Fantastic experience: I’ve seen many dentists over the years, but the level of care I received at this clinic was unmatched. Dr Shah is caring, honest and remarkably skilled. Couldn’t recommend this clinic enough!

Fantastic experience: I had treatment done by Dr Si Xing Li. I have been to other dentists before and I have never been so happy. Dr Li is extremely professional. He is patient, gentle and caring and he did an outstanding job. I really felt that I was in good hands. The appointment took 4 hours and to be honest it didn't feel that long. Fantastic experience: Dr Li is great and his assistant Zaynep was lovely. Felt very supported and everything explained throughout. As someone who hates going to the dentist and is neurodivergent they made the procedure feel ok and I was able to play with my fidget and wear earphones to distract myself. Zaynep even offered to hold my hand which though I didn’t I really appreciated the offer.

Fantastic experience: Hi I am an Australian and recently broke the tooth next to my front tooth down to the gum. As I didn’t have a dentist in UK, I was referred to Dr. Vishal Raichura at Woodbury Down Dental Practice. Vishal was amazing, he extracted the root and fitted me with an implant with a temporary tooth on the same day so I had my smile back. Fantastic experience: I have used this surgery for years but this was my first tooth extraction. The dentist, Vishal, was so good. He cleverly engaged me in casual conversation upon arrival to calm any nerves. On starting he numbed the area very well using a needle, which surprisingly did not hurt. He explained each stage of the extraction before he did it and the task was complete in a matter of minutes. Finally he carefully ran through the procedure I should follow to help it heal properly. I would certainly recommend Vishal to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The building has recently been refurbished & has a light welcoming ambience. My daughter is 6 & is assigned to Dr Li & his fabulously professional assistant Annemarie. Together they made my daughter feel listened to, comfortable & safe. In what can be a frightening experience. Fantastic experience: After years of only going to the dentist once the pain was severe, I have finally found a dentist that I choose to keep going back to. Sundee & her nurse have changed my view from not looking after my teeth to now working with her to get my teeth to a point I will show them when I smile. She is friendly and gives reassurance and confidence. She has worked with me to not only fix what was urgent but also to create a long term flexible treatment plan. After recent renovations it's a nice surgery to walk into and all staff are friendly. I highly recommend!

Also told me to do flossing everyday and that all my decays starting points are between the teeth so I understand finally why in my condition I need to do flossing every day. Which all my previous dentists failed to explain.Overall, I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Sayed to anyone seeking excellent dental care with clear communication.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just completed my Invisalign course with Sundee and I can’t recommend her and the dental nurses she works with highly enough. I am so pleased with the results and feel much more confident with my smile. Sundee and her team made me feel at ease throughout the process and explained every stage so well. The new practice is also lovely, bright and spotlessly clean. I really recommend Invisalign with Sundee to anybody that is considering the treatment.

Fantastic experience: I needed a lot of dental work. The care was brilliant. Si Xing Li explained the reasons for the treatment and every step. Put me at ease. All the injections were done so well, I didn’t feel any pain. Nothing was rushed felt very confident in my care. Zynaib was also very attentive.

Fantastic experience: This has been the second time Woodberry Dental took away the worst pain I ever felt. I came in with an emergency appt. after three days of progressively worsening pain - Dr. Li and Nurse Zeynep diagnosed pulpitis and performed an emergency root canal. They were immaculately professional and reassuring, and worked with perfect precision, causing no more discomfort than absolutely necessary. I cannot recommend them and this practice enough. Negative experience: I have been attending this dental practice for over over 40 years and this is the first time I feel the need to make a complaint regarding the negative attitude of one of the receptionist today (7-4-2025) I was late as train from Welling was delayed. I apologised and explained, the receptionist did not even smile or put me at ease instead she told me that I couldn’t be seen any time that day. . After going back and forth to secure another appointment she then said that if I’m late for the second time my name would be removed from the dentist list, I have never in all my forty years as a client heard this. Apparently it’s within two years that you cannot be late! The receptionist did not have a nice attitude and was disrespectful towards me a pensioner. One last thing I cannot find this policy on the website regarding being late two times within two years. I am extremely upset and disappointed with this dentist practice.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend this dental practice. The reception team, female dentists, and the hygienist Miriam are all incredibly friendly and professional. I’ve had scans, treatments, and regular cleanings done here, and everything is always smooth and efficient. Really appreciate the use of Airflow for cleanings — it leaves my teeth feeling super clean. Great care all around!

Positive experience: Friendly staff, explain a lot. But every time I’ve gone they run late. 30 mins late for a private appointment. The waiting room is awful as well, cramped and the two times I’ve gone there’s been a woman screaming at her kids for 30 minutes and the second time a woman on a zoom call for 30 mins. Obviously not the clinics fault but in such a small waiting area and with them running late, it makes it a stressful experience
