Fantastic experience: I never thought I’d use the word delightful to describe a trip to the dentist, but here I am, and that was exactly what the experience was like. A great check-up from Sue, followed by the best experience at the hygienist that I’ve ever had. Olga and Rachel were hugely personable and professional, making what can be a fairly unpleasant experience, fly by with their warmth and wit. Envisage in Ferndown is lucky to have them both.

I started out as a very nervous patient when I first moved here and now I have no problems with returning. During my appointment, I asked about teeth whitening, and he took the time to explain the process in detail and answer all my questions. Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient I normally see Rebecca who is excellent and really looks after me but I had to be referred for an impacted tooth extraction which I was very nervous about but she referred me to Reg who does some of the more complicated procedures and he was so good really confident and made me feel in safe hands. I am now day 5 after the procedure and have followed the good advice given and happy to say apart from a little ache the first few days I am healing well with no pain. Big Thanks to Reg and his assistant for doing what they did, also to Rebecca for the referral and Lorraine on reception who spoke to me before answering questions etc and followed up the day after to check I was ok, such a great team of people, I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I can’t imagine that there are many of you that like going to the dentist, me included. So for those who’s toes curl at the mere thought of an injection, Envisage is the dental practice for you. Calming, understanding and patient, the trauma is made as ‘bearable’ as it can be. Sarah is by far the best dentist I have ever had, throughly recommended for all other ‘toe curling white knucklers’ like me.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Envisage Ferndown, and specifically Dr. Tom Rowland highly enough. As someone who has always suffered with a phobia of the Dentist, and having decided to move from my last practice due to several traumatic experiences, I can honestly now say my phobia has gone! Dr Rowland and his calm attention to detail, along with fully explaining every single step of treatment as he goes along, supported by photos and 3D images, has completely extinguished my fear. My first treatment was a long procedure, but he was able to allay any fears and produce a painless, anxiety free result. Thank you Dr Rowland and Envisage!

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a good 6-7 years, maybe more.. and since moving to the area I have been desperate to find one I am comfortable with. I urgently needed a wisdom tooth removal and wanted to go to the best dental practice around so I did of course read the reviews beforehand so I thought it would only be fair if I left an honest review myself from my own personal recent experience. I called up and asked for an emergency appointment (I wasn’t actually registered at this point) they managed to get me in within two hours of me phoning up which was amazing. When I was there I registered and met with Dr Tom Rowland and Taylor the dental nurse and I must say they were both fantastic. Completely put my mind at ease, very easy to talk to and also completely honest which I believe is very important. I was then booked in the following day to have my wisdom tooth removed and the experience was incredible. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. The price is really reasonable too. Never thought I would say this but I’m actually looking forward to going back in September ☺️.. also I just want to mention that the ladies on reception are absolutely wonderful

Fantastic experience: I had a terrible toothache that required emergency treatment (root canal). I saw Tom the same day as the flare up. Not only was he very reassuring, he explained each stage of the treatment and followed up with me the day after to see how I was doing. I should also add; he endured an hour and a half of Taylor Swift’s Greatest Hits during the treatment so that I was comfortable and relaxed as possible. I have now had a few treatments at the surgery and have only had positive experiences. Would definitely recommend.

Made my appointment on line and completed all the necessary forms all on line. Just got back from my first appointment. Like everybody else not at all looking forward to the experience. The staff were all brilliant and made me wonder what all the apprehension had been about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Practice to everybody.

Fantastic experience: Both myself and young son have our dental treatments at envisage with Sarah and Mia. The treatments are highly professional as you would expect but also very friendly and informative. The dentist might be a bit daunting for young people but Seb (aged 8) enjoys his time there which makes it a lot easier on myself rather than dragging him to check ups. Would throughly recommend Sarah and Mia toanyone looking for a dentist in the area

Positive experience: I always settle the bill immediately after my appointment. But I was a little puzzled to be told that I would be 'invoiced later'. (I thought this was to move patients through the reception as quickly as possible due to covid restraints at the time.) So I was less than happy to find a £14 PPE charge added to my invoice; hence the non 5-star rating.

Fantastic experience: I visited Tom Rowland at envisage dental for some teeth whitening and recontouring , I had a really great experience from start to finish he was very thorough and made sure I was happy with everything, the end results speak for it’s self and I am incredibly happy, I couldn’t recommend him enough, his dental nurse tayla was also very charming and helped make the process a lot easier.

Fantastic experience: I am over the moon with my new teeth by Dr Felix! I had composite bonding done by him, they are perfect. I would recommend Felix to everyone. I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist but Charlotte made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during the whole procedure. Love my new smile I can’t stop smiling!

Fantastic experience: What can i say. Absolutley the best dentist i have found. I was petrified on my 1st visit to see Sarah. By my 4th visit i was still nervous but no where near as i was on my 1st visit. I would highly recommend envisage to anyone and everyone. The receptions are lovely and will go out of there way to try and get you the appointment time and day that suits you. I cannot fault them at all. I would also 100% recommend Sarah. She was very patient with me. Took her time and listened. I was told everything that needed and was going to be done. Stopped if i needed a break. If anyone is nervous of the dentist i whole heartedly recommend Envisage.
