Fantastic experience: I am terrified of going to the dentist normally, and have had very bad experiences with extractions. However, Dr Shihab Romeed and his team were excellent. They made me feel at ease and confident about the procedure and the sedation worked a treat. Don’t remember any of the surgery!

Fantastic experience: Attended the surgery this morning for a procedure. Staff were all very pleasant and efficient and I was seen promptly. Premises very clean and up to date. The dental surgeon and his assistant were very reassuring and kept me fully informed at each stage of the procedure. I felt very relaxed and in good hands and it was completed swiftly and in a very professional manner. I was completely pain free and felt fine throughout. Appropriate info and advice given afterwards. I was extremely satisfied with the way it was all conducted , no hesitation in recommending . Thanks to all concerned.

Not that I can say that I am looking forward to my next visit, it is the Dentist after all, however I never have any nerves or anxiety when I do have to pay them a visit. The procedure was pain free it only took 10 minutes, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I was given good advice and instructions for after care. Dr Shihab Romeed highly recommend.

The booking process was smooth and easy, the reception staff courteous and helpful, and the consent forms are clear, thorough, and concise. The dentist and her assistant were very professional, made a nervous patient feel safe and did an excellent job. Definitely recommend this practice. Downside is lack of immediate parking, but there’s a multi-storey CP ~5 mins away.

Negative experience: Terrible doesn't even deserve a star Been there since a child maybe 15-18years was 5minutes late to appointment called them to let them know they told me its fine and still attend ,once i arrived they refused to see me ,then i rebooked that was cancelled by them,then the next appointment didnt receive any reminder, called them explain to them reason was due to new medications ,no reminder and that the dentist they had referred me to i would go ahead with there treatment and come back once it was completed, to then receive a letter telling me im no longer on there register as i failed to attend 2 appointments i would have to look for a new dentist complete liars, different when they are late to appointment or keep rescheduling also no sympathy for patients bare in mind never missed appointment in 15-18 years i’ve been with them now im no longer welcome

Negative experience: ‼️ READ BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL ‘DENTAL PRACTICE’ ‼️ I’m writing this review on behalf of my mum after a terrible experience she had here during a tooth extraction. She was meant to be sedated but it didn’t work properly at all. They started injecting her mouth multiple times with anaesthetic but it just wasn’t taking effect. She could still feel everything and said it was the most painful experience she’s ever had. Before the procedure they had her upstairs filling out forms for ages, talking about blood clots and what not to do, which only made her more nervous. Then they took her downstairs and didn’t even close the door properly, so her 13 year old son and her partner could see everything. She had to ask them herself to shut it. While they kept giving more injections in her mouth she was still fully awake and in agony, crying and screaming in pain while they carried on. Afterwards they just said that’s it and sent her out to the car for 10 minutes before going home with no care or reassurance at all. It’s true what someone else said in their review, they are in such a rush to get you in and out without thinking about how nervous or scared patients are. It’s now been four weeks and her mouth is still sore. To make it worse, the remainder of the tooth has since fallen out which means they didn’t even complete the extraction properly. They also chipped another tooth and made one wobbly. The whole experience was painful, unprofessional and traumatising. Never again.

Fantastic experience: Dispite having a flat car battery and not being able to leave the house till past the appointment time, after my call and an explanation they agreed to see me as soon as l could get there. Once there and a lengthy form filled out, Mr Shihab Romeed preceded to promptly give me 3 injections (somewhat painful but only for a short time) a few moments later he fiddled about a bit then with his pliers whoosh, my wisdom tooth was out and l didn't feel a thing. The whole process took a lot less time than it will take to read this review. In short l was very happy with the whole procedure, it was very quick and apart from the injections almost painless. I can fully recommend Mr Romeed's profishant and professional work, l was kept at ease with everything explained to me throughout, 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Sabrina Khan after my local clinic (Britwell Smile Clinic) were unable to remove my tooth after nearly 2 hours. Sabrina was absolutely amazing — she managed to extract it quickly and painlessly in less than 10 minutes! Both she and her assistant were extremely polite, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I’m so grateful for their excellent care and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start…. I have had two teeth taken out before this appointment elsewhere the first one took around 45 minutes the second one that really put me of dentist took the best part of 3 hours, it was horrible experience. Being told I now had to have a wisdom tooth out made me so scared it was unreal. Walking into the dentist I didn’t wanna be there, I got called in and was thinking about lying to get out of there. But the fantastic Sabrina calmed my nerves as much as she could, along with nurse shamaila, they didn’t lie they told me yes it can go wrong and if so it’ll be a swift treatment The needle came out and I was shaking. Unlike other dentist I didn’t even feel the needle going in which was errant Sabrina kept asking me if I was ok She then took some tools and started I heard a crack after around 45 seconds I though here me go she’s snapped the crown of she then asked lovey shamalia for foursepts at this time I’m panicking and thinking about pass experiences and the hen after 3 seconds with the pliers she said a finished…. I thought no wayyyy i looked at the table and sure enough there is a tooth there how!!!!! From laying down to standing back up took no more then 8 minutes If your frighted of the dentist and you end up with Sabrina and or shamalia please don’t be worried by far the best dentist I’ve ever met. It’s ashame I can only give them 5 stars there should be a platinum botton thank you ☺️
