Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Armaan (and the whole practice). After waiting far too long to find a dentist for a damaged tooth, he guided me through root canal surgery and subsequent crown fitting and saved a tooth that I could easily have lost. I felt reassured and informed throughout. I no longer dread going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I found the Dentist Dr Armaan later, but better than never. Since from the first appointment, I noticed his details and professional approach handling the teeth, searching, testing, and the whole Dental procedures. Im on Dentist patient since teenager (50+years) and I rarely met with a Dentist like Dr Armaan. And regarding his young age, it brings more greater results than negative points, actually, no negative criticism at all. He, certainly, would have a great career within the Dentist environment. Im truly happy to be one of his patient, and the Dentaria Clinic staff in general.

I recently had to have a root removed from my gum and was allowed to take in my pillow and cushion . All the staff from reception and dentist were very understanding and I was made to feelvery comfortable in doing this. I was very happy with all service I received. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this surgery for more than 30 years since it was first set up by John Ginty and over the years having had many problems with my teeth I can only say that I have nothing but praise for the whole team, especially Cloe my current dentist who is a genius.

Fantastic experience: I moved away from the area last year and tried, twice, to attend dentists nearer my new home. Suffice it to say I returned this week to visit Eltham and, more specifically, to attend an appointment with the most professional and reassuring dentist I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I have 100% confidence in Cloe's ability to care for the longevity of my ageing and rather decrepit teeth. It was such a relief to be in her chair again. Such a talented and delightful dentist... and no ridiculous prices, either.

Fantastic experience: Finally had the time to improve my smile as I had discoloured fillings and a gap at the front. Had the absolute pleasure of having Leena as my dentist. Over the course of a couple of weeks, she did a composite filling on both top & bottom teeth which has improved my smile dramatically and even better, you wouldn't even know work had been done! I cannot thank Leena & the staff at Dentaria enough for being amazing, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dentaria, you will not be disappointed.

Likewise the dentists themselves and hygienist are also very pleasant- particularly when you have a phobia about visiting the dentists. They put your mind at ease which is what I need.

Negative experience: I wont be using Dentaria again, Anna is absolutely lovely, but I rang up today as I have an appointment booked... I think I have Covid have been up all night with fever and coughing I feel awful and was told I have to come in or I will be charged. Why would you want to drag someone in, I am off sick from work today as that is how ill I feel... I said i did not want to make others unwell (I will not even go to shops or anything today as It is not fair to spread around nasty colds when you can avoid it) and apparently that is no issue for them. I didn't want to cancel just to move my appointment but this could not be accommodated. Where is the discretion or the customer service? I said i will happily come in this sick rather than lose the money. Wrong choice of words as they then said 'oh you did say you would happily come in' and I said because I obviously cannot afford to lose £60, as if most people would be happy to pay £60 for no reason?? that is a lot of money, sorry I cannot justify that even though I feel literally terrible. Not to mention there is no safeguarding for other patients who potentially may be vulnerable, they told me they have PPE, but what about the tiny waiting room which is always packed, what if I am sat next to someone who has other medical issues or is elderly? Will you be giving them PPE? It seems they obviously only care about money...which is ironic as if they had been kinder to me and just moved my appointment to literally any time any day (once I am feeling better) I would have continued to come to them 2 or 3 times a year for the rest of my life. They also mentioned that I have to give 24 hours notice, I said you are not open on Sundays, she said I should have left a voicemail. I did not know that was an option as I have never had this situation crop up before. I find it very petty that if I had left a voicemail but not spoken to someone, my appointment could be moved, but speaking to someone today who can hear me coughing down the phone, could not use good will to do this. As a final note, I suffer with terrible anxiety and did not visit the dentist for many years because of this, I got anxiety when ringing up as I had a feeling they would be rude to me, which they were, if someone is poorly I really don't think it is the end of the world to move their appointment a few days to when they are feeling better. I also want to say Anna who I usually see is really nice, and this is not reflective of her, it's a massive shame that these terrible admin decisions which are made with literally no care to the patient result in these negative outcomes for no real reason. Thanks for making me feel even worse than I already do, and for dragging me to a dental hygienist appointment after a sleepless night with a fever and not being able to go more than a minute without coughing.
