Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in the door at Danica's you are wowed. The beautifully decorated salon is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly and always smiling and helpful. Yesterday I had a Japanese head spa with a facial and it was quite frankly absolute bliss. I was stressed from work when I went in, but came out completely relaxed and chilled. My hair hydrated and my skin absolutely glowing. I believe EVERYONE should have at least 1 of these in their life. I intend to come monthly! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I never write a review I’m 52 years old being having Botox since I was 34 Danica is astonishing to me incredible it was only because my other doctor retired luckily for me ! That I was forced to look for another clinician thank god I did so impressed so pleased with the filler Botox and lips that I’ve had done a lovely professional person who’s skills knowledge and expertise blow my mind a beautiful clinic too thank you Danica and to the whole team I wouldn’t go anywhere else just to add I’ve just had the new version of Botox incredible book an appointment don’t be nervous you won’t look back

Positive experience: I went for a GBT air flow dental cleaning with Gina, and it has been my best dental hygienist appointment to date. Gina was kind, friendly and welcoming, taking time to explain the procedure in depth and let me ask questions. The dental cleaning was fast, comfortable and pain-free, with only a bit of sensitivity after the air flow cleaning, when Gina touched over some parts with traditional hygienist scraping tools. My teeth look much better than before, the procedure having addressed my main area of concern which was staining between teeth from fixed metallic braces. There is only a tiny amount of staining on the bottom teeth now, which is almost imperceptible. My teeth were slightly sensitive for the 24 hours following the procedure, but I was told to expect this in the appointment. Overall, I am very happy with the care I received, especially the customer service and will definitely be returning. Treatments are expensive but worth it if you are able to make the investment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a number of treatments at Danica Payne and I can honestly say I would never go anywhere else. I live on the Isle of Wight and travel over specifically for treatments there. Always such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, in such a beautiful setting. The new clinic is stunning.

Negative experience: I have not been to Danica’s for a while now as my Botox didn’t last, I am not the only person that has said this so I have avoided going ever since until Friday last week! I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt and go for a spray tan as I was going away. I had the spray tan done, once I left I realised I have nearly half of my forehead that was not sprayed with tan so I had a very strong line running across my forehead. I messaged Danica as I was really concerned and didn’t want the tan to process anymore if it needed rectifying. My message was read 10 minutes after it was sent but it did not get replied to until the following day so I had to go and buy some tan to try and cover the line that night. Once Danica come back to me, the response was very much well you placed the headband there and I should have moved it which I would just like to mention did not get said throughout my treatment more to the point, I am not the professional if the headband was not in the correct place, the professional should have advised otherwise. I did express my concerns to then be told, you mentioned in your appointment you were wearing makeup so you will be able to cover it with that and you won’t see it which is not what I would class as a 5 star salon. Think twice before you book here, they have very much lost there touch since moving to a bigger salon.

Fantastic experience: I had a gorgeous massage and foot treatment with Katie. It was the best massage I've ever had. I like a firm massage and it was definitely a firm massage. Very pleased, I have rebooked for 6 weeks time.

Negative experience: Last year in May, I had a Botox done by Danica around my eye and brow area. After a top-up, my eyelids and eyebrows significantly drooped. I contacted the clinic, but they only reassured me ''that everything would return to normal after couple of months once the Botox stop working'' Today, I'm writing this review because I decided to have same treatment done elsewhere, and now I can see the difference in how it should actually look. So, I warn you to think twice about whom you trust. I can add some photos if someone interesting.

Negative experience: I’m gutted to be writing this review as I have previously left a 5* rating however I don’t feel as though I am left with much choice after my concerns haven’t been addressed despite raising them via other means. I had my wedding day hair & makeup done here in December 2024, my makeup was absolutely STUNNING and I cannot recommend Disney enough. My hair however was awful, firstly the stylist was late and came rushing in saying she had got on the wrong bus - it happens. But the biggest issue was the quality, I opted for a simple half up half down curly style which I sent photos in beforehand of making sure that the stylist was happy doing this, it was a shock when during my wedding morning the stylist Emily revealed she was a trainee and had little experience, the poor girl was truly out of her depth with a really simple style I felt so sorry for her that I kept quiet and let her finish although she kept asking me for reassurance and completely left the front of my hair untouched and this is by no means an exaggeration- my fringe and front of my hair was not even combed let alone styled in any way. I went to the toilets to have a deep breath and quietly spoke to Disney and the lovely lady on reception who whisked me off to another room to try and rectify things. They truly saved the day even though neither of them were hair dressers (honestly thankyou so much!) . Emily then did my bridesmaids hair, but ran out of time to do my flower girls, we had ten minutes before we had to leave and there was just no way anything would be achieved in that time so I had to do hers myself at home. Despite still being charged for hers. I raised my concerns with management via social media & WhatsApp and got a reply from a customer relations person who unfortunately didn’t acknowledge all of my concerns particularly about my flower girls hair not even being done and offered to add £15 credit to my account as a gesture of good will. I replied to this email with further points etc and that’s where communication ended. I feel really let down by the service provided and I’m truly gutted as I’ve had other treatments here in the past which have been faultless, however I feel this was too much of a let down not to raise it further in the hope that the owner would be made aware and prevent another bride being in the same position. - as per the reply below; I was not offered a trial or recommended one. The hair requested on the day was exactly the picture I sent previously- I did not show a different photo at all at any point. My flower girl and bridesmaid were both booked in as I had a quote stating this PLEASE SEE PHOTOS AS PROOF. I was NOT ever made aware of the hair dresser being a junior / trainee hence this is stated in your email reply and I was sent an apology. I had replied to your email which you state you did not receive, I will await speaking to the manager Monday as clearly there is a lot of confusion over the service I have received and this hasn’t been fully looked into properly in that case. I was also never made aware of any discount being offered prior to the day due to the fact the person was less experienced- I just assumed these were the standard prices.

Fantastic experience: I had my appointment Tuesday for anti wrinkle treatment with Corinne. It’s hard to explain how Corinne makes you feel but it’s like a good gossip and a counselling session all wrapped into one, plus the added bonus of being wrinkle free. I’ve been using Corinne for a while now and I would never trust anyone else with my treatment ! The new salon is stunning and all staff are very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: It wasn’t my first time getting my makeup done but going here and getting it done felt like a new experience! The staff were so lovely from the beginning to the end, I had my makeup done by dizneyarmani_makeup (on insta) and she was the sweetest! Explained everything really well to me and you could tell she knew exactly what she was doing and had so much experience. She was really patient and anything I wanted to add or change she did, she gave her thoughts and advice too which helped :) All in all 10/10 experience, makeup and service. 100% going again and definitely recommend thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I’ve been in to the clinic three times over the last couple of years, and always seen Corinne for my treatments. I’ve always had a great experience and felt like I was well looked after. As someone who suffers quite bad with social anxiety and going into situations I’ve never experienced before, I have never been made to feel stupid/anxious about being there. For as long as I can remember I have been self-conscious of my nose, avoiding side profile photos and constantly obsessing over how it looks. I was anxious entering into my appointment but it lasted only seconds before I was so quickly put at ease by the friendly staff and of course the wonderful Danica. This woman is phenomenal, a true professional and a complete credit to herself. The “non surgical nose job” procedure was painless and I couldn’t believe how amazing the results were straight away! This has only improved in the weeks since visiting Danica and I now feel so much more confident about my nose, especially seeing a profile view of my face which I hated before. I was so nervous that it would completely change the way I looked but it hasn’t at all, I’m still me, just new and improved! If you are considering nose filler/liquid nose job/magic, please go for it! The only thing you should be scared of is just how STUNNING you will be after

I was a little apprehensive as I've seen some horror stories on filler,however I've admired her work for a long time and I'm so glad I went to her. I was instantly put at ease as soon as I walked into her room. She talked everything through, asked what I was looking to achieve, explained the process, aftercare and healing. I had a pain free,relaxed experience. She enhanced my natural shape and evened them out. Leaving me with beautiful, full, refreshed lips. The appointment was one of the best dental appointments I’ve had in my whole life, so thorough and they talked me through every step of the way and made sure I was completely happy and comfortable. Fantastic experience: It's been 2 weeks since my chin and jaw filler and I absolutely love the results. I've never had any filler before and was a little nervous. She was so informative and talked me through the whole treatment. I didn't feel rushed at all and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and not just the £. The receptionist had the most welcoming friendly smile, it sounds silly but it's the little things like that smile that puts you at ease and makes for such a lovely experience. I would 100% go to Danica again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place, lovely, professional and knowledgeable staff. I'm currently completing a 12 course face treatment (Dermalux). Both Lisa and Natalie are amazing and very patient when preparing my skin for the treatment. They check up on me and ensure that I am comfortable troughout my treatment. The venue is very cosy and modern. The staff at the reception are also great and overall show a positive attitude.(they always offer a drink) I've previously visited the premises for lip fillers and had an amazing experience then with Danica. Fantastic experience: I’ve spent my life absolutely dreading having to go to any type of hair or beauty salon. I’ve always been massively insecure and never felt glamorous or feminine enough to be in those types of environments. I worried that I didn’t fit in and that the women that worked in them were judging me. I’d been thinking about lip filler for years and did lots of research about where was best to have it done. I came across DPA on Instagram and spent a few more months watching the informative stories and seeing the incredible transformations before biting the bullet and booking in. I can honestly say finding this clinic has changed my life. I’ve been coming for a few years now and had quite a few treatments. Fantastic experience: My partner had suffered with perioral dermatitis for almost a year, with multiple trips back and forth to the doctors. On and off antibiotics, trying different topical creams, not wanting to leave the house because of it and always feeling self conscious. She would complain the dermatitis would be sore, itch and felt really dry. Make up would be used to try and make it look less “angry” but it would irritate it more. She went to Danica initially to get her lip filler dissolved and was offered to try a dermalux light therapy treatment. She came home and was truly shocked with how quickly her skin had taken to the light therapy, she went back today for her second session and it’s cleared up so much to the point she’s no longer self conscious. She said how affordable it was and after all the time wasted back and forth to the doctors it seems dermalux was the solution all along. She’s a regular client at Danica’s and always comes home happy!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this place for anything dental, if you’ve been putting off going to the dentist/hygienist due to anxiety like me then this is the best place to go. I had a hygienist appointment with Claire and I’ve never felt more at ease & my teeth are lovely and clean and no pain at all! I usually hate anything dental as it’s usually a sensory nightmare for me but I had no issues at all here, right from the start from walking in the reception team were so lovely and accommodating! When In the appointment they made sure I was comfortable, as I said I get sensory issues and they were one step ahead with some shaded glasses so no bright light shining in your face which was a massive help, the hygienists were gentle and I was able to take a break when I needed one and they were very patient & attentive and explained everything so there were no surprises. It’s nice to know I’ll never have to be anxious again regarding dental appointments in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have been here for various treatments over the last 2 years and have always received the best service. I couldn’t fault the team, always so accommodating and there to sort any problem or query out. I recently went to see the hygienist (Danica managed to squeeze me in, absolute queen) and was honestly such a great experience, so friendly and informative and was made to feel at ease straight away, I usually hate the dentists and avoid at all costs so this was a great experience! No pain throughout and was left feeling good about myself! Definitely my go to place for any treatment and very happy with everything!

Fantastic experience: I attended Danica’s Lip Dermal Filler masterclass and absolutely loved it. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by such lovely staff, it was like I had been there 100 times. The course was brilliant, Danica has so much knowledge and doesn’t gatekeep. I found the technique was explained really well, so was able to put this into practise much easier than I had anticipated with the models. Danica and her staff have the wonderful ability to make you feel completely at ease and confident, I will absolutely be returning to Danica.

Fantastic experience: Visited Danica as a signature lip model with dental block. I was extremely nervous about potentially not liking the outcome and she really put me at ease. I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I entered the building to weeks after the appointment. After my healing period I wasn’t 100% happy with the final outcome, I sent some images to reception and a check up appointment was made really quickly. Danica listened to my concerns and talked them through with me, topped my lips up where needed and made me feel really comfortable again. So happy with my new lips and can’t wait to try other treatments she offers. Cannot stop recommending her to everyone

Fantastic experience: This was my first time having lip filler and booked with Corinne. I had opted to have dental block as unsure if I could cope without it! Corinne was so lovely and explained everything clearly and made sure I was going to achieve the look I was after. I am so pleased I did have the dental block because the procedure was pain free. I have experienced slight bruising and swelling which Corinne did say could happen. It’s only been 36 hours since having my lips done but I am so happy and will definitely go back to Danica Payne for any other treatments I may want in the future.
