Regency House Dental Practice

Negative experience: Twice appointments cancelled and I was told the first time that it was because the dentist wanted some holiday time during the festive season. Surely he knew it was the festive season more than three weeks prior (when my appointment was cancelled). It was only booked a month before! The excuse is ‘our dentists are self-employed and so choose their holidays’! Lots of people are self-employed but plan their holidays in advance. They don’t book in clients and then decide on holiday dates! Very unprofessional! I rebooked my appointment, only to get a voicemail and text a week before to say that the dentist didn’t want to return on 2nd Jan and had decided to extend his holiday! This attitude is the epitome of disrespect and a really unprofessional attitude! The clients are definitely not put first! I suspect that’s because I am an NHS patient and seen, seemingly, as a second class citizen! Disgusting! I have severe toothache due to needing root canal treatment and they knew this from the first consultation!

Fantastic experience: It is alway a nervous and anxious time visiting the Dentist, but as soon as arrived at Regency House Dental Practice Bridgnorth they make you feel so relaxed, The Dentist, explained what treatment he thought was needed. The whole experience from start to finish was so professional from all of the Staff, myself and my wife would like to thank them for making the whole experience perfect ….Thank You

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Regency House Dental Practice highly enough! I was seen by Dr. Mubin for a dental abscess and ended up needing a root canal. From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. Dr. Mubin was calm, professional, and incredibly reassuring throughout the whole process — and to my surprise, the entire treatment was completely pain-free. I’d been dreading it, but he made the experience smooth and stress-free. If you’re nervous about dental work or just want excellent care, this is the place to go. Thank you

Negative experience: Wow awful service from reception

Positive experience: Not the usual prompt service today. Queues at reception on arrival and departure. Late in to be seen even though 9.00 am appointment. Hygienist explained that this was because she was having to work alone as no dental nurse available. Room was airless and hot as no window. Despite this she worked calmly and professionally and gave my teeth a thorough clean and gave an excellent service

Fantastic experience: Just had 7 fillings replaced, dentist Aaquib and assistant Ash were superb. I never felt a thing, and was made to relaxed. The hygienist at this practice is also excellent.

Fantastic experience: Lovely dentist, very friendly and caring everyone made sure I felt comfortable during my visit. My dentist Mubin did a wonderful job at explaining all options to me and made sure I fully understood before making a decision. The hygienist Huda who I visited was very kind and gentle and gave me some very good advise on how to better take care of my teeth and gums in future.

Negative experience: Would put 0 if could, completely unhelpfull for child in pain

Fantastic experience: Just had 5 fillings here and this is the Very Best dental practice I have ever been to. No pain at all, I didn't even feel the needle. Thanks to all ìn the practice for even moving down stairs to treat me as I couldn't make the stairs. Lovely nurse and receptionists

Negative experience: Awful avoid this dentist practice. I’ve ended up going to a private dentist as they have kept cancelling appointments so I’ve now got 3 fractured teeth with infection which they should have noticed the first time they booked me in. New dentist is shocked that they didn’t see this and now it’s costing me a fortune getting this sorted with a decent dentist

Negative experience: Moved me a different dentist with out being informed when I arrived for treatment. Next appointment I requested a different Dentist but did not arrive for work, going to be late. The next appointment the surgery changed my appointment time without being informed so had to re book. Next appointment, the Dentist did not turn up again, going to be 20 mins late. Just not good enough.

Negative experience: Utterly shocking experience brings me back to the eighties when dentists where just con artists profit over public service the job done there has been appauling nothing remmodedy tooth arch doe serval months disgusting behaviour by the dentist stlll in pan avoid at all cost

Fantastic experience: Perfect balance of empathy, kindness, pragmatism and professionalism from staff. Lovely bedside manner, they were very reassuring and managed my nervousness well, which was essential for me. Taking on new NHS patients when I registered after moving nearby, from out of the city. Like a welcome breath of fresh air. Happy to recommend.

Fantastic experience: I write this review for Jenny Jones. Over the past two weeks I have had a tooth extraction, which was crowned and became a dry socket, the dentistry has been great and I hope the pain dissipates soon (now on anti biotics). Last Tuesday was my Mother's funeral, so obviously I had an awful lot to do leading up to it and then sorting out the clearance of he home in Birmingham. Continuing pain a hindrance. Each time I spoke with reception, I was shown no compassion or help in any way. Now, I could have written a poor review about that but I am a positive person. Jenny was incredible, each and every time I called and she answered, I was fitted in and treated with compassion, empathy and a cheery smile. I believe Jenny should train others.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit to this practice in 2024, was so pleased to be taken on as an NHS patient (very rare these days!) The dentist I saw was great, the appointment was quick but thorough and straight to the point. However, I do think their policy is slightly unfair if you cancel a appointment they take you off their list, as real life emergencies and illnesses do happen! I was very poorly on my appointment and called as of course did not want to pass my germs and the response I received was not the best via reception who also stated 'we will see anyone with any illness'. Not sure if this is for first appointments only though. Secondly, one receptionist upon visit wasn't the most professional, speaking very loudly regarding patients to co worker (what they've said, if they were rude etc!). But, apart from this I do recommend the dentists!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t praise my dentist Mubin Mulla highly enough. Such a skilled dentist - did a very tricky root canal and crown for me. A lovely man too. And a very reasonable price. Best dentist ever!

Fantastic experience: Just had a great experience at Regency House dental practice in Bridgnorth. It was my first time at the practice. Dentist was Mr Mobin and his assistant was Danny. I had a check up, 2 x-rays and a filling. It was an absolute pleasure. I will 100% be going to this practice again.

Fantastic experience: Regency House have been a life saver when it came to sorting out a problem with some implants I had done elsewhere! They obtained a screw or pin and fitted this to the implants for a fraction of the cost to other places I'd been quoted. Many wanted to charge the full price of a new implant! If I ever have to have any further implants done I wouldn't hesitate to go to Regency House, where it is not only much cheaper than other dentists charges for implants, but it also includes the whole package. I have always received excellent service here. It is difficult sometimes getting through but that is because they are a busy, professional and successful practice. They will always call you back if you leave them a message. I really cannot thank Mo and the excellent admin team enough. Excellent service. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Mubin and Dani were so lovely to me. I was very nervous as I had to have a tooth pulled. They were very calming and funny which helped me so much. I normally hate the dentist cause I feel everything that they do but first time going here and I didn’t feel a thing. Very happy with the service and again Mubin and Dani were amazing.

Negative experience: Not only did I have to wait 3 months for an appointment, being so busy with work and other things going on in life, after waiting so long, I totally forgot about my appointment. I tried to call them days after and couldn’t get through. I explained that I’ve been busy and I’d like to reschedule if possible, they told me I had to look elsewhere for a dentist instead. Nowadays dentists, doctors etc have no compassion that people have very busy and difficult lives. I think it would help sending a reminder text on the day especially for people that have had to wait months to get through.

Positive experience: My husband Roger has visited today and finally had fitting of new dentures by Mubin Mulla. Initially there seemed to be a misunderstanding of what was required and a previous fit wasn’t successful. However Mr Mulla has spent a lot of time making sure that the finished result was as required and the dentures are excellent.

Fantastic experience: Just joined this dentist as an NHS patient (somewhat of a miracle in itself) and feel very lucky to have been accepted. Very efficient admin staff and the dentist and hygienist have been great. I have paid £90 for a hygienist in the past, but Regency only £55. I would highly recommend. If this dentist can provide an excellent NHS service why can't they all?

Fantastic experience: I have recently had to have a root canal and crown fitted. Mr Mulla understood how worried, nervous and scared I was and was wonderful at explaining everything to me and all of my treatment options. I had the procedure done that took two hours was completely painless and the whole experience was calm and reassuring. There was no post op pain and my new tooth is amazing! The whole team from reception to the dental nurses and the dentist were amazing and I cannot thank them enough for finally taking away my pain!! thank you :)

Fantastic experience: I couldn't get through on the phone or leave a message but someone called me back within an hour and I was able to arrange an appointment within 72 hours. I was also able to have the treatment I needed, including an extraction on the same day, so no need to return until my next check up. Friendly, caring and considerate staff. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I was a patient here, and as I’ve not been for 8 months they decided to drop me. Without any warning - no call no text no email no letter. JOKERS!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service received. My daughter had 4 teeth removed yesterday in preparation for her braces being fitted. Mobi the dentist explained the procedure every step of the way to put her at ease, Katie the dental nurse helped to calm her nerves even more. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Negative experience: A local Bridgnorth man in so much pain he has not slept for days means nothing to greedy dentists like these anymore! Absolute disgrace to your profession and to Shropshire!

Negative experience: My brother has had two appointments in the last 6 weeks cancelled on the day of the appointment which is just not acceptable as he is self employed and has to take the whole day off work. If you know this is going to happen why can you not cancel the day before. I have a feeling you do not want to carry out the treatment due to this being a 40 minute appointment and being on the NHS and not private. This is absolutely not acceptable and would never recommend regency dental to anyone.

Positive experience: Went to my appointment today which was booked for 14.45. I got there at 14.30 due to not knowing if I could find some where to park. I checked in with the receptionist & she asked me to take a seat upstairs. 15.00 I received a phone call on my mobile from the practice to state I'd missed my appointment. I could hear her voice downstairs over her voice on my phone! The dental nurse who came back up the stairs when i was finishing the call was morified. I stated I was sat upstairs waiting & she was so surprised I was there considering she had booked me in. Finally went into see the dentist to be told that my plate had been sent incorrect & they would have to do another impression & it would be ready in 8 days. The dentist was so apologetic. Go to book the appointment & I've got to wait a further 3 weeks to get an appointment. Only had to wait 2 months for the first appointment, then 4 weeks for this fitting & now a further 3 week wait due to their miskake! As this was not my mistake, I thought I would have been offered a earlier appointment. Doesn't look like I'll have thus sorted before my holiday

Positive experience: Brilliant service (when your appointment isn't cancelled) Have had 2 appointments cancelled in succession even though I had to wait several weeks to even rebook them both. !

Negative experience: Poor customer service and discriminatory against patient with anxiety. Patient refused to be seen without reasonable explanation. Disgusting attitude from practice manager. A truly disappointing experience. Will be putting in formal complaint, when dental practice has informed patient of correct protocol based on legitimate guidance on practice protocol!!!

Positive experience: I had an appointment a couple of months ago. There was a new lady on reception nd she wasn't the friendliest. She put a tablet infront of me and rushed through a couple of things. I understand she was busy but i tried filling it in and had 2 small children, I asked a couple of questions and felt like I was an idiot the way I was spoken too and dismissed. However I've had a follow up appointment since then with the dentist mobi and Harriet. I was so nervous as I had to have fillings. They were so calm with me and let me take my time before they began and checked that I was ok. Harriet was so reassuring and held my hand whilst having my injections and made sure I was ok and talked me through what they were doing. Felt so relaxed and at ease and was such a better experience than I received from the reception. Thankyou for looking after me!

Negative experience: Don’t bother if you are a nhs patient for this reason my appointment was cancelled twice after waiting for nearly 2 months totally waste of time

Negative experience: We have had two appointments recently cancelled and rescheduled by Regency with no reasoning provided. Today, I rang to cancel an appointment for my husband (regrettably at short notice) as he has a high temperature and recent exposure to influenza virus. We have been removed from their client base and are no longer able to make appointments. I have received no empathy, understanding or professionalism from this dentistry practice.

Fantastic experience: I had wanted cosmetic dental work for the past 11 years. Last year I asked my dentist, Anil, if he could improve my smile. We started with stain removal using Airflow. This made a great difference to my confidence when smiling in public. This year after a consultation with Anil I went ahead with Enlighten whitening, a new crown, composite bonding on nine teeth and the renewal of three white filings on my front bottom teeth. I feel renewed! For many years I have been embarrassed to smile as my teeth let me down. Not now. I feel miles happier and look years younger. Anil made all this possible for me. His manner was gentle, reassuring and honest. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Negative experience: Made me wait 3 weeks for an "emergency" appointment and then refused to do the appointment because I was 5 minutes late.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous dental practice! We recently moved to Regency House and we’re so glad we did! I found out I needed to have a tooth extracted which I had done this morning. Dentist Dhan was excellent, no pain, not even when injecting the anaesthetic and plenty of relaxing reassurance from dental nurse Elle, all done efficiently and professionally. My partner found out he is a teeth grinder at night and now has a mouth guard to protect his teeth. Regency House Dental Practice have surpassed our expectations!

Fantastic experience: In horrendous pain I managed to get a cancellation at this Practice. I saw Dahn and Elle who assessed and recommended an extraction. Although shaking with nerves both Dahn (Dentist) and Elle (Dental Nurse) were fantastic and very reassuring. Both talked to me through out the procedure explaining what was happening and I can honestly say I felt nothing. I highly recommend this practice particularly for the more nervous amongst us. Fantastic experience: Absolutely can't fault this surgery. Had immense pain from a split molar. Called at 2pm and by 4.30pm the troublesome tooth was extracted. Wonderful dentist and a wonderful assistant. No pain at all through the whole process. Can't recommend enough.

I registered and saw Asad in November 2022, yesterday, 2nd Feb 2023 my treatment is complete and I no longer have a fear of the dentist. Fantastic experience: I found this dentist after my previous NHS dentist went private earlier this year. My experience has been nothing but positive; the receptionists are lovely and helpful and the nurses are calm, supportive and professional. A couple of weeks ago, I needed an emergency appointment and was seen that day. I was then told I needed a root canal and crown, which I had the following week. Maneet, my dentist, was amazing; I had no pain and she even saw me in her lunch hour! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Super team. Please be patient with the reception team, they may not answer your call straight away because the practice is so popular. When I was there today, they had some not very nice experiences because of very demanding and rude customers. Be nice people, good dentists are worth looking after!

Negative experience: Did think these was v good , i have had dentist cancel a few times now. But understood as these things happen. But went for my appointment, it was messed up and put in husbands name , sent up for apt to be called down because i couldnt be seen for my apt due too many cancelled apts Only like them ill health covid and hubby had mini stroke , i mean really? Oh and this apt im here but u sending me home . V concerned now but how my treatment and service is going to continue , tried phoning but never get through. Waiting for manager to call .

Fantastic experience: It's rare to find a dental practice that actually cares about its NHS patients, but at Regency House the staff certainly do. Fantastic experience: I’ve used regency house dentist for 12 months now I can’t thank my dentist mobi and nurse Courtney for the high standard of treatment I’ve received, up until regency dental practice I avoided any dentist at all costs after bad experiences. I can honestly say I’ve never felt a thing during treatment and they are brilliant about getting you seen in an emergency and out of pain even if it’s getting towards the end of the day , just over a week ago I broke my tooth mobi got me in and had a bridge fitted the day before my flight so I could eat and enjoy my holiday with no pain ,, it’s a massive yes and 5⭐️S from me thanks guys

I was fortunate to meet a dentist like Mr Ram who was able to provide me with the right options to rectify my teeth. Fantastic experience: Had a dental appointment today with Dentist Mobi and his dental nurse Courtney. They both made me feel at ease and the treatment was quick and painless. Also had my 2 year old daughter with me and they also made her feel happy and comfortable within the dental setting. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars but can't. After the anesthetic had worn off. I was back in pain if anything more pain, then I was before I visited. So after a £120 bill I will have to return to another dentist. If you go to Regency House you will be asked and advised to go private. During my appointment today a price of £700 was quoted if I went private. I was handed a Google review card from the dentist, which I found strange. Then with ten minutes of leaving the practice. I was sent a text asking to leave a Google review. I now know why they are trying to gain new patients. After my experience today I would avoid at all costs.

Positive experience: Mobi and Courtney were great today. Very friendly and easy to get along with would recommend to anyone.

I went to The Regency House Dental Practice in Bridgnorth.The dentist realised that I had been missing teeth at each side of my mouth for a long time (About 40 years in fact!) and eating was quite difficult. During that time no dentist has offered me a solution to this problem. The Regency House dentist suggested that I should have two partial dentures one with two teeth and one with four teeth. I agreed and they were made in under two weeks. It's taken some getting used to but I now have a full set of teeth and I can eat anything with them. I am still getting used to them 6 weeks later but they feel a bit more natural every day. Would I recommend this Dental Practice? I certainly would. I found the staff polite, friendly and professional. In today's world I found my experience to be a breath of fresh air. Thanks for this.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency extraction, I spoke to receptionist Kate who was very professional and polite on the phone, called me back got my booked in for that same day, saw dentist Mobi and assistant Ellie who made the whole experience comfortable. Cannot reccomened the dentist enough

Fantastic experience: First time at this dentist due to moving and we were so pleased we luckily had a brilliant dentist! Mobi is excellent with the kids, who were very worried as not been to a dentist for a while due to the pandemic! He made them feel really relaxed and happy and took his time with them, they now can't wait to go back to the dentist! Especially to get their stickers!
