Fantastic experience: I’ve had a range of treatments, from general cleaning and whitening to composite bonding and more formal procedures, and I’ve always felt like i'm in good care. I especially want to mention Sana, who is so friendly and warm and always takes the time to explain everything as she goes along, which really puts you at ease. My dentist, Harlin, is also excellent — with a real attention to detail and a consistently high standard of care.

Fantastic experience: Emergency service on a Sunday. Quick, easy, very polite.

Negative experience: Complete waste of time! Unfortunately after using this dentist for nearly 8 years, it appears a new management or whatever changed, they are just after money with no regard to ethics or patient safety.

Positive experience: Went for a cleaning today. The female doctor that helped me was very nice and kind and she explained the process to me well. She also made an effort to comfort me when I was in obvious pain. She also made sure I am aware of what I need to do and how to look after my teeth after the cleaning. The process in itself was very smooth and professional. However, one notable remark is that while cleaning my my teeth both the doctor and her female nurse were having a very casual conversation about things that (seemed) outside the scope of their work, I may be mistaken but that is how I remember it, that it was the kind of conversation you’d hear two people have on a bus or in a cafe. I don’t even know if that is unprofessional or if it is within acceptable limits, but I found it funny and amusing yet was expecting a little more professionalism. So I’ll take one star off. Sorry Doc, you’ve been great, but there’s room for improvement.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for years and would reccomend to anyone who doesn't like the dentist. All staff do such a good job with hygiene, greeting you and any dental work and composite bonding and whitening. Their advice is always truthful and not trying to charge you more for anything you may not need! Would reccomend!

Negative experience: I called to ask if they are taking any new NHS patients, and the lady on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I completely understand if the practice is fully booked, but there’s no need to speak so disrespectfully. A bit of kindness and professionalism would make a big difference.

Fantastic experience: I had my Invisalign treatment done at Wisteria a few months ago with Dr. Harlin Mudher, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer any questions I had. Throughout the whole process, she was polite and reassuring, and the results speak for themselves — my teeth look amazing. They’re so good that my friends and family actually thought I’d had veneers! 5* from me.

Negative experience: I had Invisalign treatment with Dr. Monsur Hannan at Wisteria House Dental Practice. I was dissatisfied with the service, and I am sharing this feedback to help others. I am not using my real name for anonymity so do not be misled if the practice respond that they had no client by my name. For the initial consultation, Monsur took his time and provided a good service but from then on, he always seemed too busy, and he rushed not taking the necessary time. The teeth shaving or Interproximal Reduction (IPR) carried out were rough, causing the areas to attract stains. This could have been minimised or avoided if he had taken his time. In the following appointments he only cleaned around the attachments when prompted and did so hastily creating a rough finish. Due to the poor service, I chose to end the treatment after the initial trays and did not proceed with refinement trays which was paid for and included. The removal of the attachments was not done properly, leaving some residue and visible marks on my teeth. When I asked Monsur about an appointment with the hygienist for further cleaning, I was informed I would have to pay the normal cost to see the hygienist which I did but the need for this was due to Monsur doing a poor job removing the attachments and cleaning my teeth. I have seen a hygienist a few times since and they have removed some of the remnants of the attachments, but some remain. There is visible roughness on the surface of the teeth where the attachments were placed, as well as between the teeth where shaving (IPR) was performed. These areas especially where IPR was performed are more prone to staining as a result. I regret getting Invisalign treatment with Monsur. Although he is courteous and polite, his poor workmanship demonstrates lack of attention to detail and the absence of pride in his work.

I have also had Safiya for previous hygiene appointments and she's very thorough. It's also great to have a dentist who is open at weekends. Recommended

Negative experience: Very bad practice. I developed dry socket after an extraction done by the dentist there. Not saying that the complication was their fault. But I tried to call and reach out to them many times after the extraction to understand what’s wrong; they didn’t call nor did give any advice. So I had to go to another dentist to get the treatment who is much more responsive, cleaner and caring. I suggest you go there which is still in East London and not expensive; it’s Ivy Dental Care in Lea Bridge. Avoid this Wisteria! Thanks for the response and I'm glad that my feedback is helping you improve your practices. But just to be clear: I did not ask for an appointment on the same day. I called and emailed to your practice, telling them that I was having excruciating pain and asking for an advice. The receptionist responded by saying that I can only receive a call from the dentist that did the extraction, and they work there only on the weekends. The next day, I wrote if anyone else can call me or write to me about it--surely there are other dentists at your practice. They responded back saying that only the dentist who did the extraction should call me or arrange an appointment. So I have to go to another dentist which I paid for the visit and dry socket treatment.

Fantastic experience: At 40, I’ve always been terrified of the dentist (I’d rather face a hungry lion any day!), but Harlin and her team have been absolutely amazing. After my third visit, I can genuinely feel my fear easing. Harlin takes the time to explain everything clearly and, most importantly, makes sure I feel in control throughout the process. This has made a huge difference to my experience. The pricing is fair, and the front-of-house staff are welcoming and friendly. They really tick all the boxes. I can honestly see myself coming back for regular check-ups and cleans from now on.

Negative experience: EDIT: look how they are even trying to gaslight me in response to my actual experience instead of acknowledging their faults. Dentist was perhaps intentionally malicious. Went in for a mouth hygiene appointment, he asked if I had seen other dentists before recently. Which I hadn’t. Then he said my teeth are in very good health. Didn’t think much of this. He removed plaques, there were some spots he had left. He said ah you’ll have plaque left, but they aren’t dangerous. Gave me a mirror to what I had assumed to see if I’m happy with the treatment. Pointed out some plaques that I wish he would spend more time on since I am private and paying £120+ for this 10 minute thing. He said: what did I say about the plaques? That they aren’t dangerous. And left the room. Imagine your cleaner, telling you that your house still has some uncleaned bits but they aren’t a problem. Obnoxious, I didn’t want to create an argument then, but the more I think about it the worse it makes me feel. I went to another dentist. Which brings me back to the first point as to why he had asked if I had visited other dentists. The second dentist was VERY concerned that my gum health was terrible and explained to me how to better take care of them. Did the dentist intentionally ask if I had seen other dentists then send me off happily to deteriorating health all while milking me off my money? This way he can sell me more half baked treatment later down the line? Who knows. Just because they pretend to be nice doesn’t mean you’re being looked after appropriately. Please STAY AWAY if you’re a private patient and look elsewhere

Fantastic experience: As someone who is very nervous about dentists, I was put at ease by Dr Amin and the staff at Wisteria House. I had to have a tooth extraction which was a big fear but Dr Amin explained everything and it was a quick and painless procedure. I'm happy to have found such a nice practice.

Fantastic experience: I have attended Wisteria for more than 10 years now and they have never let me down! The root canal specialist (Dr Khaleel I think is his name) saved 2 of my teeth and provided me with the best treatment and care. The procedure itself was very comfortable and pain free. I have also just recently completed my invisalign treatment with Dr Sana and she has been amazing. From having my consultation to completing my treatment; she has been ever so friendly, helpful and professional! Thanks Dr Sana! Fantastic experience: Following a general checkup with an NHS dentist, they informed me that they think I have tooth decay and referred me to a private root canal specialist. Before seeing the specialist, I went to Wisteria for a second opinion. They conducted a full check up to confirm that my teeth are healthy and I didn’t need any treatment, savings me £100s! A dentist that you can trust - would definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Phoned to ask about prices of composite filling and was told by receptionist that they cost from 110 to 180. Upon arriving the dentist told me each one would cost 180-200. If I knew this I wouldn't have waisted 37 pound just to get told something else.

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed a course of treatments at Wisteria House Dental Practise after suffering with multiple infections which left me in a great deal of sever pain caused by the incompetence of my previous dentist who perforated my tooth instead of telling me she had caused such severe damage she filled in the tooth and sent me on my way. At Wisteria House I was treated by Dr Amin Mandegaran for multiple treatments, during my first encounter Dr Mandegaran was extremely sympathetic of my experience and suffering. Dr Mandegaran is articulate in explaining the procedure step by step for anyone to easily understand, he went through the fees which compared to other practice is higher however the level of care and meticulous work which went into my tooth and in restoring my health is justifiable based on the overall out come and experience. Your Health Is your Wealth! Most importantly Dr Mandegaran is transparent about the outcome and his work, nothing is 100% however during all my visits I observed Dr Mandegaran being meticulously thorough and gentle in his work along with upholding high levels of hygien not at any point did I feel Dr Mandegaran was rushing to complete my treatment to attend to his next patient.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service by Dr Mudher! I went to a few different Dentists to discuss Invisalign and by far Dr Mudher was the most knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I'm delighted with my Invisalign retainers and would highly recommend her for Invisalign and other dental services.

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely wonderful visit yesterday, so pleased with the results! Safiya took great care to provide me with the very best treatment. I was shocked at how painless the scale was! She also took the time to answer all of my questions and give me lots of information and advice. Fantastic experience: Saw hygienist today and was totally blown away by how clean and smooth my teeth are. Have never had such a thorough clean in all my history of visiting other dentists. Hygienist also took the time to explain where I was going wrong and steps I should take to improve my cleaning routine, which I will definately be implementing going forward. She was very pleasant and made the experience very easy and painless and was happy to answer my questions on what she was doing. (I get very in how things work). The dentist who has dealt with me before, Amin, has also been excellent. Very friendly and knows what he is doing. The complete opposite of how people view dentists. Special mention to the friendly and helpful receptionist staff too. Overall, very pleased and happy to use their services.

Fantastic experience: Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Safiya, and I must say, she is an exceptional dental hygienist! From the moment I walked into the dental clinic, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. During the cleaning, Safiya was incredibly gentle yet thorough. She paid meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring that my teeth and gums were in the best possible condition. Not only did she clean my teeth effectively, but she also provided valuable tips and personalised advice on how to maintain optimal oral hygiene between visits. What impressed me the most was Safiya's caring and compassionate nature. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well-being. Throughout the appointment, she constantly checked in to see if I was comfortable and if I had any questions or concerns. In conclusion, Safiya is an outstanding dental hygienist, and I cannot recommend her enough. If you're looking for someone who is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also caring and personable, she is the one you want to see. Negative experience: I am absolutely appalled at the attitude and conduct of the staff at this practice. I’d rang the practice over the course of two working days but nobody would answer the phone. Eventually they called me back and somehow I managed to secure a booking on the day. I was told a specific time on the phone but the receptionist Kim claims that it was the wrong time and I was booked in for Ll earlier. I explained that I didn’t receive a text message confirmation with the booking details so therefore, it’s my against hers. Anyway upon arriving I was constantly patronised by Kim that I had only 5 mins for the appointment because I was late. She could tell I was frustrated and kept going. I tried to explain their error but she kept gaslighting me saying I keep bringing up the past, and I’m being rude to her. In the end I was not seen by the dentist and turned away, because she was much more concerned with what time she’d like to take her lunch break over her poor attitude and behaviour towards a patient. I would not recommend this practise at all unless you appreciate nasty catty bully like behaviour.

Negative experience: In this clinic NHS patient has no right to change a dentist. even after explaining to the practice , that has no trust in the dentist. I am forced to continue with the same dentist. In this clinic i would just give 5 stars to the receptionist, who is helpful and professional.

Positive experience: Can't remember my dentists name, but hes great. He explains everything very well and takes time to chat and make me feel comfortable everytime I visit. The most recent appointment I had with the hygienist was with a lady named Sophia. Again, she explained everything, took her time, and gave me a few demonstrations and tips for keeping my mouth nice and clean :) The receptionist staff aren't bad here either, usually being quite friendly and polite although not the chattiest. Appointments usually run on time give or take 5 minutes, and they're open on Sundays which is perfect for me. Havent had to take time from work to visit the dentist once in the 4 years I've been going here. Recommend this dentist to all my local friends.

My dentist is Sofia, and she is being very supportive as I try to improve my gums and get rid of early periodontal disease, constantly reassuring me that together we can get my teeth back to full health. Fantastic experience: Best service i got in Stratford area in the last 5 years. Dr Amin is a true craftsman at his dentistry trade, and he allways sugested only the beneficial (for me) and reasonable priced treatment options. Fantastic experience: l have my Invisalign treatment with Dr Monsur Hannan since a year ago, Dr Monsur is a great doctor along the way, he is very considerate and shows a lot of empathy to his patient. Negative experience: I Called today to book an appointment, I'm pregnant have a bleeding tooth. The guy on reception started telling me all the prices and when I told him I was pregnant and wanted to book through the NHS he told me the waiting list was a year. Terrible service ,he did not even let me finish what I want to explain to him .

Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend this practice. I have a fear of needles (and dentists), but thanks to the patience and empathy shown by the dentist, I was very quickly put at ease, and their manner and communication instilled confidence. Negative experience: After many years of expensive dental work I never had issues with my teeth. Upon my first visit to wisteria for a cleaning the dentist advised that she shave down a back tooth slightly to allow more gap. I said if you feel it's necessary that's fine. Now every single time I eat food is caught inbetween those two teeth. Every single time. This is very frustrating as 5 years of braces was expensive and uncomfortable but worth it. This dentists bad advice undid a bit of that progress and will likely long term encourage tooth decay. I have not returned to wisteria since.

Negative experience: The receptionist on the 27th June was very rude, when I got there I was shocked without any kind of apologies or kindness, she and the dentist told me my appointment was canceled due to technical reasons, she claimed to call me few times to notify me, actually not true, when I checked my phone it was actually just once early morning! what a wasted day?

Fantastic experience: I went Wisteria dentist 2 years ago to remove old filler then replace with new white filler it was expensive but it worth I am happy so far.

Negative experience: After breaking my tooth I went to Wisteria to get a new crown. The dentist did the x-ray and cleaned my teeth as well. No flags about any holes. The crown didn't fit at all with the rest of my teeth as it was huge and long and the dentist struggled to get it filed to the right size. Also the crown didn't go all the way up to the gums. After being disappointed with a very expensive bill and a tooth I wasn't happy with I visited a dentist in Sweden which was about a month after I've been at Wisteria. They did x-ray and found two holes that dentist at Wisteria missed. They repaired the new crown and got it to a manageable size as I couldn't connect with all my teeth for a bite. They also cleaned my teeth and showed me all the plaque that Wisteria dentist didn't clean. Frankly they didn't believe me I went to a real dentist in UK. I would not recommend this dentist. Better save some money and visit a real dentist abroad where the treatment can also be cheaper and the professional dentist will not tell you that you have wonky lips when struggling to see a straight line.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth clean hygienist the lady is brilliant. Just one visit my teeth actually look white again. Thorough job done axplains everything answers all questions gave good advice re tooth paste wash and general teeth hygien. Couldnt fault excellent and polite too..

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Wistera for about 4 years now, before, they was known as Bluebells Dentist, Romford Road E15, the staff are very welcoming, I've mainly dealt with Kim the receptionist, she is so professional and is always willing who assist in any way she can. My dentist Amin is brilliant, very compassionate and gentle, he explains everything to me, what to expect, the price of my treatment if it cannot be done under the NHS. I have a disability and managing the stairs is a nightmare but I wouldn't go to any other dentist since my last dentist ripped me off, sorry, I have to be honest. Keep up the good work, what an amazing team, thank you Kim and Amin, 5 ⭐⭐ all the way from me.

Or you offered me to pay privately so my child will be seen earlier... is that means children have free dentist where government provides

Fantastic experience: Long overdue review for Dr Amin Mandegaran. My very first experience started with an emergency appointment back in 2018 where my initial observations of Dr Amin Mandegaran is that he is a highly skilled & knowledgeable dentist who put me at ease with his amicable and professional manner. Several appointments later and I transferred over as an NHS patient and have been under his care for a few years now, undergoing routine check-ups, having my veneer fixed and teeth whitening. He is very patient and understanding with all my questions and always takes the time to explain in a way that can be understood by all. What I love about Dr Amin Mandegaran is that he is passionate, professional and diligent in his work and advises you in such a way as if the teeth were his own, there is no hard sales push and no unnecessary work is done for the sake of it. He makes you feel like a lifelong friend and not a patient. His calm and modest demeanour, expertise and credentials all affirmed my decision in deciding to go with him as my dentist for all my treatments. All in all, I couldn’t recommend Dr Amin Mandegaran highly enough and I am grateful to him and his team. I hope this review will help others find the confidence to visit the right dentist and dental practice in Dr Amin Mandegaran at Wisteria House.

Negative experience: Receptionist hung up without answering my question

Fantastic experience: Lovely team who go above and beyond to help. I've had several routine check ups and made to feel at ease (despite dreading the dentist usually!) And recently they did a fantastic job repairing a chipped tooth - really appreciate that they found time to fit in a longer appointment for me to get it sorted in one visit (and that they had emergency appts available when I needed one!)

Positive experience: Was looking for a local dentist and came across Wisteria and took a chance at their review. I must say they did not disappoint. Tej and Simona were absolutely amazing, I was fasting and made sure no access water was around. Work done was decent but a big thumbs up and will definitely be back for more works.

Negative experience: Use to be a very good dentist a few years ago but the quality to its patient has deteriorated greatly in the last two years. Firstly my disappointment started in November when my mother visited and found the dentist to not be satisfactory for a dentist and cannot ultimately blame but had Covid 2 days after. I can confirm she never went out and only went to the dentist in that two weeks due to the pain in her teeth, even that is a 5 minute walk away as we live very close. So we are still confused as to how she caught it as she was the first in the household or can only be possible from the walk too and back. Secondly the reason she went was for a filling. First time it was done it caused her immense pain for three weeks and eventually came out. So not only did she catch Covid, the filling was not done right. The dentist stated he will do it 'Properly' next time. Again my mother went a second time and due to the pain they gave her a temporary solution until they can give her a full filling again as they were booked up. Now the third time she has gone after 4 weeks! They give her the filling and upon leaving she bites and the filling comes out again. She is now waiting another month for another appointment. Obviously my mother goes under NHS so the quality of service is different but during a time like COVID I expect better work to avoid less trips, you have made my mother visit the dentist 3 times for a simple filling and now making it a 4th to correct AGAIN! Why I differ NHS paid and private, is because I pay privately at the same dentist and had a better experience. It was not perfect as for the job they done on my feeling caused me pain for 4 weeks before calming but has not come out. I will be moving the family to a different dentist as the quality here has ultimately decreased and not to our satisfactory even for the prices they charge. Its not what it use to be.

Fantastic experience: I started Invisalign with wisteria dental practice right at the beginning of the pandemic, throughout my Invisalign journey , Monsur , the dentist , was always available for me to ask questions or if I had any problems. They always made an appointment for me when I needed, and the receptionist was always kind and remembered my name from my first appointment. Great team, no cons what’s so ever! Would 100% recommend

Negative experience: Don’t waste your money! Last year I paid hundreds of pounds for a root canal. One would think that expensive prices should mean a much higher standard. Not in the case of Wisteria dental. I was eating and the same said tooth broke, and the whole tooth fell out! It is clear to me that the dentist did not remove all of the decay, and did a shoddy job with the root canal. I have NEVER had a tooth fall out..I was shaken up! I wish I had not left my previous dentist. I was with them 8 years, and only left because they were becoming VERY expensive. I will be returning to them pronto!

Negative experience: My partner went for emergency appointment, the dentist prescribed antibiotics and send home, nothing changed and he went back, more prescribed antibiotics, then we saw nothing happening he offer to take the tooth out! Gladly, we found another dentist who told us if my partner had waited any longer the need of taking the tooth wouldn't be an option. This is how Wisteria Lane dentists work? Very sad that dentists don't take the best interest in people. Think before go there.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I've ever been to. Explanations are given clearly and options are presented in a straightforward way. I feel lucky to have found Wisteria. This is a 5 star review. One for the receptionists who are always patient and helpful. One for the numerous times that dental work has been carried out without fuss and never any subsequent problems. One for the reassuringly clean and calm environment. One for being kind towards my children when they visit. And one for providing an impeccably professional and charming service. Wisteria, you are an example to others!

Fantastic experience: High quality service. I am already 3 years as a patient in clinic and its best experience I ever had. Even my kids are happy to see the dentist now. Not overpriced, a few times when I had a dental check doctor Monsur did not charge me for that. He is very experienced and would never charge you extra. Always will consider your opinion before starting any work in your mouth. The girls at the reception very polite and friendly. Often give me as present small toothpastes.Thank you for that. All the freebies are very nice. Once you become their patient you will never change it, believe me!!!

Fantastic experience: Worth the 6 month wait. Had terrible experiences with other dental practices in the area and I’m so glad I found another dentist! Dr Monsur is very professional, friendly and provides excellent advice - every time I visit. Definitely a dentist who's honest and knowledgable, I've always been able to get emergency appointments when needed. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: I visited a year ago for scale and polish as well as a check up. And there were two bits of tartar that were not removed during the process, which were the only visible ones. It made me think that since the hygienist didn't remove them it might have been fillings and I was confusing them with tartar, until I went to a dentist yesterday and he simply removed both of them and for half of the price of what I paid at Wisteria. He also mentioned to me that if I could see it with bare eye and the hygienist didn't remove it then the job that was done was unprofessional. That was one part of it. I booked an appointment in April which was moved twice due to covid which is understandable, but then on the day of my appointment I received a text asking me to fill in a form for my appointment and that it would go ahead as per normal, and then a couple of hours later they called me to cancel my appointment without explanation and suggesting that the nearest one was 6 months down the line (January) - that had nothing to do with covid because clinics were open. On top of that when I later sent an e-mail asking why they had me on hold for so long and cancelling a couple of hours before and telling me they can see me in 6 months, they never responded! I will never go back there.

Negative experience: I been in this place on last saturday ( the only day when they doing complex surgery), firstble in the room, where I had the surgery intervent, there was shopping bags with shoes and stuff on the floor, so I guess the doctor just get changed in there, I don't thing it is a safe behaviour even keeping stuff like that on the floor of a surgery room, I hope she didn't get changed in there. Anyway, after the intervent the doctor give me a paper with some advice to follow and in the end a phone number to call in case of emergency or for any problem I will have. So the intervent was at 12, when I get back home after few hour I was still bleeding, so I tried to call the number, as answer I get a voice message of the clinic that was said "sorry on saturday we close at 13 if you have an emergency call the 999... " If you as a clinic are doing those surgery intervent only on Saturday and you are even doing paper with advice for those specific intervent what the point to put a phone number that actually doesn't work on it? In the end, I want to say that on my previous experience in this place I had a radiography of my teeth to find out the problem. On my way out I asked to the reception to have the copy of it sented on my email, I never get any email from them.. I will never suggest this place

Fantastic experience: had an amazing experience going to dentist, very helpful team reception area very presentable and clean, reception staff is very welcoming and friendly recently i had terrible tooth ache, had to see emergency dentist during this pandemic, very thankful to wisteria team to see me in sort notice they had all safety measures in place, surgery was very clean and tidy presentable dentist and a nurse thank you very much wisteria house dental i highly recommend everyone to this dentist

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and the team are welcoming, pleasant, courteous and very professional in all they do. Dr Amin provided great level of care, attention and he puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. I went in for an emergency retainer fixing and it was swiftly done. The practice itself is lovely, very clean and tidy, equipped with the latest technology, you can even watch TV while sitting on the dentist chair!?! I'll definitely start attending regular appointments here to stay on top of my dental health.

Fantastic experience: Dr Monsur and his team are excellent! I was - after a lifetime of dentistry mishaps and telling offs- dreading, like so many of us, going to a new dentist. This is a warm and comforting environment. Dr Mon is positive and careful. He took extra time to be understanding, about my concerns. And I no longer fear going to the dentist, which is a massive result!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic Dental Practice, the front of house team are welcoming, pleasant, courteous and very professional in all they do. My Dentist is Dr Amin who i think is an absolutely fantatsic Dentist, he puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. Amin is always welcoming, calming and always remembers you and previous conversations you have had. He has a very pleasant demeanor, always reassuring and happy. Fantastic experience: Nothing but positive things to say here. I needed a root canal quite urgently over a year ago and after looking into the reviews of my current dentist, I was hesitant to spend quite a large amount even if it was under NHS. So I decided to look around comparing prices, reviews, and location and after several visits I decided to go for Wisteria. The service and value here is good in comparison to the surrounding area and easily accessible as it is on the main road. Staff are pleasant and down to earth, from the receptionists to the dentists. They listen, and advise on the options available without pressure and are fantastic with their jobs. Possibly the most comfortable dental practice I have been registered in. The NHS wait is quite long but speaks volumes of the quality really. I have personally had no issues with any treatments here, be it private or NHS. Thanks for everything and keep up the fantastic work!

Fantastic experience: Been a patient of Dr Amin for a few years now, he provides great level of care and attention. being particularly scared of injections he was considerate and tolerant of this, I would highly recommend him and Wisteria House Dental.

Fantastic experience: Friendly at the front reception, very clean, seen on time, text message alerts to inform your next appointment, went in for invisaligns and walked out with amazing results, straight teeth. Dr Monsur took care of me with every visit including sending the teeth simulations, cleans when needed. Amazing service, definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I'd been avoiding a trip to the dentist for years, until finally an old filling came loose and I had to bite the bullet, so to speak. I went to Wisteria House Dental Practice on a friend's recommendation. Honestly the service was excellent, from the staff at the front desk to the dentist who worked on my teeth. I ended up needing quite a bit of work done, and we all know dental work isn't cheap, but they were happy to spread appointments across across a couple of paydays so that my treatment was still affordable. Plus they didn't try to up-sell me on any unnecessary treatments. I'll definitely start attending regular appointments here to stay on top of my dental health.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming to Wisteria DP for the past couple of years now. Easy to find location, the building is clean with pleasant atmosphere. Staff are very friendly. Alistair is knowledgable and always very careful during all procedures. At least this dental practice is honest about the result of a treatment and will not rush anything until it is the right time to proceed onto the next steps with you. Fantastic experience: Great dental practice. Always made welcomes. Reception staff are professional and friendly. My dentist Mon and his dental nurses make you feel so welcomed and make every visit relaxing. Mon offers honest and unbiased advice. Would definitely recommend. I never dread my visits!
