Fantastic experience: The dentists at this clinic offer a pleasant environment and strive to ensure a pain-free experience. There is no pressure to have treatments beyond the necessary. If emergency treatment is needed a speedy appointment is offered. Finally, I feel less nervous about dental visits.

Fantastic experience: Superb treatment and atmosphere. Only downside is there is no safety handrail up two steps into the practice which can cause concern for those with a disability.

Negative experience: Very poor service!! During my holiday in Lyme Regis I went into the dental clinic on Friday afternoon and asked for help as I had a loose crown. It would have taken them just a few minutes to fix it. However, I did not get an appointment. Just information on the very!!! high prices they would have charged me with, in case I would have been treated. Well - thanks for this...

Fantastic experience: I had an extremely bad experience as a child. This was my first trip to a dentist in 50 years. Matthew was extremely patient, calm and methodical and any anxiety was soon forgotten. It was a very positive and painless experience.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant, I was made to feel comfortable, even though I was late, unfortunately i got my appointment time wrong, but Matthew still saw me examined my mouth, with an X-ray. He was very patient with my explanations of what I want, & then very informative of the choices available to me. This was a consultation, & I look forward to hearing from them, on how to move forward with my treatment.

Fantastic experience: I have just had approx 20 crowns fitted to replace 40 year old ones which were looking unsightly. Needless to say this was extensive treatment and expensive, however Matthew is such a comfortable person to be with, he is so friendly and approachable, and really tried to make me feel relaxed.. my only negative was i felt bit ropey a couple of times and would have loved a quiet room to sit in for a while rather than the waiting room, but this is a lot to ask i suppose , especially in a small building. Staff are very helpful and friendly .I am so pleased with my new teeth

Fantastic experience: This practice offers an unusually (in my experience) reassuring and thoughtful approach to dental treatment. For a start, the environment is lovely, clean and calm feeling. Beyond this and above all, the practitioners really make it outstanding for me, in their ability to reassure and offer a clear treatment plan, so that you know exactly what your treatment journey looks like and how much it will cost.

Fantastic experience: I first went here as an out-patient emergency appointment. I was distressed, in a lot of pain and extremely anxious. I saw Zarina - who was wonderful. She treated me with such attentive care, calming my nerves and putting me at ease (which isn't easy to do!). The receptionist staff are fab and really helpful. I went on to have the wisdom tooth removed, by Zarina - she is just incredible. Gentle, kind, talked me through everything and made me the most comfortable I have ever felt having work done on my teeth. I will be joining this surgery and will recommend Zarina to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: My appointment requirements were not straightforward, since I have been self isolating since March 2020, and am still very nervous about travelling and people contact. Matthew was very sympathetic and understanding, as always.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Zarina Surve Szilagyi for invasive ‘bridge’ work to be completed. She immediately put me at my ease, with her confident and knowledgeable approach, in explaining what dental work that would entail. She was professional at all times and throughout her work, kept me updated with what she was doing and how it was going. I loved to hear her say ‘that is perfect’ after she had finished various procedures. The dental nurse called Lucia was also caring and professional, they worked very well together and were a great team. I felt comfortable throughout my time in the chair and I didn’t feel any pain. I felt, I was in good and safe hands. In my opinion, they were first class and I walked out of the clinic a very happy client.

At the surgery, I was welcomed and treated with respect. The dentist explained what she was going to do and made me feel comfortable. We discussed follow up treatment and payment options, agreed a plan and I booked my next appointment which was confirmed by email.

I have had a very annoying small problem, but big to me and it has not been to much trouble and between them they are getting it put right.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to Lyme bay. I have had issues with my teeth build up over the years due to a fear of dentists and not trusting them. Matthew and Peter are brilliant. Since starting my treatment I have moved house. Their treatment is so excellent I now travel 3 hours each way just to be sure I have them treat me. I’ve recommended them to many many people. Honestly worth ever second of travel. Highly highly recommend if nervous to kickstart regular dental visits. Been seeing them since 2019 now.
