Fantastic experience: I Went to Calder Dentists in Burnley on 28/5/25. I had treatment with Rena and Assistant for 4 Difficult fillings. I must say they were both very professional and cared how I felt at all times. If anybody is anxious about there visit they will put you at ease. Recommended in making the whole trip pleasant as possible.

Negative experience: Wow what can I say the dentist is very unprofessional and lacks even the most basic customer service skills. Make a complaint to manager and then on day after visit get verbally abused by the said dentist to the fact of I walked out. This dentist definitely needs a stern talking to about there attitudes of dealing with the public, should you wish to contact me, you have my number, however members of the public beware of a particular member of the team as you might fall victim to. As you didn't take my first complaint to seriously I have now taken things further with external agencies. Absolutely atrocious, Nathan was ok but really in a whirlwind what has gone on with the surgery since relocating and staffing levels. By the way i am disabled so even worse. Members of public 2 words STAY AWAY.

Fantastic experience: Was pleased to get an emergency appointment for an abcess quickly. The dentist was very thorough in his explanation of things and examination and all staff were pleasant and helpful. I can't fault the experience. Follow up appointment for a root canal also went fine, with each step explained fully to me. No issues at all, would recommend.

Negative experience: Very disappointed been today was charged for check up plus scrape and polish upfront. To then go in with the dentist to only get a check up not a scrape and polish as said wasn’t needed but still charged full price. It’s part of the service I paid for to be refused it. Not been happy with the service since coming to this practice. Will be looking for a new one.

Negative experience: This is the worse dentist in Burnley Lancashire do not go to this practice after sending them 6 emails they still have not replied to any and the treatment I got was so poor after 5 months still not helped me I'm having to report them to the NHS now They are not doing there job properly at all, if I could give no stars I would. I'm not the only one with the same complaint just read the comments below most of the review are nearly the same if not exactly the same. We can't all be wrong.
