: Great hygiene appointment had last week, I was guided through what would happen in advance of each step, and reassured that if I needed to take a break that all I needed to do was to raise a hand. Previously at these hygienist appointments I’ve been talked through brushing, flossing and even which grade of interdental brushes to use to suit my teeth, so each appointment since my first has been easier.

Fantastic experience: Great place, I'm very happy with them. Dr. Patel spent proper time checking my teeth and explained facts and options in depth. I've also had appointments with Dr. Shah in the past and I was equally happy. The hygienist (A. Mistry) provided proper tips for flossing and more in a previous appointment. And the reception is always polite and patient. I hope they continue like this.

Negative experience: Sadly the people who used to run his practice no longer there I’ve visited to this dentist when it first opened in 2007 and the people there used to be great and service was excellent and also very clean . But now unfortunately people who run this dentist is very unprofessional very dirty inside the receptionist is very grumpy not interested in patients , the dentist himself is awful very rush service and charge people lot of money . I guess these people running this practice just for money not for patients needs. Stay out of this practice my advice!

Fantastic experience: My experience at the dentist is absolutely amazing. My dentist is named Dr Yuhong He, Maral and she treats me with respect and kindness. Definitely my favourite dentist I’ve had. She’s the best.
