Fantastic experience: Such a lovely practice, everyone is so kind and welcoming from reception to treatment! A special thankyou to Dr Ahmed Al-Baiyaa and his Nurse Sushma who were above and beyond with my treatments. Every visit, they took my allergies seriously, special ordered medications, kept me safe and did fantastic dental work. Most importantly they were kind and empathic throughout and I have never had such lovely treatment - Thankyou so much I really appreciated it, a patient for life!

Negative experience: Rude and abusive. Several times made appointments without consulting me. Then threatened to charge me silly amounts for cancelling. I would receive a ‘reminder’ text the day before. If I didn't see the text they would accuse me of not turning up to appoints that I had made. They were rude, abusive and accusatory, calling me a liar. Meanwhile, the receptionist was doing this entire time, even though after each visit I would say ‘I will call you when Im home when I have access to my calendar’. She never listened! This was never done. Each time trying to charge me. Saying they can prove it (which was impossible bc I have a specific system for scheduling my calendar) I tried to raise a complaint but they refused to provide their procedure. Insisting I pay up as apparently they’d given me lots of ‘chances’. Absolutely shocking. If you don't like being called a liar and paying for the mistakes of the receptionist STEER CLEAR!

Negative experience: Unable to get appointment without charge for having missed a session

Fantastic experience: I have been with Atrium Dental for over 2 years and can't believe how lucky I have been to find them. I came to them as a bit of a nervous patient and both Matt and Jane made me feel at ease whilst treating the issues I have and you will always get a friendly smile agreeting from Millie at reception when you arrive. I have used a couple of dental practices in the past and can honestly say that Atrium Dental has been the best one. Here's to the next 5 years and beyond

Fantastic experience: Yesturday i had the first part of my implant treatment done at Atrium Dental Practice. It is something I haven’t had done before so i felt nervous but it was all done quite quickly and after the injection I didn’t feel anything. The dentist (Dr Matthew Golightly) was very willing to answer any questions i had and reassured me. Today I have a little tenderness as would be expected but I haven’t even needed any pain killers so am very happy that it has gone so well.

Fantastic experience: The services I have received was excellent the team made me feel very comfortable and safe. I can’t recommend Matthew and his team enough. I look forward to becoming a member of this amazing dental clinic. If I could give more stars it would be 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service, I’ve had 6 white fillings so far and every trip has been so easy and relaxing i’ve almost fallen asleep every time, Dr Ahmed and his associates do wonderful work with care that cannot be understated. The quality of the work is on another level and with how extensive some of the damage was to my teeth he almost had to rebuild new ones and they feel and look better than i can ever remember. Huge thank you to the whole team.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice. I’d put off going to the dentist for well over a decade, so was worried and anxious about going. Was seen by Dr. Ahmed Al-Baiyaa, who was very professional and reassuring. Had a dental extraction today that I was very anxious about, but Dr. Al-Baiyaa and Tanya dealt with it quickly, and were both comforting and reassuring throughout the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Had my 6 monthly checkup with Jane my hygienist recently. The service and advice was excellent. Regular checks keep my teeth in great condition and remind me to use my teepees regularly! I highly recommend this dental practice to everyone. Thanks Jane.
