Negative experience: Shocking aftercare After 2 years and over £2000 spent, Neo can’t wait to get rid of their patients. Currently 3 weeks waiting to hear from an issue I’ve experienced with the fixed retainer that was promised to last 5 years, but has barely lasted 12 months. Promised a call back on a number of occasions as I’ve still not signed off my treatment plan - and this will not be signed off until I get this resolved - and find myself always having to chase. More recently I’ve been told it will be corrected, but it’ll cost me £300 to do so! Naturally I’m disputing this but coincidentally Neo have fallen silent. Keep getting excuse after excuse; “oh your dentist has left”, “oh your dentist hasn’t released their appointment dates yet”, “the computers are down and we can’t access your information”. Shocking

Fantastic experience: Moreya and Stella have been amazing since the beginning of my treatment I have been with the practice since July 23

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, no complaints at all and the two lady’s Morey and Stella made my son feel so comfortable, talked him through the full procedure.

Negative experience: Constantly rings me and leaves messages about someone called Beaux’s appointments. I’ve already asked twice to remove my information and clearly they haven’t. So if your child goes here called Beaux they keep data breaching your kids info fyi. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been coming to neo for her orthodontic treatment for the last 18months. Just had her appointment to fit retainers after getting her braces off last week. We are over the moon with the results. Her teeth look amazing! Staff are warm and friendly and really put my daughter at ease. We would highly recommend Neo!

Fantastic experience: Initially very slow and long waits between appointments. Since the arrival of Dr Hamza and his new team progress was rapid and my son's teeth were aligning in front of our eyes. Dr Hamza is very professional and his team follow his instructions very well. We were very fortunate to have the people at Neo taking care of my son. It's astonishing to see the transformation from where his teeth were to how they are now. We appreciate and are very thankful for your dedication, professionalism and keeping us updated at every stage. And finally thankyou for the care and patience you've shown and most importantly, great results at the end.

We had a different dental nurse today, Shannon, who was lovely and the orthodontist was amazing with my daughter as always. A fantastic practice will lovely staff. They have been seeing my daughter for a year now and I couldn't recommend them enough.
