Fantastic experience: Visited Hacton Dental Care today for my first consultation and hygiene appointment (recently changed dentists). First impression - clean bright and inviting clinic. Stacey the receptionist was pleasant, friendly and helpful. I found Kiran (Hygienist) to be knowledgeable, she took the time to explain the process, concerns; there weren’t many and recommendations for maintaining good oral hygiene. Kiran’s assistant (apologies for not including your name) was also very friendly and made me feel at ease during my time there. All in all a great first experience. Definitely recommend Hacton Dental Care.

The staff are super friendly and so their utmost to get you those all important appointments especially when there’s an emergency. The quality of the dental care is first class. The staff at the practice were extremely welcoming and professional, creating a positive and reassuring experience throughout our visit.

Fantastic experience: Raj carried out a gum graft procedure on me to treat gum recession. He was outstanding. The results were fantastic and I was really pleased. His patient care is exceptional, he explains things very clearly, discusses options and takes the time to make sure patients understand. He went out of his way to check how I was getting on in the recovery period. I would highly recommend Raj and Hacton Dental Care!

Fantastic experience: Had a dental hygienist appointment with Misha. She was so lovely and made me feel at ease. I was so nervous and scared, and I didn’t have a clue what to expect. I felt so much better after seeing my teeth. I will need a few more follow up sessions but so far, i feel like I am slowly getting my confidence back. Negative experience: Call them as I had a really bad teeth,pain and I called and said i want a full examination and that would be £80 I said that was ok, he did said all my teeth was really bad and would cost between 40 to 50k if I was people I would stay away from these I said to him I can’t afford that and he started laughing at me bunch of crooks stay away. You will have more problems.

Fantastic experience: Visited the hygienist Aisosa as needed a clean. Now I have fear of dentists so bad that I have to be sedated for any treatment, but with Aisosa’s calm approach and instruction to raise my hand if I needed her to stop I manage to get through it. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Aisosa is the best hygienist I have had. Very thorough clean! Good advice given too on the correct size interdental brushes to use in between visits and tips on how to keep teeth in good condition. The dentists are very professional and friendly. It is a lovely, well organised dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: Saw Hygienist this morning. Very thorough examination. Scale and polish the best one I've ever had. Friends asked if I had had my teeth whitened they looked so good. Also got advice on toothbrush techniques and recommendations for dry mouth products. Was given samples. Will most definitely return.

Despite the changes the whole team has always been very helpful and professional. I had an appointment today and as ever, Stacey in reception was very friendly and welcoming. My appointment was for dental hygiene with Aisosa Irabor - she was very professional and helpful, making sure I knew what I should be doing to ensure good dental hygiene. I would certainly recommend this very good dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Hacton dental care were the only practise in the area who were willing and able to help me with an emergency appointment for a broken brace. The reception staff were so friendly and fitted me in as quickly as they could, even calling to offer a sooner appointment when they had a cancellation. The service for my repair was excellent and I'm so relieved to be pain free! Thank you.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been treated by Hacton Dental care for some years now. Yesterday she had her braces removed and today, was treated by Dr Sheth who applied composite bonding to two of her teeth to make them more aesthetically pleasing. I just cannot find the words to say how happy and grateful we are with the results. It's been an emotional day for both of us seeing the difference this has made, but Megan cannot stop smiling and looking at them! It is hard to imagine the instant confidence that this treatment has given her. Positive experience: We had an appointment for 11.20 for an emergency tooth extration and arrived at 11.15. We wrte told at 11.50 that the dentist was running late and would be 5 mins. Saw the dentist at 12.05. The receiption had no facilities i.e. no water, tea or coffee. However, the dentist was very good, he explained everything before hand, during and after.

Absolutely amazing staff walk you through every procedure and calm any nerves or stress before, during and after treatment. They have made me forget every negative view of going to the dentist in only 2 check ups including having a filling. The anesthetic was administered so painlessly that I had no idea they had even done it! Cant wait for my next visit! Cheers guys!
