Fantastic experience: Casey and her team are just the best. So sweet, friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend them enough. They did my composite bonding before my wedding a few years ago and made me feel like a million bucks. We were laughing and singing along to cheesy pop music up until they did the work and I felt so relaxed. They have also done my hygienist and dental appointments since and they are always so wonderful at putting customers at ease. Also, both hygienists I've seen have been AMAZING. I used to live in fear of the hygienist appointments as the manual scraper/hook/ torture contraption would be SO painful, but they use a combination of electronic tools and the manual ones here and it's so much less painful. Both hygienists have also been so gentle, reassuring and kind. If you're nervous with dentistry, please trust in these guys!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend George at Bridgeways dental. I found Bridgeways when looking for a dentist to correct some unfinished implant work from a company I used before that went into administration before my work was finished. The original company I used had first class dentists but their business model was not sustainable. I have recently revisited George to repair a broken implant crown fitted by the original company. I trust Bridgeways and George so much that I drive 60 miles to the surgery. My last visit I also asked George to take a look at the tooth next to the broken implant (natural tooth) as it felt painful sometimes. Infection was found and a root canal was needed to save it. I had a failed root canal repair attempt years ago ( different dental surgery) ,hence the implant ,so was concerned about this and thought about just having the infected tooth removed. I discussed this with George, he advised it was always better to try and save a tooth first and gave me a higher chance of success. I had the root canal done, George’s patience and skill has saved my tooth. George is a very in demand dentist , this is not by chance it is because he is very good at what he does. But is always flexible when possible to find room for an appointment when urgent All the staff at Bridgeways from the receptionists to the dental nurses are all highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I had to get two root canals done which I knew would be expensive. However, compared to other dentists Bridgeways was very competitive. I found George and the team wanted to get the job done correctly and professionally, making time available when I had problems with one of my temporary crowns. The receptionist team were extremely responsive and friendly to deal with. I had some fear going into the treatment as I read that root canal work can be painful, thankfully I did not feel any pain through any of the treatments. I put this down to the skill of George who is an exceptional dentist. I would fully recommend Bridgeways for any dental treatments. A big thank you to all the team :-)

Fantastic experience: Bridgeways were first recommended through a friend receiving cosmetic treatment on her not ‘straight forward’ teeth, which caught my attention having not ‘straight forward’ teeth myself. I was at the time contemplating having my teeth straightened with Invisalign, which can be an overwhelming task, finding a dentist expertly knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy and reasonably priced. From start to finish I have received expert care, having complications along the way with my difficult high protruding canines fitting in the Invisalign trays initially and challenging Casey to pull on her skilled knowledge, to get my canines aligned along with my other teeth. Not to mention the whole multidisciplinary team who also played a vital role in the outstanding care I received throughout my Invisalign journey. I have now continued my routine dental care with the practice despite being a bit of extra travel from my hometown. Many thanks to the whole team at Bridgeways Dental.

Fantastic experience: I came to Bridgeways Dental because I wanted a a smile makeover. From start to finish I have had an excellent experience and would recommend Bridgeways to anyone. From the initial consultation to the final check up, Casey, offered an honest and expert opinion on what could be done to improve my smile, whilst also being mindful of cost. I was expecting to require a far more invasive and complicated treatment to get my dream smile, however, with some home whitening and composite bonding on 4 teeth, I couldn’t be happier with the results. During the process I also had an appointment with a Bridgeways hygienist and won’t be going back to my old dental surgery!

Fantastic experience: My reasons for going to this dentist initially was because I had concerns over an intermittent pain in a back tooth, which hadn’t been properly looked into by a previous dentist. I also wanted a dental health check to ensure everything was ok. I looked at the reviews on here and booked my initial appointment. I’m not a nervous patient but on my first visit I felt at ease straight away. Casey was transparent and honest in terms of the good and the bad, what treatment they advised but didn’t push anything and gave me my options. Over a few weeks I had a hygienist appointment and I had a much needed deep filling done. I was so pleased with my experience with that I then asked for information on replacing my silver fillings that I’ve had since childhood, solely for cosmetic reasons. This was then easily organised and I had these replaced over two further appointments. I work shifts, so when it came to me booking my appointments they were easy going and contacted me when a sooner appointment became available. The whole team were professional and had lovely bedside manner. A special mention to Vaida who did my treatments, she had a calm approach to the care she provided and kept me informed throughout. I’m very pleased with my results and would recommend Bridgeway Dental.

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth whitened, bit dubious but im so happy with the results, staff fabulous, make you feel at ease, friendly patient and informative. Also saw hygienist who was very patient, again another fabulous result.Put you at ease, and carried out the procedure gently but thorough. Will definitely be staying with this practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been traveling from Christchurch to Totton for my dental treatment, and overall, it’s been a really positive experience. I had both Invisalign and bonding done, and the team has been incredibly patient and supportive, especially with my less structured lifestyle. The practice is always clean and professional, and I love the relaxed atmosphere, especially the music they play during appointments. The team of girls there genuinely care and make every visit feel comfortable. Casey, in particular, has a great eye and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. Her attention to detail and expertise gave me real confidence throughout the process, and I’m so happy with the results. The process did take longer than expected, mainly due to my own schedule, and there was a price increase along the way. While I hoped the original pricing might have been honoured, I understand the reasons behind it. The quality of care remained excellent the whole way through. I’d definitely recommend them for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to getting great results.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Casey, Terri, Mel and the team. Honestly you've given me a life changing smile. And I couldn't be happier. Having been self conscious about my smile for years. I've now gone from literally never showing my teeth and just doing a smirk to not being able to stop smiling. A proper happy beaming smile. I did plenty of research before starting out Invisalign. To be honest the thought of restrictive eating, brushing and flossing after every meal. A few horror stories online. It seemed a bit daunting and I wasn’t convinced it was for me. I had initial consultations with several dentist practices, and looked into online alternatives but as soon as I had my initial meeting with Casey, my mind was set. She eased any concerns I had and pointed out aspects of my teeth, my narrow arch and things that I didn’t even think of (I thought I just had very wonky teeth!) Whilst also making me well aware my case was fairly involved and would take a while, it wouldn’t be a quick fix. Two and a half years on, I’ve just come to the end of my Invisalign Complex treatment, two refinements. I had absolutely no issues whatsoever. Some of the early trays can be a little tight for a few days. And it takes a while to get used to a routine of brushing and flossing 3+ times a day, but pretty soon it becomes your standard routine and you don’t even think about it. One of the reasons why I avoided online alternatives to Invisalign was that I wanted the one to one support and with Bridgeway Dental - the expertise that Casey and the team offered. I wanted to make sure that everything was going to plan and the checkups every few months allowed that. Along with knowing that Casey was checking the progress every time I updated the app with progress photos. I felt in safe hands. They were always there whenever I had questions. If it’s over email, or at an appointment. And honestly the feeling when you start to see gradual improvements several months in. So good. I’m actually going to miss my appointments and popping into Bridgeway every few months. When I got to the end of what I thought was already a drastic improvement with what just the retainers had done, Casey then set to work with some contouring, composite bonding and polishing. And took my smile to another level. The level of attention and detail to get things as good as possible. My teeth look a million times better, but still so natural. Worth every penny. I can't recommend you enough. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: My treatment was an extraction and implant of one of my front teeth. A bit of history - about 18 years ago my front tooth was knocked back and at the time the dentist gave me root canal treatment. This left me with a slightly discoloured tooth and over time my jaw bone suffered from 'external resorbtion' basically where the jawbone starts to receed. It got to the point where the tooth needed to come out and my options were either an implant or crown. Given a crown needs replacement every 10 years, I decided to go with the implant option. Also as the jawbone had been receeding overtime I also required a bone graft. So glad I chose the implant option as the work done was so brilliant no one would know I've had it done! Also from the point I had the implant, the tooth was strong as an ox - no problems eating like normal. I have only great things to say about George and team at Bridgeways. Everyone was very friendly and also understanding of how nervous I was having the tooth extracted. Highly recommend anyone thinking about an implant to have it done here! For anyone interested the appointments went like this - 1) Extraction and healing for a few months (about a week and its fine) 2) Implant/bone graft and healing for three months 3) 3d scan and order of new tooths (about 2 weeks) 4) Tooth fitting and its good to go

Fantastic experience: I'm starting this review with the word WOW (Excellent experience from start to Finish) let me tell you why . For my first appointment I was seen by Casey and Demi , lovely friendly people and made my first visit there a pleasant one. Casey welcomed me to the practice as a new client and made me feel instantly comfortable. Very good dentist , checked my teeth and explained everything to me very well . Im even going to brush twice a day now otherwise Casey might tell me off lol. Demi the nurse is just great too. For my hygienist appointment a few days later I saw Vaida, I have seen alot of hygienists before , but Vaida was just exceptionally!! The best hygienist I've ever seen , just wow , I could of fallen asleep in the chair she was that good . I felt no pain and my teeth look amazing, I'm so so happy with the result . Vaida took her time and done a top job and nice and friendly too , like they all are including the reception staff . If you worried about seeing a hygienist then honestly go see Vaida ,she is just the best , you won't regret it . Easy to find and nice updated and clean premises . I can't say enough, extremely happy with the care I received for my teeth . I highly more than highly recommend this Dentist. So impressed. Great job ...I gave 5 stars deserve more :-)

Fantastic experience: Review for Bridgeways Dental. It was with a great deal of soul searching and a massive amount of trepidation before I made the decision to have whole mouth implants. The care, understanding, after care and truly professional treatment I received from Bridgeways was exemplary. The whole process was explained in great detail to put my mind at ease at every step. Surprisingly little pain, more like discomfort, with the procedure. Follow up appointments were scheduled to monitor the healing process throughout. I am more than satisfied with the end result. My confidence, ability to eat normally, and obviously, my smile has transformed my life dramatically Many thanks to George, Mel, Terri and all the team for making this almost a pleasant experience. A well deserved five stars.

Fantastic experience: I now have a lovely smile thanks to Casey and Invisalign. The whole process took a little longer than expected (about 19 months) but that was mainly due to wanting perfection! Regular reviews throughout the process meant that we kept on track all the way through.

Fantastic experience: I needed upper set implants urgently so I chose BD dental from Google they looked professional so gave them the chance to work on me as I'm a very nervous they kept me calm all through the process I took some hypnosis to help but George and the girls were very professional and made me comfortable during the treatment on the day which to 6.5 hrs. I did not incurre and pain and walked out with new teeth also the after care was superb follow up appointments went with out hitch. Fantastic experience: I found Bridgeways Dental whilst searching for an Invisalign provider and I am so glad I found them. I’ve been scared of the dentist for a long time but the care I have received at Bridgeways has changed this. From start to finish with Invisalign the whole team at Bridgeways have been amazing. I was kept informed with my progress and realistic outcomes. Any work I needed doing along the way has been explained and shown to me so I’ve fully understood what I needed and why. All my questions and any concerns have been responded to very quickly with great care and understanding. In the past three years I’ve had, two wisdom teeth removed, two root canals, a crown, a couple fillings, Invisalign, whitening, fixed retainers, and some composite bonding. All have been done with great care, patience and some incredible skills. Ultimately, Bridgeways have done what I once thought was impossible. I love my smile now and I’m not terrified every time I have to go to the dentist. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: It’s been a long time getting round to writing this review but with very good reasons. I started my journey with Bridgeways Dental 2 years ago, when I chose them for Invisalign cosmetic treatment to straighten my wonky bottom teeth. During the course of this treatment Casey discovered other issues with my teeth and gums, including a long standing infection which other dentists had tried and failed to get to the bottom of, and a number of cracked teeth due to old amalgam fillings. The practice has a CT scanner which was a life (tooth) saver for me. So two years - and 2 root canal fillings (thanks George), 5 crowns and several new fillings - later, I now have a perfect set of white, straight teeth. The Invisalign treatment was exceptional - I never felt like it was being hurried; time was taken to do things properly. It is more expensive than similar alternatives but you really do get what you pay for. I’ve also had great support from Angelika, the team’s hygienist and dental nurses Terri and Mel plus others along the way (sorry I’m rubbish with names!) I can’t thank the team enough for their excellent work, flexibility, patience and great sense of humour. I would thoroughly recommend Bridgeways if you want a good job done of looking after your teeth. Thanks guys!

From the moment I stepped through the door, Casey and her team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease, and in control of my treatment at all times. Fantastic experience: Fabulous dentist. My elderly mother had a bad experience with an NHS dentist who frightened and hurt her. After 5 years of persuasion I finally got her to agree to see Bridgeway, I explained to the dental practice how frightened my mother was and asked them to be very gentle and patient, they were! George and the team were marvellous, have treated my mother, she now has beautiful dentures and can finally eat properly. She is still fearful of dental work in general but not fearful of George or the dental team. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: I recently needed a tooth implant for a tooth I've had issues with for some time and which finally gave in. Going to the dentist used to send me running for the hills but George and his team made the whole process a really pleasant experience. I was even looking forward to going. From extracting the remains of the old tooth to placing the implant and then adding the crown, I cannot thank them enough and really appreciate how it all was done. Fantastic experience: To commit to an 'all on 4' full upper set is one thing....to find the best practice to do this is another....George and his staff listened upfront then built a plan to get from A to B. It is a journey but to be made so welcome...so comfortable is superb. The standards are so high at this practice...the communication...the professionalism....and yes we had fun too. I have had various treatments and procedures over many years at Bridgeways Dental including Invisalign, crowns and dental bonding as well as regular hygienist appointments. My husband and children are also patients and also value the practice and team. We are always to be made to feel comfortable. Everything is explained clearly and kindly and any concerns about treatment are addressed in a manner that completely puts you at ease. There is never any pressure and Casey is more than happy to talk through all the options and what it means for the immediate and long term. I am so very pleased with my results. My Invisalign journey has taken a while due to individual circumstances but I have never been made to feel that it needs rushing or that my treatment is over before I was ready. In fact, Casey and the team have done everything possible to get my end goal of a perfect smile and I am truly grateful. I would thoroughly recommend the practise to everyone. Immaculately clean, bright, friendly and not too clinical as some practices can be. Fantastic experience: I went to Bridgeway Dental to do an Invisalign treatment and a couple of fillings. My experience has been top class and I'm very satisfied with the end result. Dr Casey had a down-to-earth and very friendly demeanour from day one, on top of being very professional throughout the whole process, always willing to answer any questions I had and explaining everything in great detail. Other team members (Mel, Terry) are very nice too and have always tried to accommodate any appointment requests I had. Happy customer and from now I will go there more regularly for my routine check-ups.

Fantastic experience: I joined Bridgeways Dental practice just over four years ago, George and the team are very welcoming and really care about their patients. I had tooth implants done just over two years ago, George was very informative about the whole procedure and I felt at ease about having the treatment. George did an amazing job, am really pleased with the outcome. Couple weeks ago I went back to have a crown fitted and yet again I was extremely happy with the result. I highly recommend George and the team to anyone they are very knowledgeable, professional and provide an excellent customer service to their patients.

Fantastic experience: Casey and the team are brilliant. Always greeted in reception by Mel or Terri with a smile on their faces and a very cheery hello! I joined the practice and was very pleasantly surprised with the initial appointment and just how friendly everyone was - Casey even showed me an unusual feature of one of my teeth, something no other dentist had even noticed! I proceeded to get Invisalign with them and the whole process was seamless, having regular appointments and clear instructions each time as to next steps. The treatment went great and I’m very happy with the outcome, including the whitening treatment at the end to bring a bit of a shine back to my newly fixed smile. Couldn’t fault the process at all with them and look forward to remaining a patient for the foreseeable future!

Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist after calling first and reading reviews. I was terrified at going to the dentist after years of horrible treatment stemming from childhood. They were incredibly caring, listened to my concerns and treated with me respect. I have walked out smiling after asking them to 'fix' my issues. All of the staff are friendly, gentle, honest and also have a sense of humour but most importantly they want the best for you and will offer good advice without pressuring you. Fantastic experience: Last year I started Invisalign treatment with Casey and I could not be more impressed with the results!! Prior to treatment, I had a crossbite and wonky teeth throughout. It took just over a year to fully straighten, align and whiten my teeth. I would recommend this treatment to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign with Casey, which started during covid restrictions with a teams call. The whole process from initial in person scans, getting my first aligners, through to agreeing whether I was happy with the final result was seamless. During the scans it was found my wisdom tooth was growing into one of my other teeth creating damage. The surgery removed my wisdom tooth, which happened in a surprisingly pain free and quick clinic, the dentist was very skilled. After care has been great, even when I had a wire dislodge from the bonding, Casey got me back in and fixed it complimentary.

Fantastic experience: Me and my children joined Bridgeways in the summer after getting frustrated with our NHS dentist appointments repeatedly being cancelled. The whole team at Bridgeways are fantastic, both friendly and professional. I started off discussing implant surgery to fill gaps,and then managed to fall over and smash my front teeth in so more crowns were necessary. Fantastic experience: I am one of Casey’s older patients and have always wanted straighter teeth. When this became financially possible I had Invisalign at Bridgeways with Casey. She was always very professional and put me at my ease - it was quite a big step for me. Eighteen months later the results are quite dramatic and I am really pleased. The final stage was some bonding on the front teeth which Casey took really great care over and was determined to get the best result. When I looked at the before and after photos it is almost unbelievable what has been achieved. Thank you to all the staff at Bridgeways who have looked after me in such a friendly way.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Bridgeways highly enough. I have advanced periodontitis which affects my gums and I went to have my veneers replaced as I had been unhappy with the previous ones for many years and my gums had also receeded further. This was not an easy job, but George was meticulous in his approach and attention to detail ensuring that we got my gum condition under control before replacing the veneers. The hygienists were also fantastic considering I needed some serious work on my gums, they made it as pleasant as they possibly could. I am so delighted with the new set, they are so much more natural looking, and my gums are in the best condition for years. Thank you for giving me my smile back.
