There really is a sincere and heart felt family culture built within the whole team at the practice. I have recently finished the 6 months smile program and cannot thank Dr. Ravi Panesar enough for his professionalism and attention to detail, in particular with the creativeness and understanding with the corrections I wanted to design with my smile. Ravi was very compassionate in his method of delivery and with what was realistic and what my options were as to which aligner product he felt would work best. Fantastic experience: After years of traumatic dental experiences, I truly believed I would never be able to trust a dentist again. From the very first appointment with Dr Ravi Panesar, I was treated with so much patience, compassion, and genuine understanding, and for the first time in years, I felt safe in a dental chair. Living with OCD and anxiety makes dental treatment especially difficult for me, but everything was done at my pace, with constant reassurance and zero judgement. Every step was clearly explained, which helped calm my fears so much. I had a tooth extraction, and it went incredibly smoothly. I was absolutely terrified beforehand, but Dr Ravi Panesar’s calm, confident manner instantly put me at ease. You can clearly tell he has years of experience — everything was handled so gently and professionally. I am beyond grateful for the care I received. This experience has not only improved my dental health, but it has also helped me rebuild trust after years of fear. I honestly cannot recommend Dr Ravi Panesar highly enough, especially to anyone struggling with anxiety or past trauma.

The staff were very pleasant and kind, giving me an appointment for 4pm that afternoon which, thanks to the expertise of the dentist, fixed the problem and for which I am very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Highly professional service that caters for NHS patients as well as private. No visit to the dentist can be described as a pleasant experience but all the staff make you feel at ease as much as possible. Treatment and advice is top rate by people that know what they are doing and care for their customers. Communication is first class, you will not forget an appointment and if you need an emergency appointment they will do everything they can to see you swiftly. Unfortunately we all need to have access to a dentist and I’m glad I’m on their books

The outside first impression of this practice is off putting due to the awfulness of the shabby state of the blue front door, this immediately rings alarm bells in your head. Fantastic experience: Excellent and prompt service. I had suffered with toothache for a few weeks and like a lot of people had tried to ignore it. I phoned Pan Dental on Friday afternoon and they were able to get me into an emergency appointment on Monday morning. I don’t know what I was so worried about, Dr Ravi Panesar was amazing, totally reassuring and put me at ease straight away, he’s explained exactly what needs to happen giving me all the the options. Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Pan Dental today and was seen by Dr. Ravi Panesar. Despite some negative feedback I’ve come across from a few patients—which, to be fair, is quite limited—my personal experience has been completely the opposite. I believe those negative comments do not accurately reflect his character or care. Dr. Panesar genuinely listens, and his passion for dentistry clearly goes beyond just a job title; it truly shines through. I have already booked some treatment moving forward and will gladly provide feedback once completed. I don’t want any potential new patients to be discouraged by what I consider to be misleading comments about him. I would highly recommend Pan Dental to anyone seeking NHS, private, or mixed dental care. After discussing it with my partner, we have decided that she and our two children will also transition to Pan Dental. The 30-minute drive is absolutely worth it. I understand the challenges the government has created for both dental clinics and patients, but Pan Dental clearly cares deeply for all their patients, whether NHS or private. Thank you for a positive and reassuring experience.

Fantastic experience: I started my dental journey at pan dental in September 2024. Having a long history of gum disease and a phobia of the dentist I was dreading going. Ravi and the lady’s on the reception were so welcoming, they made me feel calm. My first appointment was through with photos and X-rays taken. Ravi was clear with my plan and answered any questions I had. It’s now June 2024, I don’t fear going anymore. My dental plan is still ongoing, but I have my confidence back and finding Pan dental was a life changer. I can’t thank them enough.

Positive experience: I recently had my hygienist appointment and was rather surprised at how short my time in the chair was. My appointment was for 1.30pm arrived 5 minutes before, i was called by the hygienist’s assistant at 1.34 answered the usual questions about what toothbrush I use etc for 2 minutes and was then finished and done by 1.46. A total of 12 minutes. I mentioned this to the hygienist and receptionist but didn’t get much of a clear response.

Positive experience: I recently visited Pan Dental for a 2:30 PM appointment, arriving promptly at 2:25 PM. After sitting in the waiting area for 25 minutes, the receptionist asked if anyone hadn't checked in. I responded, thinking my presence was obvious (being a 190 cm, 100 kg guy, I thought I was hard to miss ). Apparently, I was supposed to check in, a procedure I had never done before at this clinic. The dental therapist (a new role I wasn't aware of) decided not to see me because of this oversight. They rescheduled me for next week with a dentist and apologized for the misunderstanding. Lesson learned: Always check in, even if you think you're visible enough to be noticed! While I appreciate the rescheduling, I was there due to a broken tooth with a sharp edge hurting my cheek. As a customer seeking service, I believe the supplier should proactively ensure everything is in order. Hopefully, my next visit will be smoother.

Fantastic experience: Extremely great experience with Mo and the team yesterday. Had 2 implants inserted. Very slick process and no pain through the procedure or after. I would highly recommend and do not be scared of having implants. Having a tooth removed is more painful. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic experience: Just got a crown fitted today, as usual Lauren was quick, efficient and friendly. Temporary crown came off easily so no drilling or anaesthetic needed. Colour matched perfectly.

This is maintained by the dental nursing staff and confirmed by all three , highly qualified and experienced practitioners I have received treatment from. The dental work I have experienced., and I am a new patient, has been of the very highest quality in my opinion. I had an excellent relationship and professional experience with my previous dentist over a long period. I was interested to see if my decision to join a new practice would be the right one , given the 120 mile round trip required to my previous one ! It has been! I receive top quality professional treatment whilst now travelling a mere 120 yards ( alright , for younger readers , “ metres !) door to door ! Thank you Pan Dental! !

Negative experience: I registered as an NHS patient and was quoted a lot of money to remove/repair a broken tooth. Spoke of referral to Solihull and when I needed an urgent appointment, nobody contacted me. If you have money to burn, these guys will help you to waste some it. If you need help, look elsewhere.

Negative experience: I had a checkup booked, last time i saw a lovely lady.. This time it was a man whom i believe was called Ravi... I have never been spoken to in such a rude, Obnoxious, condescending way in my entire life.. I was so upset and angry when i left.. And will never go back there... I felt as I'm a lady over 60 and having nhs treatment he some how felt he could talk down to me.. I have spoken to my friends about him and they have all said the same.. So not a big hit in Warwick within our age group.. VERY RUDE AND UNPLEASANT MAN.

Negative experience: As a nervous patient and having to have an extraction, wasn’t very calm. Dentist was very blasé with me, in fact borderline rude - When I asked him to be extra nice he said “I don’t give anybody any special treatment - everybody gets treated the same”. When treating me and I panicked, he was really rude stating that he was using sharp and expensive equipment and to “just raise your hand, don’t panic”. That being said, tooth removed successfully as an emergency.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists in my time and Dr Ravi Panesar is so amazing at his job. I was told I would need root canal but Dr Panesar advised that I only needed a filling (which was not easy to achieve on my tooth) he took his time and was so gentle giving me the injection, I never felt a thing. He explained what he was going to do before and during the procedure. After my numbness had worn off I had no pain and never felt like I had anything done. He is certainly one of the finest dentists who is a perfectionist and I can’t praise enough. I am usually afraid of dentists but not with Dr Panesar.

I am extremely nervous about visiting the dentist however Mo was very patient and explained everything as he went along doing his best to put me at ease which unfortunately for him is no easy task! Wonderful service, lovely friendly staff... I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for the extraction of 3 teeth which were all together in my lower jaw. A straightforward triple extraction should have taken about 45 minutes but sadly my teeth never seem to be straightforward! I must thank Dr Murdoch and Dr Panesar for their perseverance in removing the offending teeth, a process which took close on two hours. Considering the amout of tugging and drilling that was necessary to remove the teeth, the level of discomfort during and post extraction was pretty minor. A great job from Pan Dental - Thanks.
