Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve had and has restored my confidence by fitting me with new teeth that look real. The hygienist is excellent as well and the receptionist’s friendly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amro has been our family dentist for many years, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more. He is always kind, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. My children never feel nervous about their appointments because he is so patient and gentle they never feel any pain! Recently, I needed emergency treatment, and he was there for us straight away. We’re truly grateful for the excellent care and support he has consistently given our family. Dentists like him are very hard to find!

I had been in terrible pain for a few days, and honestly, I was a bit nervous about going in — but from the moment I met Alexandra and Dr. Amro, I felt completely at ease. Fantastic experience: Had a very good experience at the practice. I had never been before but was highly recommended by a few friends. I Had a very bad pain in one of the back teeth, they were very accommodating with finding me an appointment as early as possible. In the end I had to do a root canal treatment - Alexia was the dentist that took care of me and I couldn’t say enough good things about her! She had such a gentle hand and was very professional, guiding me through what she was doing which helped settle down my nerves a lot! Thank you very much Alexia and the rest of the team! Happy that I have found my new permanent dentist!

Negative experience: Had a really poor experience with my 5 year old today at the Wimbledon Dentist. I had to take my son out of school to attend the appointment and ended up not having any treatment done for his teeth cavities and was charged £45! The dentist showed immediate dissatisfaction when my 5 year old was not wanting the treatment. She took no effort at all to provide the required treatment for my son’s teeth. I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone who requires a dental treatment for their children.

Fantastic experience: My experience with The Wimbledon Dentist was nothing short of phenomenal. This team is exceptional at what they do, and the care and quality of work I received as a patient was world class. I initially went for a checkup appointment where my dentist, Dr Alexia Papakonstantinou, found some concerning and urgent issues with my teeth. This was communicated to me clearly and calmly and I felt reassured that my treatment plan was going to offer me the best results for my teeth and long term dental health. Not only did I feel confident with the treatment I would receive but they also bent over backwards to ensure all my work was completed prior to me leaving the country, which was in less than 7 days after a plan being made. I am so grateful for all of this effort and it allowed me to head off with everything in check and start my new job without any concerns for my teeth. Not only my specific Dentist, but the entire team from the lovely and welcoming receptionists to the Practice Manager made me feel so welcomed and at ease, in a time that felt overwhelming and stressful. Yes, getting private dental care is expensive and this was no exception. However, I truly could not recommend this practise more and it was absolutely worth every cent.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a dentist in London and are reading this review then look no further than Dr Amro for he is undoubtedly a dentist of the highest calibre and comfortably the best I've ever visited. A master of his craft, he has a very calm and reassuring manner putting the patient at ease throughout the course of the treatment, with such a steady hand that not a thing is felt throughout the entire procedure. He has an outstanding ability to explain the situation in an understandable and transparent way which instills a deep confidence in his acumen. The entire team at the Wimbledon Dentist are incredibly friendly, efficient, and capable and I will be delighted to use their services in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience when I had a crown fitted at the Wimbledon Dentist by Dr. Amro Ismail this week. I have other crowns from previous dentists in the past but this was the easiest, most seamless and pain-free experience. We discussed the difference between gold and zirconium and I am very pleased with the choice we agreed. Crowns are expensive everywhere but the cost was in line with the market and the treatment was only recommended after seeing Dr. Ismail for a number of check-ups since I joined the practice when he recommended no work was necessary at all. The crown fits invisibly and feels very secure. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: What a relaxed and pleasant experienced with Alexia during my 'New Patient Examination'. And talk about thorough - wow! I felt so comfortable and confident under Alexia's care. She asked many questions but never once did I feel judged by my responses (unlike other SW19 dental practices where I definitely felt I was being put on the naughty step for past discretions). What was also refreshing was that there was no cross selling of cosmetic dentistry, which again was a nice change from the other SW19 practices that constantly shoved invisalign braces and whitening treatments in my face - and making me feel a loser for not taking signing up to them. No hesitation in highly recommending this place for the above reasons, plus the happy and helpful reception staff - and whats more, they're much cheaper than local competion. I wish I'd found this place years ago.

Fantastic experience: A year ago, I contacted this clinic due to an excruciating toothache that was so intense it brought me to tears. After calling more than three clinics and being unable to get an appointment—even for the following days—I decided to reach out to this clinic that same morning. To my surprise, they gave me an appointment for the very same day. Dr. Amro attended to me with great kindness and professionalism, quickly identifying and resolving the issue with expertise and care. After such a positive experience, I decided to trust him with a dental implant. The process was not easy, but it’s in situations like these that you truly recognize a great professional. Dr. Amro was always present, explaining each stage of the treatment clearly and reassuring me every step of the way. Going to the dentist can be stressful, but thanks to his professionalism and support, everything felt much easier and far less daunting. I highly recommend this clinic, and especially Dr. Amro, to anyone looking for a skilled, attentive, and compassionate dentist.

Fantastic experience: I contacted this clinic when another dentist, who I had an emergency appointment with the previous day, left me with a very painful abcess and didn't return my calls. I was due to fly out on a ski holiday a couple of days later and thought I'd not be able to go as the pain was excruciating and the antibiotic I was given did not work. I feared the pressure on the flight would make things even more painful. The clinic receptionist, Emilija, was so lovely and helpful. She promised to check with the doctor and fit me in, although they were already very busy that day. She called back and offered an emergency appointment. I developed a very painful abcess in the roof of my mouth, related to an old root canal. Dr Amro reassured me that draining the abcess would help release the pressure, and strong antibiotic would deal with the infection. It was not pleasant, but draining helped almost instantly to reduce the pain, and although sore from the procedure, I was able to go on my holiday. The antibiotic was very strong and delat with the infection. I still required a root canal to be redone, but at least I was free of pain.

Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist for Invisalign treatment and was referred to Dr Alexia. The whole process was explained to me clearly, what the outcome would look like and time frames etc. All went as was explained and I’m really happy with the results, I’d certainly recommend this dentist for Invisalign.

Fantastic experience: I had unbearable pain the whole night, I rang the clinic next day morning, the receptionist was so lovely and helpful booked me in straight away as emergency appointment. I went there, they were so friendly and welcoming, I’ve seen Dr. Alexia she explained my issue very well and clear. I’ve always been nervous to visit any dentist the whole idea is scary for me. Dr. Alexia is very knowledgeable and professional, and she is so calming, she done x-rays and explained to me clearly what was the issue, within less than hour everything was done, pain is gone straight away, even after the local anaesthesia is gone, I didn’t experience any pain. I’m very happy and pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Positive experience: I’ve been with the practice for quite while (since 2017), and lately with a great dentist Dr Alex. Only down is they’ve changed the reception staff and this staff charged me for a consultation as if I’d be a new client, really upsetting and there’s no reply to emails now. Shame!

Negative experience: Experiencing really bad nerve/tooth ache. Saw Dr.Alexia. On two occasions she stopped me from explaining my symptoms because 'we might not have enough time to finish the appointment'. After examining me and taking x-rays she came to the conclusion that it's because I grind my teeth and have caused the pain or less likely something to do with my gums which 'some gel would fix'. The gel has made no difference. My wife is a very light sleeper she would know if I grinded my teeth. My previous dentists would have told me if I grinded my teeth! I sleep with a retainer which shows no sign of teeth grinding. But apparently this week I started my grinding my teeth so much that its causing excruciating nerve/teeth ache-like pains.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Dr Amro and Alexandra enough. I'm a very nervous patient and they made my visit so much easier. He is really kind and reassuring and was wonderful with my children who are also very nervous. Whilst I was having my check up Alexandra was great at entertaining them and it made for a lovely trip to the practice. I can't see myself going to another practice ever again!

Recently, I finished my invisalign treatment with Dr. Amro Ismail and wanted to thank him for all the hard work he put to make sure that I have the best treatment possible. He provided multiple treatment plans for me to pick from (based on my specific needs / requirements), answered all the questions and have been really thorough with the monthly checks. Positive experience: I was really hoping to write a more positive review, as I have been a patient here for 2 years. I mainly had 2 fillings done and some hygienist appointments. I paid for 4 fillings (same 2 teeth), and even had them redone a few times. Reflecting back, I feel like only one of these many fillings was done properly, which lasted a year before failing.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experience at The Wimbledon dentist. My 6 years old daughter supposed to have a filling, and after a lot of failing appointments in other places , Dr. Alexia managed to do the filling for her, even more...she is now enjoying going to the dentist, same as my 2 years old. Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice. I am extremely nervous about the dentist and hadn't been for years. I started having issues with my teeth and did a lot of research into the best practice for nervous patients and read good reviews about Wimbledon Dentist. I was seen by Dr Sheideh who was SO unbelievably kind, gentle and non-judgemental. She clearly explained everything to me and e discussed all options before every treatment. Sadly I have now moved away from the area, so will have to find a new dentist, but can't recommend Dr Sheideh and The Wimbledon Dentist enough.

Fantastic experience: I'm a patient at The Wimbledon dentist for about 5 years now. And they've always been so helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my wisdom tooth, that no dentist gave a chance of saving it, until I saw Dr. Amro and he fix it ,and since then I don't have any issue with the tooth. And I saw the hygienist Taher, who made a painless and enjoyable experience. They will definitely continue to be my favourite dentist in town.

Negative experience: This place is not kids friendly or at least the experience my child had with dentist Alexia, she had no patience with my 5 years old, she treated him with temporarily solution without asking us, charged full price snd and asked us to next time to go to children specialist.

Fantastic experience: When I visited the hygienist, Taher, last week I was very impressed. I see that on his page on your website he says " He prides himself in being able to provide painless treatments that meet patients' needs." It certainly was the case - no pain at all. I also visited the dentist, Dr Alexia Papakonstantinou, who extracted a tooth and arranged for an additional tooth on my denture and made sure it was a perfect fit. Dr Alexia is incredibly good at her job.

Dr Alexia was absolutely brilliant. She communicated clearly throughout my treatment - a small front tooth filling - and I am very happy with the results of the procedure. Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot praise The Wimbledon Dentist highly enough. I started going myself after accompanying a disabled friend for whom they all showed an impressive amount of consideration and kindness. For a long time, I've been unhappy about crooked teeth so started the Invisalign process with Dr Alexia who is so well-qualified, knowledgeable and really cares about me and the outcome. Her attention to detail is second to none and she has made me feel totally comfortable throughout. She is also such a lovely person, as is Dr Aoife and all the reception team. I must add that I think I got the most through cleaning at the hygienist that I have ever had! They all give good honest advice explaining at every step, achieve outstanding results and are friendly, professional and caring. He is always very kind, attentive and never tries to overcharge you. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment and I am really satisfied with it. Would highly recommend Amro and this practice!

Negative experience: Unfortunately i didn’t have a positive experience at this dentist: I went to see Amro Ismael for an Invisalign consultation last week and despite on the day of the appointment (having done a detailed assessment, I was given a final price of £3500) for Invisalign Lite. However, To my surprise, the following day, I received the so-called “email confirmation” of the quote in writing, where he strangely and needlessly increased the price To £4300! It is incomprehensible, wrong and misleading for the price to be increased in that way. Be prepared to get scammed! And Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Find another honest and transparent dental practice! Transparency and integrity is very important when it comes to health and dental care. Ps: My dental concern is very mild. So I can only imagine what type of surprises awaits… if you have a comprehensive /complex case :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Sheideh, Sophie and the reception team are fantastic. Their Invisalign and composite bonding treatment have helped me get the healthy looking teeth I've always wanted. I've been at the surgery for years despite moving a few times and having to travel across London for my appointments!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the Wimbledon dentist practice since 2014. Dr Aoife was my dentist at the time who I found through reviews as I was having trouble finding a good dentist in London and I’m so glad I did find her! Not only is she a great dentist her personality also makes you not feel like you are not really at the dentist. I am also now doing Invisalign with Dr Sheideh who is equally just as amazing and lovely. I’m so happy with the results so far and can’t wait for the end results. The Wimbledon dentist is great for quality service and just really lovely staff all round including the hygienists, dental nurses and receptionists and manager who actually care about their patients. I would highly recommend the Wimbledon dentist if you’re looking for a pain free and just overall great experience at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Ismail!!!! I was having pain from a bottom wisdom tooth for a month, finally the pain was unbearable and painkillers useless I got an emergency appointment same day. I had a large hole on both the front and back of the tooth that was deep and was close to the nerve. They thought it would require surgery as could crumble and was very confident that it could be done in the surgery. But luckily enough it was removed without surgery and was over in minutes and I felt nothing. In and out 20 minutes 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: Absolutely disappointed I visited to Wimbledon dantist. I try to buy a whitening bleach, on the phone they told me specificed price for 3 syringes £80 . When I went to pick them up they charged me £35 each syringes which is £105 . In the end I’m leaving my advice to all of you be earful when you visit there .

Fantastic experience: Extremely friendly and very flexible staff. I had to have several appointments to fit a new crown and the colour match was excellent. Tooth whitening is also excellent value for money and the liquid given to me will last me for a very long time. The staff cannot do enough and Dr Alexia couldn’t do enough to help. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended this practice and the staff. Having a massive fear of dentists has kept me from seeing a dentist as often as I should. After receiving a recommendation from my wife, I decided to take the chance, it was defiantly worth it. They understood my fears, made me comfortable and looked after me extremely well. Aoife, Justyna, Alexia and all the team are always so informative and I can never fault the customer service! When I visit, I always learn something new about dental care.Today, I saw the hygienist, Christina Yu-Hsin Huang and she did a fantastic job. Fantastic experience: I have been to this dentist twice now (once recently during lockdown) and have always received a great service. Staff here at both reception and the dentists are very friendly and efficient. Once, I needed to have x rays which I really struggle with generally but the dentist was very calm and helped me to find a way I could do this with minimal discomfort and stress (my experience at a previous dentist was not very pleasant and the difference here was v notable). During the pandemic, they have clearly taken a lot of measures to keep us and the staff safe. I was seen on time and the dentist was v friendly and was able to identify the cause of my tooth issues straight away. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I decided to go to this dental surgery after reading all reviews which were great and I did absolutely the right decision. Everything what people say about it is right. The environment is clean, bright and following COVID measures to keep everybody safe. First of all wanted to mention beautiful lady (the receptionist - Emilija). She is absolutely nice, friendly, polite, trying to help you as fast as she can. I had already two appointments with Dr. Aisha. She is so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Explaining everything very well ( pros and cons of treatments). Yesterday I had my root canal treatment with her. Honestly, I was NEVER ever that calm, relaxed and comfortable in my previous dental surgeries. ( I’m really nervous patient) She and the lady who was assistant her (unfortunately didn’t ask for her name) did everything quick, without any uncomfortable feelings. I was so satisfied after my treatment, I left the surgery with absolutely amazing mood and with a huge smile on my face. I will definitely continue my treatment plan with her! I even push my husband to change his dentist surgery and will recommend all my friends.

Fantastic experience: The Wimbledon Dentist is an absolutely fantastic practice in every regard. I needed fairly significant treatment during Covid restrictions and they were superb, from reception through to dentistry and hygienist. Scrupulous about hygiene and biosecurity, friendly, professional and the work itself has since been highly regarded by another dentist. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dental practice! Dr Sheideh has been treating me for the past year for Invisalign braces. My teeth are wonderfully straight now, the service is absolutely professional, and the prices reasonable. In fact I am now registering as a permanent patient!

So I naturally went with them when I finally took the plunge and planned a smile makeover. I had Invisalign and Smile Fast. Fantastic experience: I’ve been at this practice for my 3 years old son and i have been very happy after the visit, the staff was very nice, professional and mostly very patient with my baby. Kristina, the hygienist was very nice and good on managing to clean a 3yo child teeth. I would definitely recommend this clinic and my son and I will go there whenever we need to.

Fantastic experience: I was really pleased with the service I received during my Invisalign treatment with the Wimbledon Dentist. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, and Dr Sheideh made me feel well looked after and informed throughout the treatment. In particular, my treatment involved some composite bonding which originally didn't bond too well and she made sure to persist with it until we got a result I was happy with, which was much appreciated!
