Negative experience: Good morning, I'm writing because I think everyone should know whether it's worth getting treatment at this "ALA-CLINIC." I don't think so. I'll explain why I had a denture made here that didn't meet my expectations at all. The color was hopeless, not at all harmonious with the natural color of my mouth. What's more, I also had a filling made on a tooth that was treated poorly by Dr. K., who drilled the tooth, filled it, and after getting up from the chair, told me it would hurt, that I would have to have a root canal for another 400 pounds. It's a total scam, man. If you want everything to be perfect, go to someone else. I don't recommend this place.

I am always scared of dentists but here I am panicking less… local anesthesia helps a lot. Hygienist and stain removal - I tried few places in past but here they do it the best. Fantastic experience: I came to this dental practice for a second opinion, initially regarding some root canal treatment and a crown. I saw the endodontist, Dr Moczynski, who managed to save my tooth and I am now seeing one of his colleagues, dentist, Anna Turo who is planning to fit a new crown, together with carrying out some other more minor procedures. I feel confident in the dentists' clinical capabilities and knowledge. I'm impressed with the standard of care and treatment and also the fact that I haven't had to re-mortgage my house to pay for it. It is good dental care at an affordable price. The dental nurses and reception staff are also pleasant and professional. I would recommend this practice even though I have to drive 90 minutes to get there!

Negative experience: Małe plomby wypadły po 13 miesiącach a zalakowanie u maluszka po tygodniu. niestety ale straszni partacze, trzeba szukać innego dentysty. The small fillings fell out after 13 months and the baby's sealing after a week. Unfortunately, but terrible bunglers, you need to look for another dentist.

Negative experience: I tend not to put negative reviews,but I'm highly disappointed in service i got. Firstly,shaming me for bad teeth. I came over my panic from doctors itself. Its no help here! I went to different dentist in the end,as I had pain after Poldent Wakefield, so called, treatment. 2 last treated teeth had to be extracted(i supposedly needed just filling done over deep nerve cleaning),but one wasn't sealed properly,other had a piece of cotton ball left with zero filling inside?! It just cracked in the middle! As its was so badly infected! Like how on earth thats possible? Oh,I was complaining weeks after about pain and sensitivity. They said,its normal. Possibly there is more damaged teeth after that. I lost so much money and teeth and health wise!

Negative experience: Went to this practice on 25th Nov this year with a root canal problem that I had done last year. Told me there was nothing wrong with the root canal but 3 of my other teeth needed root canals at £325 per tooth. Absolute rip off, nothing wrong with any of my other teeth. When I paid I was told someone would call me to discuss treatment after a colleague had looked at my x-rays, that was over a month ago, still waiting. If you want an honest professional dentist stay away from this lot.
