Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this dental practice. After having some poor work done at a previous office, I came here hoping they could help—and they absolutely delivered. The entire team was incredibly professional, thorough, and kind. Fantastic experience: I had a severely cracked tooth and was really worried about how it could be fixed. I went to Peach Dental Care and saw Dr. Shah, who was absolutely fantastic. Fantastic experience: First time at this dentist and having a hygienist appointment, I initially was very nervous and anxious however upon meeting George he made me feel relaxed and comfortable straight away!! Would highly recommend him, he is a wonderful and patient dentist!

Negative experience: Manner and kindness towards me by dentist was excellent but the finished product was very poor with one of my front teeth veneers being put on wonky and I see it every time I look in the mirror.

Fantastic experience: I feel like I am getting the best level of care. A professional well run practice offering great advice and dental care. Shout out to Lisa especially, for the excellent advice over the last few years!
Negative experience: When my son was delayed 10 minutes they charge me full for appointment (just once but still full charge??) but I waited 15 minutes so many times after my appointment time. My wife didn’t book an appointment in 2 years and they removed her surgery. They should give courtesy call before removal.
Fantastic experience: Dr Sachin is highly skilled and very attentive to details. He also has a very calm and gentle way to treat his patients, putting even the most nervous patient at easy. I had some cosmetic bonding done over three years ago and it still looks as beautiful as the day I had it done. More recently I had a complicated extraction and he was very reassuring during the long procedure, which healled nicely afterwards. All member of staff at Peach is very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend.

THANK YOU Katie & nurses for being incredibly kind and helping me overcome anxiety after prev bad experiences, superbly conscientious spending hours reconstructing my front teeth with composite due to historic fracture until you were happy with the result, good luck in your next placement & the rest of your career!

Fantastic experience: My son always has the same dentist for his 6 month check ups. She's lovely and friendly, explains things to him and me, and has really made dentist visits a positive experience for him. The hygienist here though, is not a gentle man. I've been putting off my next hygienist visit for this reason. He's very effective at his job though!

Positive experience: A pleasant practice who will happily see you at short notice if you have a problem. They are also always great with my children. I also had Invisalign with them a few years ago and although I got a straight smile of sorts I wasn’t fully satisfied with it as it didn’t look like the ads in the window. No one discussed what could happen next like composite bonding, whitening in house etc. I finished, was given whitening gel with zero instruction and that was it. Overall a good and friendly practice but could improve on aftercare for cosmetic work.

Fantastic experience: Myself and my family have to been coming here for many years. Friendly and steady handed treatment which has made it a joy to come for my kids who as we all know hate going to the dentist. Its hard to find a good dentist. Peach must be doing something right as we have known team from previous locations making it over 20 years since we first started coming to this practice.

Positive experience: I had an appointment for a check up with the dentist and an appointment with the hygienist but wasn't told they were in different buildings. I was eventually told I had to rush across the road for my second appointment. Not very professional!

Positive experience: I have found my two visits to Peach ok; so long as you step foot in the correct practice as they are sited diagonally across a busy road. Otherwise friendly dentists, apparently knowledgeable, on-time. I would recommend them.

They are really accommodating and make the experience a lot more comfortable! Esp when you have kids, they try work around what works best, and it is appreciated. Office is clean and nice too. Negative experience: Third hygienist in 3 visits. Todays informed me that I had gum disease and had for the previous two visits which hadn’t been mentioned by the other two. Had I been informed of this previously I would have taken extra care with the teeth/gum which are affected. To top it all the hygienist was running 20 minutes late; the airflow machine wasn’t in the room and then she couldn’t use it as there was something wrong with it. While we were waiting for it to be sorted and after talking at me for another 20 minutes- she informed me that my time was up and she couldn’t finish my treatment so I left with ‘half a job’ having been completed. I’m still in a state of shock.I’ve been going to a hygienist once/twice a year for 40 years and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I am literally in shock.

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment booked with the hygienist George and can’t recommend him highly enough! I hadn’t been to see a hygienist for years and have always had bad experiences in the past so was dreading this appointment. However, George and Hana made me feel completely at ease from start to finish! George is the perfect mixture of very friendly yet highly professional, any advice was given with both gentleness and empathy. He is an absolute credit to his profession!

Fantastic experience: Always been a great dentist! It is very popular as many of the dentists here are great. They have always given fair and honest advice about my teeth. They also have some great hygienists that have always helped me look after my teeth!

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting. Advised in 2023 my husband and I were in a queue for NHS appointment and were number 16 and 17 and would be contacted when we reach the front of the queue for an appointment. April 2024 called again to book my daughters appointment and check our queue status. Told we were 7th and 8th. Still no appointment in 2025! Called on Monday to check to be told we are not on any list for the queue and never had been but the manager would call me. Today I called to request a call with the manager to sort this problem out and get an explanation. I was promised she would call after 9.30. Just had a call with the receptionist who advised I need to email the manager to complain instead. How can I complain via email when no one is giving me the correct information needed to raise a complaint. Is it too much to ask for the manager to contact me? I also work within the NHS system so am fully aware how the complaints procedure works and this is definitely not it. PLEASE can I request a call from the manager to find out EXACTLY what is going on and why we have been left waiting over two years with false information
Fantastic experience: I visited Sachin to fix my overbite after years of feeling unhappy with my smile, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! The care and treatment I received have been exceptional from start to finish. Sachin’s expertise, along with the support of the wider team, made the whole process seamless—whether it was organising extra bands, rearranging appointments, or assisting in the treatment room.

Negative experience: I had appointments booked for my family starting at 17:00, I rang the dentist the morning of the appointment notifying them that I’m unwell so they moved my appointment which was at 5pm, I notified them that my family will still be attending, which they were fine with. My wife turned up for her and the kids appointment 5 minutes late, that started at 17:15, she arrived at 17:20 as she had to drive from Bracknell, when she got there they refused to see her or the kids saying that she’s 20min late for her appointment, which was a lie, they moved her appointment from 17:15 to 17:00 after I cancelled my appointment without any notification! They were rude to my wife, and even though they were on time for the appointment with a text message as proof, they would not see them. Never experienced anything like this ever! They are so rude and unprofessional!
Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews but I’d like to put on record how genuinely blown away I was by the level of care I received from Katie and Victoria during a recent filling. I hadn’t had any dental treatment for around 10/15 years, when I had braces as a teenager, so I was a little apprehensive about coming in for a filling. Katie put me at ease immediately, explaining the process clearly before beginning. The treatment itself was totally painless and I was updated throughout. Before I knew it, the filling was complete and I was genuinely shocked at how perfect the filling was; I’d opted for a white filling and you’d never know it was there, it was matched perfectly to the surrounding tooth. You couldn’t be in safer hands with Katie and Victoria, thank you so much!

Positive experience: Great team of dentists but impossible to reach Peach dental care by phone. Every time I have phoned in, it has taken me at least 5/10 min wait for anyone to pick up the phone which has been very frustruating when I simply needed to make or rechedule an appointment with notice while working full time. Maybe an online booking appointment system could be handy?

Fantastic experience: I had very bad experiences with my previous dentists so I was nervous about starting over at a new practice, but I’m so glad I did. All the staff are lovely but I need to give a special Thank You to my hygienist Lisa. As a nervous patient she has been wonderful with me, explaining everything thoroughly and clearly which has helped me to get my dental health under control! She’s been fantastic!
