Fantastic experience: Had a confusion over recently transferring to a different plan , the reception team were super friendly and helpful any sorted the problem really smoothly. Dentist also lovely and helped sort some confusion , thoroughly recommend !

Positive experience: All of the staff are really friendly and helpful, I was a nervous patient but am so much more comfortable going for my check ups now. Christine is amazing and really goes above and beyond. The only reason Ive not put 5 stars is unfortunately every single appointment I have had has been rescheduled, some multiple times and it can be quite frustrating. EDIT: Sadly I have felt I have had to reduce my rating further due to continued appointment rescheduling which happens by a text and not other communication, despite feedback on this issue multiple times. Its a shame as it really impacts the experience and is frustrating when you are paying a for a service

Fantastic experience: For years I have been too afraid to see the Hygienist, I would cancel appointments or get there and leave. Christine has been amazing, does not judge my anxiety, and will do a manual clean because she knows that is more comfortable for me. Natalie is my dentist and again, she is very kind and gentle like Christine. Natalie always lays out my options, and never judges me when I say I can’t do anymore. Because of these two professional dental practitioners, my teeth and gums have never been healthier, and more importantly I keep attending my appointments not cancelling them. A real credit to the surgery, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental surgery I have had a fear of the dentist for 6/7 years now so I plucked up the courage to make an initial enquiry I spoke to the receptionist Nicole who immediately put me at ease and talked me through the process and reassured me that I am no different to a lot of individuals her professional approach made me decide there and then that I would give it a go on arrival I was introduced to my dentist and assistant Natalie and Awa who I cannot praise enough they were nothing short amazing making me comfortable and at ease immediately both giving me a listening ear to discuss my fears this made the whole experience easier to deal with if I said I need a minute I had a minute with professional reassurance and encouragement throughout I would recommend this practice 100% and am truly grateful to them all for giving me the confidence to continue in getting my teeth back on track Many thanks Steve Marshall

Fantastic experience: The only dentist I will go to! I had a massive phobia of dentists and it took me years to build up the courage to go after a bad experience with previous dentist. The dentists and staff here are all amazing, I feel so at ease going. I’ve had two wisdom teeth removed and they’ve been nothing but gentle, kind and made sure I am ok. They’ve never made me feel stupid at all for being an adult and crying when I first went in shaking, just total kindness. From the receptionists to the dentists they are all totally lovely. I travel from Salisbury to come here and that won’t change.

Negative experience: I was never overly impressed with this dentist surgery in all honesty, but when they tried to overcharge me it put me off. Combine that with a retainer that didn't fit right and three attempts in emailing them to no response after nearly two months. It's a very easy decision and I shall be moving to a better dentist in town and I wouldn't recommend. There are much better, customer centric dentists in Andover!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment today. On arrival, I was met by smiling happy staff and with in minutes I was in the chair! Natalie Handley is by far the most informative and caring dentist I’ve ever come across, constantly checking I was comfortable throughout ensuring I was okay and I couldn’t feel anything. She explained clearly why my tooth was hurting and all the options and prices available to me. Despite the tooth being extremely stubborn she did a fantastic job! Highly recommend this practice!

Negative experience: Can't fault the practice staff but this has been a prolonged process with cancelled appointments for my son and teeth still not perfect and then a request for additional monies on top of the £3,400 we have already paid. The person who sold the process to us knew full well my son was at school in Somerset and that appointments would be challenging for us but said they could work around this. Can't deny that this is disappointing.

Fantastic experience: They are incredible. The reception staff (Barbara, Louise and Vicky) are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had a Spark clear aligner treatment done by Zain and he is incredible. Very relaxed and friendly. His eye for detail is the best I’ve ever seen. Andover Advanced is the best dental practice I have ever had the pleasure of being a customer to. Their prices are also amazing and a huge thanks to Aarti for my initial consultation where we discussed my treatment and pricing. They go above and beyond when serving you and always offer advice without being pushy. Christine also gave me a hygiene treatment where she removed every single stain, polished my teeth and left them feeling smooth and clean. 5 STARS all day every day!

Positive experience: It's been over a year since I had my composite bonding and crown replacement done with Theresa. Overall the final appearance was improved and my smile looks straighter and stains removed. However it took an excessive amount of appointments to get there, with several mistakes made in scanning at the practice and the lab and then trying to fit the crown. I felt it was excessive and even though they were accommodating and apologetic I was left wishing I had taken my treatment elsewhere. I wouldn't return to this practice or recommend unfortunately.
