Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this clinic for 12 years, my dentist is Dr Qureshi and he is the best in the world, I’m one of them patients who are dead scared of dentists with past traumas , but Dr Qureshi is just different I had all sorts of treatments, root canal, extraction, crowns and also implants and never ever had any issues plus the way he cares about his patients it’s incredible, the hygienist is very good and professional as well but also the reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall the best dental clinic in the country and I could not recommend and praise him enough.

Negative experience: Update: thanks for kindly confirming it's been 4 YEARS since my referral! It's also refreshing to hear from you guys 4 years later, so job well done, that's all folks! "We Don't Care Dental" would be a better name, worst dentist I have been to. Was seen by Arthif Daniel in 2021, had a crown and an onlay done, was "referred" for two years but the referral never went through so I was waiting for nothing. He is now gone from the clinic. Mr Qureshi bans you from the practice when you have issues after treatment. Takes no responsibility and acts like you are the problem. I found it hilarious you responded to someone else's review of your terrible service by saying you were away "on humanitarian work" what a saint! Still dealing with my problems since 2021 so if you want to be robbed of £1100 and have a tooth broken and deal with pain, this is the place to go to Please avoid this place, you have been warned

I work in dentistry so had a little knowledge about the treatment itself and knew that I won't just go to anyone; then I found these guys. The process has been so smooth and easy, and the results are just beyond words. I had 8 composite veneers by Dr Darsh, and I honestly couldn't be happier. My expectations were met in every way possible. (Just to add, I travelled 4,5 hours there and back, that's how good they are.)

Fantastic experience: I'm extremely grateful for the service I received from Dr Qureishi and his staff. Honestly, I visited multiple dentists in the UK due to a cracked tooth at the root, neither including a dental hospital provided a solution to my issue which even took Dr Qureishi by surprise. He managed to fit a temporary Maryland bridge and then gave me a dental plan whereby I had two implants with bone graft along with two veneers which provided a natural look that I'm really happy with. The hygienist is also very precise and delicate in how she carries out her work. I've recommended my own family and friends to Care Dental Smile also their prices are extremely competitive

It was a bit of a tricky job to match up well as it was a front tooth, but the veneer blends in beautifully with the teeth either side of it and looks great. It's also very comfortable. Negative experience: My mum Came into the dentist today for her appointment.she was discrimintaed against and the receptionest named serina was very rude to her because she didnt speak english. My mum called the dad who speaks and understands english yet she was still not able to get the right information. She had a very rude and dismisive attitude towards her and my mum left upset. This is not how you treat someone.

Fantastic experience: By far the best dental practice I've ever been to. I went for a check up and scan to have adult braces fitted. Dr Hellier was amazing! So patient, friendly and thorough. She reassured me and gave me clear explanations and instructions throughout the process and I have full confidence that my new smile will be fantastic. Thank you so much. All the other staff I came into contact with during my visit were pleasant and professional too.

Negative experience: I had to remove my review as the principal of this place had contacted me with threatening behaviour that they will seek legal remedies regarding my Google review which was accurate and honest. They still can do so if they wish. I was neglected in this surgery, not even once but several times. I still say that NHS patients get neglected in this place. You guys are such a shame for medical industry. Following a below poor experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. EDIT: someone called me from this practice yesterday and she was like: "you left review? On our Google page? Review huh?". Like she’s arresting a thief. Clowns.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are absolutely amazing. They did amazing dental work and are super friendly. They even went the extra mile to help with dental an insurance issue that was out of my my control and personally corrected the issue themselves. I can’t think of a better place to go than Care Smile Dental, I would highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: I have anxiety is the first thing I said when I called the office asking for help. Starting with the receptionist she was very patient with me over the phone, because when my anxiety is triggered it is hard for me to speak clearly. Going into my appointment I have a hard time breathing. I just kind of slide in through the door and stand against the wall and they let me stay there for as long as I need to. The office manager is absolutely lovely she is very understanding and accepting. She lets me vent to her every time I have gone and I do look forward to seeing her on my future appointments. Dr. Tafesh is so excepting and understanding. I was anxious to meet him at first because I did not want to be rejected because of my anxiety and how it presents. However he gave me the space I needed and the time I needed so I could communicate accurately with him. He is very kind and very understanding. Going to the dentist is not one of my preferred things however I do find comfort in this office because of how accepting an understanding they are of my mental health. They want to see you get better and the way they have communicated that to me is heartwarming.

Negative experience: I went there to repair my teeth and because I was from the NHS they took an appointment for me and during the visit they looked at my teeth for two minutes and stopped the treatment with an excuse and made a new arrangement. date, and they repeated this several times.

Fantastic experience: Each time l visit, the patience, kindness and professionalism l'm met with are second to none. Doctor Natalia, nurse Naz and receptionist Irina have been especially accommodating. I am travelling from Dagenham especially for their services. Thank you, all!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dentist, Dr Imran and his nurse Ana helpful and kind. Excellent at putting you at ease. They really go above and beyond. Irina the receptionists is also very helpful.

My kids really like going to Dr. Imran and the nurse Kimia is very nice. The receptionist Irina and Elena speak very nicely. I like going to the dentist

Fantastic experience: NHS & Private patient: What a fantastic team at the dental practice! Irina and Nadia always give the warmest welcomes, with a touch of humor thrown in. Their professionalism and discreet service are top-notch, and always have sweet exchanges with the little one. And then.... there's Dr. Qureshi, a true dental superhero! From turning my tears into laughter in the dentist chair to his exceptional dental work, he's simply amazing. Dr. Qureshi has a knack for calming fears and his clinical skills are flawless. The hygienic surroundings, interactions with his nurse Naz, and even complex surgeries are all handled impeccably. Dr. Q gets top marks from me!
