Positive experience: Way too expensive, much better options out there. I kept giving this dental practice a chance. Whilst everyone is nice, it also feels like they are salespeople first, healthcare professionals second. £££££££ I was quoted £2,000 for some resin fillings, I went out of London and will get the same procedure for half the price. This is also the only place where I have ever got thrush from taking antibiotics. I don’t trust them :/

I have to give special thanks to Dr. Alexandra, honestly one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen. She’s incredibly professional, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I have been attending the practice for around 20 years and would not go anywhere else. During that time I retired from working in London but still travel there to attend the practice. Fantastic experience: Best dental care in the City of London. Every hygienist I've seen there is thorough and careful. They're never rough. The dentists are also very good and patient. I recently had an accident with trauma to the mouth. They keep good notes and use them! They read up on my case and knew my history before I walked into the room. It's a relief to not have to start from scratch and explain what happened every time I go in. Highly recommended for all dental care needs.

The team at Bishopsgate Dental Care have consistently been welcoming, friendly and accommodating to all my enquiries. I always leave feeling very happy with their services and dental advice. Over the years, I've had Invisalign with Dr Gina Vega, a wisdom tooth removed, general and gum check ups, as well as general cleaning- all of which have been done really well. I always leave feeling content with their services. 10/10 would recommend!

Negative experience: I found your website unusable when I was trying to find out how covid affects gums. Aggressive use of attention grabbing marketing nonsense when all i wanted to do was find out info. This reflects on your business which is why I'm leaving this review.

Fantastic experience: I had some very careful and and gentle repair work carried out to a nerve-sensitive broken tooth/crown by Dr Nicole last week. I’m a nervous dental patient and Nicole and her assistant couldn’t have been more supportive and gentle, communicating very clearly at all times. Thank you very much. Highly recommended. Also, a couple of weeks later I had a quite tricky extraction carried out very effectively and caringly by Dr Lillie. Again highly recommended, thank you Lillie.

Fantastic experience: This is quite a late review, but I have to say that my experience with Dr Gina and Dr Sabrina was top notch. They are extremely kind people, and although I had many doubts about bonding my two chipped teeth, they put my worries to ease as they swiftly carried out the procedure. I am so happy that they are the dentists that helped me out. Booking appointments with Bishopsgate Dental Care is extremely easy and I cannot recommend them enough. If I have any more appointments in the near future, I know who to contact :)

Fantastic experience: I recently had an extraction and implant performed by Dr Tregunna and couldn’t have had a better experience. She was really clear in explaining the issue with my tooth and discussing potential plans of action so I could make an informed decision on the treatment I wanted, which was great. The best bit though was how she made me feel totally at ease throughout the treatment - I’m a bit of a nervous patient but her calm, caring and super capable demeanour meant I knew I was in safe hands. I particularly appreciated the attention she paid to how the implant would affect my bite and fit with my other teeth - both in terms of look and feel. I hadn’t had an implant before so didn’t know this was such a big factor but the implant is a huge improvement on my previous crown in that respect. I’m so grateful to her for making a pretty daunting procedure so straightforward and I’m really happy with the result. I also want to echo other reviewers in giving kudos to the friendly and helpful dental nurses and reception staff. There’s a positive team energy about the place which took the edge off any anxiety I was feeling before appointments. It was a completely different experience to dental surgeries I’ve visited in the past and it’s somewhere I’ll fully trust to look after my teeth with me going forwards

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental practice for about a year now and have had major restorative work done to fix my two front teeth caused by an injury. I had a consultation with Gina and she has been amazing! She planned a schedule for me and the organisation and communication between her and the receptionists was without fault which was nice. All the staff are very friendly! I had my final permanent crown and composite restoration appointment yesterday after about 6 visits including a scale and polish, whitening (so the crown matches), root canal, composite restoration on the neighbouring tooth and a permanent crown. I am extremely happy with the results. You can really see that Gina takes pride in her work and won't settle for anything less. This perfectionism is exactly what you want in this line of work when you are left with the results for a long time. She doesn't cut corners and makes you feel really comfortable during the procedure, as well as confident that she knows what she is doing. Communication is also great as certain procedures can naturally be quite uncomfortable but she puts you at ease. Big thank you to her! Overall, the experience was without fault :) and I will continue coming here.

Fantastic experience: I came here for Icon treatment to fix up a tooth that had been damaged ages ago. The dentist was so kind and thorough in walking me through the options and the tradeoffs of each. I came back for the treatment. The environment is so calm and positive and not in a cheesy "spa" sort of way. The dentist really took pride in her work and kept working on the tooth until she got it as far as she could. She communicated her process and kept checking in with me to make sure I was all good. I was totally relaxed but if I hadn't been, she would have caught it. The end result is flawless. I honestly could not be happier. I wish I had found this dentist years ago.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Bishopsgate Dental Care highly enough. I’ve been seeing Dr Day on an almost weekly basis for months now to alleviate some serious dental issues. The way in which she conducts herself to ensure I feel comfortable as a patient is outstanding. I’ve never come across such a caring, generous, patient and personable professional. The reception team are wonderful, the facilities are lovely and it’s of course situated in an ideal location. It’s very rare I am able to say this, but I don’t have a single bad word to say about this practice. Whilst I am not an expert on Dentist Surgeries in London, I would bet an awful lot of money that you will not have a better experience at any other surgery in London, or with any other dentist than Dr Day.

Tried others before and then during the lockdown as was working from home but they are just way below this clinic’s level. There’s always a personal touch at the clinic. They always make me feel special. They look not just after my teeth but my face too. A big thank you to the team and Gina and Amanda in particular!

Negative experience: I would really discourage you from trusting this clinic, based on my experience! They have a huge turnover of people so you’re unlikely to see the same dentist twice, and you’d only see the lead dentist (Gina) once. I just learned from an orthodontist that after completing treatment - which took 4 years instead of the 2 that were promised - my bite is completely ruined. You need an orthodontist to adjust your bite, Invisalign doesn’t do the trick!
