Fantastic experience: The entire team from Diamond Dental MK was very helpful, friendly and made me feel very welcome and comfortable.The reception lady, Mirela is such a wonderful person, ready to offer support and a warm hug when necessary, always encouraging the patiens, smilling and offering the right advises. Regarding my experience which was a pretty difficult extraction, I had doctor Kristaq Nita. He made everything easier for me and took in consideration my worries and concerns, the perfect place and person to have a surgery intervention. There was no pain at all, I received explanations from the beginig to the end about the procedure, all the team was profesionist and I would highly recommend them.Dr Kris one of the best surgeons I ever met.

Negative experience: Stylish Clinic, But No Care for Patients. I visited this clinic to see a hygienist and also asked about orthodontic treatment. The hygienist was fantastic – really professional, friendly, and even gave me a full check-up. The clinic itself looks amazing, very stylish and modern, so at first, I was really impressed. But my experience trying to book with the orthodontist was honestly very frustrating. When I first asked, the receptionist told me the orthodontist was on holiday and the next available date was in 18 days. She booked me in but said she wasn’t sure if the doctor would actually be there that day, and promised she would call me back to confirm and take payment. No one ever called. Then, on the day of my supposed appointment, I even received a reminder notification. To be safe, I phoned the clinic – and was told that the orthodontist wasn’t in at all, that they couldn’t even find my appointment, and again I got the same excuse: “the doctor is on holiday until next month.” The receptionist even admitted the orthodontist had been in the clinic the week before! It just felt careless and unprofessional, like they really didn’t care whether I was seen or not. This is especially disappointing because I was interested in Invisalign treatment, which starts from around £5,000 plus additional care. That’s not a small investment, and yet the way my enquiry was handled made me feel like my time and business didn’t matter at all. It’s such a shame, because the clinic and the hygienist were wonderful, but the poor communication and lack of professionalism at reception completely ruined my experience. Sadly, they’ve lost me as a client.

Fantastic experience: I’ve started to see Elena as recommended by my daughter. I’m a very nervous patient and was totally blown away by her care and attention she gave. I’ve been looking for a dentist for a while and so glad I plucked up the courage to go and see her. She has cleaned and done two fillings without any anaesthetic, she was so gentle and it didn’t hurt one bit. Thank you so much Elena. The receptionist are so lovely and welcoming Mirela and Loretta thank you so much for making me feel so welcome and making sure I was ok, which helped massively to calm myself down. They are so helpful and went out of there way to help with any questions I had. As someone with high blood pressure and kidney function dropped in, I truly appreciated how attentive he was, checking on me every 10 minutes during the procedure. He even called later to see how I was feeling and explain the aftercare. Exceptional care and kindness. Every experience so far has been absolutely amazing, from walking into the reception to leaving, the professionalism is above and beyond. It seems as if nothing is a problem for all involved here. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the procedure. I had been quite nervous going in, but his calm, funny and reassuring approach made a huge difference. Highly recommend Dr. Vani and his wonderful team at Diamond Dental.

Negative experience: It was a weird vibe, as I was asked at least thrice if I wanted an examination. I went in for a hygienist appointment as the hygienist at my NHS dentist was quite busy. I felt very pressured by the hygienist and receptionist to get a dental exam, which I was confused by as I have access to an NHS dentist who won’t charge me extreme amounts. I then had the hygienist appointment and was told I have cavities so again was asked if I want an exam. My answer: no. Unfortunately not everyone is lucky enough to have an NHS dentist. And unfortunately I won’t come back here because of the weird sales tactics that didn’t work on me. Sunk cost fallacy comes to mind. Edited to add: went to my nhs dentist (£27 check up), who did X-rays and confirmed I have no cavities. After being insisted that I had multiple cavities by this hygienist. It’s not okay to do this to people.

Fantastic experience: I recently cracked a dental bridge connecting two crowns at the rear of my upper jaw. I initially thought I had an infection so attended this local private dentistry assuming antibiotics would suffice. I was in moderate pain but called in without an appointment to hopefully secure one quickly. On arrival I was greeted by the very friendly reception team and moments later a dentist was assigned to me. I explained my predicament and moments later I was guided to a room and examined. Unfortunately my prognosis was floored and I had in fact cracked the area between the back crown and dental bridge. I was in a state of shock as I realised the solution was far from simple. I shouldn’t have worried as I was in safe hands. The treatment solution was explained in detail and to my amazement work began immediately. I was fortunate enough to experience first hand both dentists , Vanny and Elena who went above and beyond . Some weeks on I am now the proud owner of new and in my option better crowns. I highly recommend these people if you care about your dental health. Thank you again and with tongue in cheek, I hopefully won’t see you soon.

Being relatively new to the UK, I had already heard that medical and dental care could be challenging to access, and my own experience calling various doctors only confirmed that fear. In desperation and pain, I took a chance and booked the nearest available appointment online with Dr. Kristaq Nita. When I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist immediately noticed the severity of my condition and kindly upgraded my visit to an emergency appointment. Her empathy and quick action already made me feel supported and cared for. I’ve always had a deep fear of dental treatments, but Dr. Nita completely changed that. He was incredibly gentle, meticulous, and patient—qualities that quickly earned my trust. After resolving the initial issue, I decided to go ahead with composite bonding on my front teeth, something I had dreamed of doing for over 10 years. Choosing Dr. Nita for this procedure was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The amount of precision, dedication, and care he put into the treatment was beyond what I could have imagined. He didn’t just fix my teeth—he gave me back my confidence. Dr. Nita, if you ever read this: you are truly the best, and I wouldn’t change you for anyone in the world. The entire clinic deserves praise—from the warm and helpful reception team to the attentive nurses. Everything was handled at the highest professional standard. Vreau să îmi exprim o dezamăgirea profundă cu privire la o recentă interacțiune pe care am avut-o cu una dintre recepționistele dumneavoastră, o englezoaică pe care nu îmi amintesc acum cum o cheamă, dar sunt convinsă că se va recunoaște în ceea ce voi relata. Am încercat să fac o programare pentru fetița mea, care a mai fost în acest loc și, până acum, am cheltuit £750 pentru tratamente, si mai avem încă de făcut. Am sunat pentru a specifica că vreau să fac o programare pentru un feeling la una dintre măselele rămase și am indicat o oră precisă știu ca fetița mea mereu a fost programată 1 h ca și durata .Din păcate, această recepționistă, care mi-a spus că este managera recepției, a început să devină foarte nepoliticoasă. În timp ce discutam, tonul vocii mele a crescut ușor, deoarece eram la volan, iar ea a ales să închidă telefonul. Când am sunat din nou pentru a întreba de ce mi-a închis, mi-a răspuns că da, și că o va face asta din nou. Această atitudine a fost cu totul inacceptabilă, având în vedere că nu am adresat niciun insult și nu am folosit un limbaj jignitor. Consider că este inacceptabil să fiu tratată astfel, în special când interacționez cu cineva care ar trebui să aibă un comportament profesional. Refuz să mai îmi duc copilul într-un astfel de mediu, având în vedere că nu este prima dată când această recepționistă are o atitudine neadecvată. Sper că veți lua această situație în serios și veți lua măsurile necesare pentru a preveni astfel de experiențe neplăcute pentru alți clienți. Voi aștepta un răspuns din partea dumneavoastră.

Fantastic experience: I have been 2 weeks before to another dentist with a lot of pain and they said that I have a minor decay and they did not treat it seriously. The pain continued and I booked an appointment with Diamond Dental. They quickly found that the issue is way more serious than I thought and unfortunately for my tooth it was a bit too late to be saved. The extraction was very fast and painless. Very happy with everything.
