Fantastic experience: Another appointment done and as I was asked to leave a review, I thought it would be rude not to update this one. I have used the surgery for nearly 10 years from NHS treatment, cosmetic dentistry and hygiene appointments. Everything from the point of booking is so simple, fantastic reception staff, great dental nurses and the dentists are really clear about the work and always on hand to sort out any questions. I have not compared prices much but they always seem reasonable sums involved and when I did look about, in line with others. Only downside, the stair hand rails.... so awkward to grip for us disabled folk, that is the only moan.

Negative experience: I feel scammed. 10 mins consultation just to be referred to something else. This is why they are taking £67 upfront.

Negative experience: I’ve been registered with this dental practice for around two years, and every single appointment has felt rushed - usually lasting no more than a couple of minutes. At my most recent check-up, I raised concerns about pain in a specific tooth. The dentist gave it a quick glance, assumed it was related to an old filling, and immediately quoted me £320 for a private treatment - I was out the door in less than 2 minutes! No NHS options were mentioned, no X-rays were taken to confirm the issue (or even that it was the correct tooth), and I wasn’t provided with any written treatment plan. When I followed up by email, the dentist’s response was even more troubling. She either confused me with another patient or deliberately misrepresented the appointment - claiming conversations and options that simply didn’t happen. This has completely eroded my trust in the practice. There’s also zero pricing transparency. Their website has no clear list of costs, and whenever I’ve asked for prices in writing, they refuse to provide them by email and insist on calling instead. I’ve never received a treatment plan for any quoted work, and they always insist on 100% upfront payment just to book an appointment. This feels more like a business focused on upselling private treatments than a dental practice focused on patient care. I will be finding a new dentist, and I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at this dental practice. Dr. Olesya is a highly skilled and caring dentist who explains everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease. She takes the time to listen and always provides the best care. She also brilliant with kids. The whole team is wonderful – Katrina and Nadia are so welcoming, friendly, smiley and professional. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and well looked after. It’s rare to find a practice where everyone works so seamlessly together to create such a positive atmosphere. I’m very grateful for their outstanding care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental emergency with my implant crown, and I can’t thank Dr Michael Lee, Dani at reception and the team enough for the incredible care I received. From the moment I called in, they understood my situation and made space to see me right away. The level of professionalism and kindness was outstanding. Not only did they expertly fit my new crown, but they also explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. What could have been a stressful experience turned into a huge relief thanks to their calm, reassuring approach. My crown feels fantastic. Like it’s always been there and I left the office with a big smile (literally!). It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such skill with genuine compassion, and I feel very lucky to be a patient here.

However, Dr. Michael Lee has completely restored my faith in dentistry. The filling looks and feels amazing, and I felt no pain throughout the entire procedure. Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient, I was surprisingly ok after my long 45 minute procedure with Mr Lee. Very pleased with the care and attention Mr Lee and Monica the dental nurse gave me. I chose this practice because of Mr Lee's great reviews, so I was very disappointed to hear that he will be only seeing private patients going forward. If I could afford to stay with him I would. I'm lucky to be getting NHS treatment, just hoping the dentist I see in the future is as good as Mr Lee!

Compared to my previous dental experiences this has been amazing, the equipment is all well kept and the facilities look first class! The staff are really great from the front desk attendant, dentist, dental assitant to the hygenists and her assistants! Everyone knows what they are doing and would easily recommend this dental site to any of my friends of family.

The Dentists I see often change but they are all very nice, explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. They are patient and caring. I just wish there were more parking spaces. I had a crown fitted recently and everything went very smoothly. The dentist explained everything before she started and took less time than expected.

All staff were kind and sympathetic to all of our varied needs and were able to offer prompt follow up appointments for each family member.
