Fantastic experience: Most amazing skin clinic I’ve ever been to all staff are very friendly and welcoming which makes it very comfortable. And a huge thanks to Vasilica for helping me fixing my skin.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here with my family for a year now. Every visit and encounter with then has been nothing short of pleasurable and lovely. Jaya and Leanne are very helpful and friendly on reception. Dr Mariam, Dr Nabila, Fatima and Anwar are all amazing, knowledgeable, kind and they put you straight at ease. The clinicians and the nurses are brilliant, can’t recommend and praise them enough!!

Fantastic experience: I was so anxious for my hygiene clean today, my niece had recommended to go see the hygienist Amir she herself had very good experience with him and reassured me that it will be worth it. Walking in I was so nervous but soon as I spoke to amir he made me feel at ease he listened and throughly went through what I will need, he took he’s time and was very patient with me. I was happy with my end results thank you so much, I didn’t leave today feeling I don’t want to go back.

Fantastic experience: I had botox treatment by a non medical practitioner. I believe due to incorrect injection placement this caused one of my brows to drop and the other one was hyperactive! I waited for the 2 week period to see if there was any improvement. But unfortunately this was not the case, if anything it gotten worse, watery eyes and the eyelid became heavy and a terrible pain. At this stage I panicked and got in touch with Dr Nabila, she was kind enough to give me an emergency appointment. I had a thorough consultation with Dr Nabila and she was able to assess my situation quickly and determine the correct injection points and dosage. She made me feel reassured and comfortable and carried out the touch up. At this point I realised that it is crucial to select a skilled and experienced medical professional who understands facial anatomy and injection techniques to minimise the risk of complications. I am extremely thankful to Dr Nabila not only for the best course of action but also for her commitment and support to check up on me the next day. I am very happy with the results. Fantastic experience: I had a skin facial with Galila and she was excellent, talked me through every step and payed great attention to detail. My skin felt amazing and so soft after. I have also had a facial with Vasilia, she was amazing in taking great attention to detail in preparing my skin and was very caring and nice. My skin was instantly brighter, smoother, and deeply hydrated. I noticed a visible improvement in texture and glow. Fantastic experience: I just had my appointment with Dr Anwar and Nurse Saleena. Upon arrival and throughout the whole appointment, they were both nothing short of supportive and reassuring. Dr Anwar was very different to the previous Dentists that I had seen, his emphasis was not only doing a good job but also prevention by teaching me (he have me a mirror and walked me through everything, what has happend, what he will do, how to prevent and then how to maintain my teeth and gum health. Dr Anwar also was very reassuring and constantly and routinely checked in with me to make sure that I was comfortable and asked if i needed a break throughout the appointment. Another thing that is praiseworthy is Dr Anwars mannerisms and politeness, not just to me but to Nurse Saleena (he never missed an opportunity to say please and thank you) - and they both worked really well together. Nurse Saleena was always there to support me with anything that I needed, and I can't wait to go back and continue my dental journey with Facestudio clinic!!!

Fantastic experience: As a dentist, I was very hesitant to visit a dental clinic here in Birmingham. I went and saw Dr. Mariam for a tooth restoration. It was probably my best experience at a clinic. Dr. Mariam was professional, and very personable. She has an excellent technique and an eye for details. She took her time and the result was excellent. I didn’t need to ask for any adjustments (which is a rare occurrence being a dentist myself, I tend to nitpick at things) The clinic is super clean and calm, the staff is professional and warm. 10/10 experience overall.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time visiting the clinic on Saturday and i was so pleased that I found Face Studio Clinic. I had a hygienist and airflow appointment with Anwar. He was very informative and explained each step whilst cleaning my teeth. I was so pleased with the airflow treatment and could notice a difference in the stains on my composites. I’m so pleased I have been able to find a hygienist that I can visit on a regular basis to maintain a healthy smile. I have another appointment in a few weeks for a check up and consultation and I have no doubt I will have the same great experience!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely exemplary service! Staff were professional in their conduct and provided me with scientific backed advice. My main concerns were dryness on my face and hyperpigmentation. Various treatment options for this issue were outlined in detail to me, and I was not pressured into purchasing any treatment option. Patient care remained the top priority at all times, and for this very reason, I will be back to receive my treatment! Fantastic experience: I had the glass skin facial with vasilica today and my skin looks amazing! I struggle with rosacea and sensitive skin so I was really worried as I normally look really red after a facial but she was so good! She used medical grade skincare that reduced the redness and calmed my skin immediately. I also loved the massage at the end and even fell asleep! The best service and clinic in Birmingham for skin - I would highly recommend. Thank you to Jaya for being so professional and polite on reception and to Leanne for making me feel at home! Have received numerous amount of facials aswell as skin care treatments catered toward our skin concerns to achieve and maintain good skin. We have both seen changes in our skin over the past few months and will continue to return for our treatments. Fantastic experience: I came in to see Dr Nabila Shamsan as I had an infection in my tooth. Nabila was very gentle, informative and professional. Nabila discussed a plan moving forward for rectifying the problems with my teeth and gave me advised on how to correctly brush my teeth to avoid the build up of plaque. Fantastic experience: Modern, Great location and friendly service.

Negative experience: I was left heavily disappointed by my visit to face studio which is a shame as I had high hopes. Instead I felt I was spoken to in a condescending tone by Dr Nabila who made unsolicited, unwelcome and incorrect assumptions regarding my character and what I would and would not be able to afford. The applied pressure to buy ‘their products’ feels it does not come with the customers concerns at heart, especially when it comes to serious skin concerns any honest skin care professional will tell you that professional strength/ prescription products are required.I’m sure if you fit the aesthetics of the customers they are after you would have a much more pleasant experience :(

Fantastic experience: I had the most amazing facial. The staff were wonderful. Kind friendly and inviting. I will definitely be returning.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend their products as they can ruin your skin! I had the worst experience of my life and my skin has become worse than it was and it is not getting any better. Believe me if things go wrong you are on your own. So be careful. I might recommend their facials which is a one off treatment, but don’t buy their products. My wedding is just in a few days and my skin is full acne that I have never had in my entire life, and despite stopping everything for almost 4 weeks there hasn’t been any improvement. Be careful and believe me its not worth the risk!!!!
