She explained everything clearly and gave me helpful tips for maintaining my oral hygiene. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work.

Fantastic experience: I have combated my dentist phobia since meeting Dr Hamid lovely and jovial every time I have arrived and today I was fortunate to meet Bret for the 'Spring Offer' of scale and air abrasion he was very gentle and communicated throughout of what he was doing, I am extremely happy with the service of Golborne Dentist.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist and the dentist were both very friendly. The dentist also took the time to explain what he was doing in the Band 1 NHS examination as well as explaining the x-ray. He did not push for any unnecessary treatments which I appreciated. The hygienist was also very kind and cleaned my teeth very thoroughly. I would recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Receptionist was polite and helpful when registering my 2 year old son and on his first check up. The team was welcoming and playful towards my son. Dr Hamed, did my son’s check up, he was very jovial, vibrant and informative.

Negative experience: The dentist was very rude and did not allow me to speak.

Negative experience: Literally worse appointment ever had, rushed and talked over me and was so aggressive and then said he doesn't get paid to do free nhs cleaning and that he wants to stop doing nhs appointments altogether as he doesn't get paid enough. Paid 25£ for him to barely look in my mouth, absolute joke, literally took 5mins and didn't check teeth properly at all and had wrong information and wouldn't let me speak to explain anything about my history. He was so aggressive and rude, a horrible experience, and I've never seen anything like it. He even asked some health questions in most agressive tone and if I could be pregnant, and then refused to do an xray which is apart of nhs basic checkup, so very strange that he needed to ask such intrusive questions. I literally think he wanted to be as intrusive and aggressive as possible and think he hates women or people in general as no explanation for such strange, aggressive behaviour. The receptionist was lovely, so sorry you have to work with that. I'd say find a new job soon as if he's like that to other people, you won't have any clients left. And for anyone considering this practice, i would advise that the good reviews are from the last dentist I saw, and he said he got rid of her as she was doing too much for NHS clients. And reviewers with 1 review are usually written by the place themselves, so they can't be trusted. The hilarious thing is i would and have paid for a private dentist, but i definitely wouldn't go anywhere near this one. Absolutely disgusted, learn how to treat people.

Fantastic experience: I have to thank Dr Debra Tay for excellent treatment, I think she is a new generation of dentist, because she is working difference and taking enough time for patient and using new technique for treatment. as well grateful for manager and reception.

The clinic is well kept definitely following standards which is always a plus. The dentist was really kind and explained everything in depth. Negative experience: Sad Really, Because The Dentist Anna Was Amazing But The Staff And The Owner Are Intolerable. I Was Offered An Appointment For Emergency Treatment Ahead Of My 30th Birthday. The Day Of Said Appointment I’m Being Told I’ve Missed It Because It Was Booked At A Different Time Than The Receptionist Stated. Very Easy Mix Up You Say, Yes, Could Have Been Easily Resolved But No. Dr Hamid Took It Upon Hisself To Take The Phone Off The Reception And Try To Abuse Me Down The Phone. What He Didnt Realise Was One, He Had Been On Loudspeaker The Whole Time And My Partner & Best Friend Was Listening In Horrified As He Tried To Wildly Claim I Was Being Irate & Aggressive. At This Stage I’ve Had Enough Of People Disguising Someone Who Is Upset And Frustrated As Anger. He Is Totally Unrational & Now Because Of This I’ve Running Around Stressed Because He Couldnt Do His Job That Day. It’s Okay, Because I Managed To Record Some Of His Call & I’m Currently Making An Official Complaint To The ICB. People Like This Shouldnt Be In These Proffesions

Negative experience: AVOID the female dentist, especially if you are nervous or anxiety dental patient. One of the worse dentists I have had the displeasure to unfortunately visit and made my anxiety 100x worse than it ever was before. She literally is zero sympathetic and impatient if you are anxious, in pain and want to stop for a short break and makes you feel more nervous. Doesn't listen to your concerns and from my experience didn't know what she was doing that she had to call a senior dentist in to approve if she was doing something right or wrong! Towards the end of a complex procedure i expressed a wish to stop as I didn't feel comfortable for her to carry on. Need less to say, I asked the opinion of a private dentist to finish the work and they advised me the work should not even have commenced and the tooth should have been extracted. So I ended up going to a private dentist and having this done. All the other staff, receptionists and assistants are super lovely people, but this one female dentist should be avoided like the plague!! Cold robotic, horrible person.

Not only did they save me by finding me a slot for an emergency appointment despite being fully booked, but made this whole process a lot smoother and enjoyable. They’ve removed my wisdom tooth in 15 minutes and the whole procedure was completely painless, stress free and they literally scooped my tooth out without cutting/damaging my gums, which I know can happen quite often. Very knowledgeable, and talented people. Once again, thank you so much, you legends!!
