Fantastic experience: I recently registered to this dental practice and I have to say the service I have received has been outstanding. I cannot praise them enough. Unfortunately I don't have the name of my dentist but visited to have some fillings I needed. My partner had to work which meant I had to bring our 8 month old along with me to the appointment. My dentist and the assisting member of staff were incredibly patient despite my daughter wailing throughout the entire appointment. They continued to reassure her and allowed me to comfort her during the procedures. This went above and beyond professionalism. They turned what would usually be a very tense and stressful experience into something very manageable. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Preston Park Dental Clinic is a fantastic place. Welcomed with a smile and put through an easy, streamlined process to get signed up. As a person with extreme anxiety, the dentist is always a worry! But not when it came to Dr Mittal and his nurse Emma. Absolutely incredible service and treatment. I had a tooth extraction done, which is a fear for most but I have to say... I enjoyed the process! The information and genuine care I received was outstanding. Not to mention, the best, painless injections I have ever received. I can't thank Dr Ash, nurse Emma and the team enough for making me feel so comfortable and getting me out of pain. I would highly recommend this clinic for everyone, especially those with a fear of dentists as Dr Mittal will put you at ease immediately. Thank you so much again

Negative experience: Should I tell you about receptionist or doctors ? OMG ! For get appointment or even cancel your appointment you just have to wait about an hour. Sooooo long And receptionist are no responsible about anything even if you have bad signal for couple of seconds middle of conversation she's going to hanging up They give you Opportunity for NHS ! But Befor that doctors send you for hygienist even if you don't need it to get around 70 to 120 pond and then they give you appointment to see what's your problem

Negative experience: They have gone and deleted all the bad reviews. I have been waiting nearly 2 months on a price for 3 fillings as I’m going private and still have heard nothing. This place really needs to sort its self out and start helping customers instead of cutting them off. They also lied by telling me I needed more fillings than I did and I know this is not true as my Orthadomtist told me I needed one filling and not three. Clearly trying to scam people for their money.

Fantastic experience: My dental team were Olya and Elend, I have particular requirements being vulnerable to viruses. The receptionist books me my preferred appointment time without fuss and she has very good communications skills. The team responded to my email about airborne virus mitigations with clear communication about what would be in place. It was all in place in advance of my arrival. I am taking new meds which effect my dental care. Communication could not have been clearer on steps to take. I have difficulties breathing and this was considered and cared for throughout. Elend being very careful to support my breathing during the procedures. Olya is an exceptional communicator and also came across in a very caring manner.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the clinic with Mahsa and Mona. As a new patient, I was looking for a dentist I could trust, and I’m so happy to be in their care. They gave me valuable advice on improving my oral hygiene. From the warm welcome by the receptionist, Esther, to the comfortable atmosphere in the patient room, everything was smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Awful. Was meant to have a check up in October which got cancelled, phoned up for an emergency appointment, was told nothing could be found, made another emergency appointment and was told a tooth needed to be extracted, obviously, but the Dentist I saw said I’d have to wait until I saw my Dentist Before tooth could be extracted now having to wait till the end of April until my Dentist can tell me it needs an extraction and she can book me an appointment to go to hospital By which time who knows maybe two or three more teeth will have to come out by then. Tried phoning them again was kept on hold for 53 minutes hearing your call is very important to us. I hung up.
