Fantastic experience: Dr Ioana and Nurse Maria fabulous. Went in with a few stains and they were reassuring, professional and I walked out sparkling.
Positive experience: It’s a modern, well equipped, clean and professionally run dentist with friendly, efficient reception staff. The dentist I saw did a very good job - I gave 4 stars instead of 5, only because of having to wait both times I saw her, for around 30 minutes - they did apologies for the delay, which was nice. There prices are in line with those of a private practice.

Fantastic experience: Prima intalnire cu doamna doctor a fost pentru mine usor dezamagitoare, dar doar din vina mea pentru ca am crezut ca voi avea mai multe raspunsuri si rezultate din prima. Apoi la a doua sedinta cu alt doctor ( paradantolog) am inteles perfect despre ce este vorba si ca toata echipa comunica si lucreaza intre ei ca noua pacientilor sa ne fie bine si sa ajungem la rezultatul dorit, dar in pasii lor de medicina ( normal). Astazi am plecat foarte increzatoare si abia astept sa imi incep tratamentul . Iar staff ul si niste asistente super dragute care mi au raspuns si ele la multe intrebari. Abia astept din ianuarie sa ne vedem si sa facem un zambet frumos. Va multumesc❤️

Fantastic experience: One of the most professional experiences I've had. I called on Saturday at 4pm about a crown/root filling that had broken. I was seen for a checkup on Tuesday, and booked in for surgical tooth extraction on Wednesday. The whole procedure was explained in great detail and all staff involved were polite and attentive. The aftercare instructions were detailed and clear.

Negative experience: I've been quoted £250 for just a small filling, no cleaning needed, as my recently done filling fell off. Outrageous prices! Better avoid.

Maybe if they did a better job where you went…and paid your initial filling never would have come off.

My wife's back tooth was fully damaged by another dentist in Ilford and could not be removed but charged over £250 pounds, but Dr Andrea said it can be done was referred to a Surgeon. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency the evening before my early morning flight the next day. My crown had fallen out and I had it replaced at my usual dentist but the tooth still felt a bit too tall causing my jaw to be misaligned. This made me very nauseous throughout the entire day. I couldn't go back to my original dentist as they had already closed. The E20 dentist booked me rightaway the same evening I called even though it was less than an hour before they closed. They reduced the height of the tooth and I was able to properly close my jaw and most importantly the nausea and the feelings of panic subsided by the time I reached home. Thank you very much.
