Fantastic experience: When you need a dentist it’s usually quite urgent, I have been using this one since I can remember and they have never let me down

Negative experience: Both my children have been with them since their first check up now 19 and 23 as soon as they reached 18 they were thrown off because they only want private patients to bring in the money .So obviously having your teeth cared for is only for those who can afford extortionate fees

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Dr Philip, his assistants and the staff at this practice. I hate going to the dentist but they made the work I needed done (five extractions, a new denture, cleaning and two fillings) as easy and pain free (literally) as possible. It's tucked away around the back of Strood but don't be put off by the simple vibe. This guy really knows his job and the staff are lovely.

Fantastic experience: Just want to highlight the support received from this practice, everything has been a smooth process for my treatment that was required, sadly my body decided to be silly and allow an infection to set in after a tooth extraction, but I went back here for help and the treatment was fab, was seen quickly due to the emergency thankyou everyone who had an imput in my care recently.x

Fantastic experience: I was made very welcome by all staff. Mr Praveen Philip is a lovely man. I felt relaxed and comfortable. Very easy to talk to. He went through every option that was available to me for my tooth problem without any pressure and left the choices with me. I would 100% recommend. Even if you don't like going to the dentist. Negative experience: Very Rude Receptionist, esp the female receptionist at strood center. My partner was 10 mins late for my sons appointment and it was bc my partner had issues locating the Clinic. I called to find out why my son was not seen and to knw how long each appointment was , she was very nonchalant in responding to me even when i tried to let her knw i was just expressing frustration at the situation! To sum it up she hanged up the call on me . It should be noted that this same lady was very unprofessional the day i came for my own appointment. ( being a pregnant woman and needed checkup) but i felt that was a one time thing Happening again with my visit with my son! Makes me wonder if she is trained in customer service.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish it has been a great experience. He know that going to the dentist can be stressful and intimidating, however, at Dr. Ray its just different, this business tick all the boxes. Customer service 10 out of 10 Dental treatment 10 out of 10 Cleanliness 10 out of 10 Price very reasonable, i must admit its on the cheap side for the service they provide. Big Thank you

The dentist and his staff are sooo helpful and friendly and always remember me from previous visits and the things I had spoken about previously which makes you feel more at ease! I highly recommend this dentist practice!!! Only down side is the parking situation situation.

Fantastic experience: First impressions: very attentive, straight talking,explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was needed. Gave options for all treatment, didn't try to coerce or sway my decisions. After years of very disappointing experience with previous dentist, I feel like I may finally be getting real, effective dental treatment. Have appointments booked for this, and, will let you know how it goes- I'm hoping for good things. My partner, who had it much worse, now has a real plan, after many years of pain and frustration, with no progress. Here's hoping. Can't thank Thakarys dental enough already.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! I have extreme dental phobia due to past trauma and haven't previously been able to have an appointment with any dentist unsedated. But I lost a filling and broke my tooth this weekend and had to have an appointment to get it fixed. They got me in same day as when I called about it and were so lovely. They went at my own pace and walked me through each step as they went. It was my first ever positive experience at the dentist. Will be coming back any time I need treatment from now on.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been using Dr Ray's dental practice for many years and even though we no longer live near the practise, we still make the trip! Dr Ray is very patient, caring and reassuring when seeing you and puts you at ease throughout for your treatment. My daughters have seen Dr Ray since they were babies and have grown up not fearing the dentist. Dr Ray's staff are extremely polite and courteous, especially her son who manages the reception. Negative experience: Received misinformation twice regarding a filling, got told within 6months any issue with the filling come back free of charge to now being told I got to full price again, due to lack of communication. Firstly there was no profanity, no one told me about an appointment, I never even received a call also I never misheard regarding the guarantee, I was told by the receptionist 6motnhs
