Fantastic experience: This is not my registered dentist but I needed an urgent hygienist appointment for my daughter, Samreen at reception was very helpful and managed to find an appointment to suit us. On the day we were seen on time by Sana, as well as doing a good job she advised my daughter how to brush better and was helpful overall. Cost was very impressive, considerably cheaper than others in the area.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous dental patient I had managed to avoid professional dental care for many years. I have been with Berkshire Dental Practice for a number of years now and had a number of proceedures including an extraction and a couple of crowns. They have been exceptional in their care package and in particular Aiden is a great dentist with an excellant manner to help calm apprehensive patients. The support starts on entry with the Receptionists who are willing to talk to help calm those pre- treatment nerves.

Fantastic experience: To have moved from dentistry from the 80's which I had extensive work done elsewhere as a teenager, only confirmed my dread of going to see the dentist which put me off for years!!! Fortunately, this has changed massively since joining the Berkshire Dental Clinic, I was apprehensive at first but no need to be, the professionals at the practice as soon as you walk in make feel like you are in great hands, which you are! From the first consultation and taking your wants and needs on board, to having a goal and action plan suited to your actual teeth and any issues you have. I was also awe struck to how the technology has moved on!!! I mean seriously, blew me away, from what I experienced as a teenager to now is night and day. So efficient and competent, just speeds up diagnosis and treatment massively and the dentist team are so understanding and empathic to you, The services on offer now just highlights the progress that dentistry has come since I last went. I am so glad I decided to bite the bullet (Pun intended) I am now on the road to having my teeth looking how they should have years ago! Even the hours are suited to late working clients, I find this fantastic for me. Big thanks to the team at Berkshire Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: My wife & I recently changed dentist & have just had our first dentist appointments, although I have seen Jo, my hygienist, for a couple of years. I cannot express how pleased we are to have Sana Bashir looking after us, as our dentist. She was excellent, very professional, efficient & discussed the results of our check ups very clearly. A lovely, friendly person who made us feel very comfortable & confident in her. I must also praise the team on reception, who are a very professional, friendly & efficient. Last but by no means least, I have been seeing my friendly hygienist, Jo, for the last couple of years & she does an excellent job in looking after my teeth. All in all, an excellent dental surgery & we are so pleased we moved across. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had my first lip filler done by Dr Sheel Patel. I was welcomed by the reception staff when I first arrived and was handed consent form to sign. The consent form included all information which was also later explained by Dr Patel. She was very good. I was numbed well with LA which made the whole procedure painless. I couldn't feel a thing! Dr Patel administered the filler slowly and always checked if the size achieved was to my liking. Understand that the size achieved instantly will slowly wear off as having LA also makes it look swollen. Overall the procedure went smoothly with no pain :) My lip looked swollen for couple of days after with slight soreness but not too bad. I would highly recommend anyone who wishes to get lip filler done with Dr Patel. She is amazing!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this dental clinic! I visit every three months to see Chloe Hayter, my amazing hygienist, and every six months to see Sana Bashir, my wonderful dentist. The whole experience is always such a pleasure, starting with Sam at reception. She’s so lovely to deal with—always cheerful, welcoming, and organised. She gives you a friendly call ahead of your appointment and greets you with such warmth when you arrive. It’s clear she, along with the other reception staff, genuinely enjoy their work. Chloe is incredible! She genuinely cares about my dental hygiene, and her meticulous attention to detail has completely transformed my gum health since I started seeing her. She’s professional, friendly, and so approachable, which makes my regular visits such a positive experience. Her dedication to her job and her patients really shines through, and I feel so comfortable every time I see her. Sana is just as fantastic—calm, approachable, and full of great advice for keeping my teeth healthy. I always leave my appointments feeling well cared for and confident about my dental health. Honestly, the team at this clinic are absolute stars and a real credit to the practice. Their friendly and happy demeanour makes all the difference—I don’t think I’d attend as often as I need to if it weren’t for them!

Fantastic experience: I never worry about going to the dentists. Everyone is really friendly. Today was an hygienists appointment with Jo. All checks completed and a thorough clean done. Reception with Sam is so relaxed. They are so busy but always welcoming. Our appointment was brought forwards as they had a cancellation and called just yesterday and seen and completed today. Have been at BDC for many years now and won’t ever change.

Positive experience: Dentist is amazing and always makes the kids feel welcomed and listened. Some receptionist are not friendly making my children feel unwelcome.

I pay into a monthly plan, which also includes my hygienist appointments. I think that it's good value for money and it certainly works for me. All the staff are friendly and professional and I leave feeling like I have received a great service. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Good experience, I lost a temporary filling and they got me in a couple of days later, I had no pain so was happy to wait, the dentist that put a temporary filling in was a nice chap, I usually resist getting fillings but have decided to get it fixed properly now, keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: I am really really happy with this dental clinic. Especially with Dr Patel and the amazing ladies at the reception. I was in excessive pain, they got me an emergency appointment. Dr Patel stayed until late doing a root canal treatment. What I appreciate the most is their honesty. Unfortunately the root canal treatment couldn't be completed because of the strange anatomy of my tooth. Dr Patel informed from the begging that might happen. Thank you so much, Aldo

Fantastic experience: Great dental surgery everyone is very helpful and happy to help. Their monthly payment plans help to ensure I can keep my teeth healthy and spread the costs. Emergency private appointments can be booked online which is really helpful when you are in pain and don’t mind paying the extra to get seen sooner. Payment plan also offers discounted prices on extra services making everything that little bit more affordable if needed. Very happy with this surgery and highly recommend them
