Negative experience: My appointment was 30 mins late, when ask why, the receptionist said the dentist had an emergency appointment, however I wasn't informed of this until I asked. Then the dentist literally took 3 mins with me.

Fantastic experience: I went in to accompany my wife. Got booked the same day. Attended the procedure. It was an excellent service from the reception right through to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I have used this dental practice for several years. It has always been a good experience coming here. I have had check ups and fillings done, always ok, no problems. The staff are friendly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had consistently great experiences at this dental practice, and today was no exception. The receptionists are always kind, welcoming, and helpful, which sets the tone the moment you walk in. The hygienist I normally see is also very nice and caring (apologies I have forgotten his name). But the real star of the show is Harry, my dentist. He is exceptionally skilled, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients’ comfort and wellbeing. I had a root canal treatment done by Harry today, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. It’s refreshing to experience such outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care! Thank you

Positive experience: I had to wait for 40 minutes. People came and went. After half an out l told the receptionist. The dentist apologised and said it was the receptionist's fault. Usually it is quite quick.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aun was incredibly patient with me and helped me get through my dental treatments despite my dental fears. He has gone above and beyond to maintain and treat my teeth. For someone who suffers with dental phobia Dr Auns kind nature and easy going personality really helped me get through my treatments (extractions, deep cleaning). I am particularly very impressed with my deep clean my teeth look amazing. Also the nurse Susy I believe her name was, was also incredibly polite and informative.

Negative experience: I was in so much pain while he was Pulling my tooth out, I had 4 injections and yet I was in excruciating pain while he pulled my tooth and was crying through out the procedure. I now have to go bk and be sedated because he left the root in there and I couldn't go on with the pain of him pulling I am dramatised as this has never happened to me before. Your not meant to feel pain after anaesthetic yet I could it was horrendous

Negative experience: The dentists are all very nice and caring. However, there is only one receptionist under the name of Vicki who is very rude, snappy, bossy and very unprofessional. She behaves as if she is the manager and controls everyone else including the patients. If she leaves the place will be able to offer a much better service to its customers.

Fantastic experience: Visited the hygienist yesterday. He took his time to explain what I should expect. Numbed my gums first as I was nervous about sensitivity. Made the procedure as gentle and quick as possible. Would definitely recommend. Had to pay on booking the appointment (£66)

Fantastic experience: Amazing, had a piece of tooth come come off in my mouth which was causing some discomfort. Found this dentist on NHs website, booking was easy, didn't have to wait long for appointment. Arrived a bit early and was seen straight away for check up to see what needed to be done. They even had time to do the filling there and then!! Very impressed, staff were great, reception were polite. Just really impressed!! Will be back

Negative experience: Took time off work, turned up, never seen ans told to rebook. Absolutely crap organisation. Unfortunately only NHS surgery in area. If you can afford it go elsewhere.

Negative experience: So far wouldn't recommend purely based on the "dentistry", I've received today from a supposed dentist. Being unprofessional was an understatement: 1. Door was left open for spectators to view when they get upto the top of the stairs. x-ray where taken absolutely worse experience I've personally had. 2. Didn't listen or use the correct terminology expected from a qualified dentist. 3. Was also left for 50 minutes+ waiting with the unsettling slamming of multiple doors on the upper floor no windows open in 24° heat. 4. Topped off by not actually receiving the treatment booked in by receptionist on Monday 12th June 2023 when my LL6 tooth temporary filling fell out.

I’m most surprised with the dentist’s attitudes, gone are the days where dentists seem to approached things with an iron fist. The team here are al very approachable, and will discuss treatments with you in a mature and non condescending attitude. Glad I've picked this dentistry.

Every dentist and dental assistant (and reception staff!!) we’ve met here have been so lovely with my 4 year old, she absolutely loves going to the dentist. I’ve always hated the dentist, often not going due to anxiety, however the dentists here are kind and patient, very understanding and honest. They explain any work that may need doing and explain how vital it may or not be, however allow you make the final decision. They don’t pressure you into having any work done. I know of other people who attend this dentist and all feel the same! Have recommended them to a few people! :)

The dentist I see is very friendly and helpful and always explains everything very well and listens if u have any questions. Place is clean and tidy. As a patient who suffers from anxiety, panic attacks and autism all the staff are very helpful and dentist I see is really helpful and have helped me with panic attacks and my anxiety. I would highly recommend this dental place. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the amazing staff at this dental place and I would like to say a huge thank you to my dentist Harry for fixing the pain in my tooth when I had to have 8 appointments. Keep up the good work, your all doing a awesome job.

Positive experience: My first appointment with a new dentist. He was informative and recommended further treatment as a preventative measure rather than prescribed it. Was upfront about cost for NHS patient. Gave clear instructions about what to do and advised me on a better way to clean my teeth. As I haven't completed the course of treatment, I will award 4 stars as an interim with an expectation that if the experience matches my initial one, then I will give 5 stars.

Negative experience: The receptionist staff is absolutely useless and careless. I have been in excruciating pain for the past 17 days, and they were supposed to contact me with an appointment as soon as they received my dental x-ray from the hospital. I called them two days after my x-ray, asking if they had received it, and they claimed nothing was showing on my file. Wrong! They lied—because the hospital confirmed they sent the x-ray the very next day after my visit. The receptionists clearly didn’t bother to check their emails. Had they done their job properly, I could have been pain-free by now. So thank you for doing such an appalling job. They never answer the phone either, probably too busy chit-chatting behind the desk instead of doing their simple job properly. Shame on you! The worst dental practice ever.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aun and his assistant Rita are the epitome of comfort and professionalism, haven’t lived in Gillingham for years but still happily travel from London every time just to see them. Lovely humans and amazing service every time. Always very gentle and honest, wouldn’t dream of going to another Dentist!

He immediately put me at ease, talked through what I needed and was so patient and understanding. I have been 4 times in the last year and had a series of extractions and a bridge fitted, thank you for giving me the confidence to do it!

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for many years, the dentists and hygienists always explain everything well and manage to reassure you if you’re nervous. The reception team are all friendly and helpful and I have now found a nearby car park which is very convenient. Highly recommended by me.

Fantastic experience: Who likes going to the Dentist. But the Dentists don't rush and are soft if that makes sense. Everyone is friendly, I have managed to get an emergency appointment when I had a major problem. No time hanging around in the waiting room thinking what you will look like with no teeth. Treatment plan explained to me. If I was a tooth fairy I would not want this Dental Team in my area.
