Fantastic experience: Always very helpful when I have my appointments.

Fantastic experience: Came into the practice, extremely nervous and anxious but was immediately put at ease by Dr Kshitij. He did everything he could to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. This continued through my follow up appointments. All the staff have been extremely friendly and I can't thank them enough for the help they've given me.

Fantastic experience: I took my baby girl for the Halloween Kids Day and the dentist and all of the staff were amazing with her. It was her first time and the dentist was showing her around the room and even let her sit in the dentist chair for a photo to mark her first dentist visit. She got a little certificate for attending the Halloween event. Cant recommend enough if you have young children!

Fantastic experience: Daughters first time to the dentist in some time, as to be expected she was somewhat apprehensive and nervous but that was soon forgotten about. It was a children’s fun day with some games and colouring and some catchy music playing all in aid of getting the kids to forget where they are. Worked a treat for mine. Only had to wait a few minutes to be seen and she soon relaxed into the chair for her checkup!! Great team, great fun.. already asked when she coming back

Fantastic experience: I recently had treatment to remove several damaged and broken teeth, followed by the fitting of new dentures that were expertly colour-matched to my remaining natural teeth. The results are fantastic — I absolutely love my new smile, and it’s already starting to rebuild my confidence. From the beginning, Harry and the team were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I originally went in thinking dental implants would be my best option, but Harry was refreshingly honest. He explained that while implants were possible, they wouldn’t be ideal at this stage and would likely need to be replaced in a short time. He advised that, with some lifestyle changes, they might be a good option in the future — a level of honesty and care that’s hard to come by. What really stood out to me was how gentle and considerate Harry was throughout the treatment. As someone who has always been quite frightened of going to the dentist, I can’t recommend him highly enough to others who feel the same way. This has been a truly positive experience, and I’m so grateful for the care I received

Positive experience: Since the Iranian dentist left the quality has definitely dropped, at least in my experience. However, the plus side is that it's easier to get an appointment. They seem to be more focused on promoting whitening and cosmetic work, though not sure I'd trust that given how poor the work has been with me. Hopefully I'm just N outlier and you have better luck.

Negative experience: I missed an appointment due to travel abroad after a close family member died. With everything that was going on, I completely forgot about the appointment... got kicked out of the surgery after being a patient there for a number of years... I understand that patients MAY be kicked if they miss appointment, doesn't mean that they have to. Unless of course you look for any excuse to get rid of any NHS patients due to the level of NHS funding. At least could be open about it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Harry is fantastic! He is so kind, careful, and efficient. My complicated extraction of a large molar was painless and so quick! I didn’t even realise the tooth was out. An absolutely lovely experience (and that’s saying something—as it’s getting a tooth pulled! ) with nothing to worry about. He takes the time to explain things and is very nice. I will definitely be booking in with him again soon!

Fantastic experience: I was incredibly anxious before my wisdom tooth extraction – I even cried from stress. But Dr Shruti was so calm, kind and reassuring. She explained everything clearly and made me feel safe and comfortable throughout. The injections were barely noticeable, the extraction itself was quick and painless. She also gave me clear and helpful aftercare advice. I truly felt cared for, and I can’t recommend her enough – especially if you’re nervous about dental visits. ❤️

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Pedmore Valley Dental Practice, specifically the reception staff. The receptionist clearly lacks respect for patients and seems uninterested in doing her job properly. We received an incorrect appointment reminder, and when we showed up, there was no apology for their mistake. Her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional—if she dislikes her job so much, perhaps she should consider quitting. While the dentists at this practice are very nice and friendly, the poor reception service has made me decide to change my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth extraction followed a few weeks later by a bone graft and dental implant which was performed by Kshitij Sharan "Harry " and his team. The whole procedure was explained to me beforehand and all my questions and concerns addressed. This put me at ease and I felt reassured. All went well on the day of the bone graft and implant and I was very impressed with the excellent level of service I received both during and after the procedure. I would definitely recommend Pedmore Valley Dental Practice.
