Positive experience: Dr Bashar saved my tooth when other dentists wanted to replace it with an implant. The sedative process might not be for everyone, though. It felt a bit strange, you can feel something is happening in your mouth, so you can't fully relax. I have absolutely no fear of dentists and I would've preferred to do it in a normal way, so I could have a clear mind, but I wasn't given such an option. The quality of work is great, though, the sedation process is just not for everyone, I think

Fantastic experience: I broke my tooth in France on a Saturday night while on vacation from the US, and was due to travel to London the following Monday. They were able to fit me in for an appointment on Monday at 5:30 PM and Dr. Al-Naher fixed up my tooth perfectly. Fantastic experience: I'm having a great experience at Twoth Clinic. I'm under invisalign treatment with dr Simmi and she referred me to dr Alaa to have a minor surgery. He was very calming and patient and despite I was terrified amd shaking, everything was very quick. The whole team is amazing, the front of house team members are very caring and helpful to satisfy all your need. Dentist always scared me but I am feeling so looked after and comfortable with this clinic. I am really happy.

Positive experience: The dentist I saw was Dr Ali. He is friendly, did good clean of my teeth. I felt comfortable getting my teeth done. Gave some advice on other issue with my teeth, as well. Reception staff were friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: Let me start and say that I've realised that I never had a real hygiene session until having one at Twoth! My teeth have gone back to sparkling white and feel very smooth. I came in with stains that I did not think we're possible to remove without doing whitening and the results were beyond impressive. Carlos and Barbora were very professional and I was made comfortable throughout the treatment with minimal discomfort despite the deep cleaning. I was given good recommendations of where to improve hygiene moving forward as well. From start to finish, it was a good experience and a treatment I would recommend my loved ones and to anyone who reads this review of course.

Negative experience: I came across the clinic's Instagram ads and decided to visit for a free consultation. I was under the impression that the consultation would be with an orthodontist. However, after the consultation, they recommended seeing their orthodontist, which was not free. They suggested three expensive fillings for cavities that I believe were misdiagnosed and unnecessary. Furthermore, these fillings were not recommended by other clinics I had visited previously. Despite requesting a refund of my £20 deposit, they have yet to reimburse me. I would not recommend this clinic.

I had been looking to get my teeth whitened for a couple of years, but no dentist took my interest until I found Twoth and spoke to Niveen. Niveen is an absolute ray of sunshine who made me feel understood and important from the moment she answered the phone. Her friendly and kind nature was the determining factor in choosing Twoth. When I had my initial consultation with Dr Surina, straight away I knew this was the place for me. I felt valued, understood and trusted her with the whitening process straight away. She was kind, confident and a doctor I would recommend to all my friends going forward. I went back this week to collect my teeth whitening kit and my moulds (made with innovative technology to make my experience more comfortable). I was taken through to my appointment by Shova who was unbelievably welcoming, kind and professional as well as their in house social media manager Klaudia who was polite, discreet and professional through my appointment. Dr Surina explained everything. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly and I know if I had any other questions down the line I could call anytime and they’d be answered. I really can’t recommend Twoth enough. The entire team are incredible and I can’t wait to go back in the future.
