Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing with my daughter who has had a terrible traumatic experience with previous dentist, shes also autistic and the dentist was kind, explained everything, asked questions, answered questions and took his time with her , this has made a huge difference and I will not go anywhere else now, if you have a disability or have bad anxiety please go here !

Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist with a phobia of the dentist’s and teeth due to having a bad experience when I was a child, and dentist Jordan was amazing, I went for a standard check up, two fillings necessary for under 400 pounds including a hygienist appointment , decent price for really really amazing treatment. My nerves were put at ease and I was taken seriously in my concerns and I really felt seen and heard and Jordan once again was extremely caring and talked me through every step of the check up. I will definitely stick with this dentist for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: I have just taken my son to Crowborough dental clinic and cannot recommend them enough. My son is very nervous and anxious of anything medical. Alex was really calm with my son and gave him time and space. He explained gently what would happen, my son left smiling and said how easy it was. When I mentioned that we'll be going back to see him for future check ups he was really positive and happy. Something that he has never expressed in the past. Thank you Alex.

Fantastic experience: I was given a prompt appointment to sort out a broken tooth. The temporary repair was quick and straight forward and an explanation given of possible options to fix the tooth on a future appointment. Very satisfied with the treatment and explanations given.

She helped me to get a place to check up on the next day that I phone in (as someone just canceled the booking). The doctor is very professional, friendly and caring. The doctor open a new set of tools for my check up which is extremely hygienic and professional. I have great experience in this clinic and no doubt my whole families registered to this clinic. I will definitely introduce this clinic to my friends.

Negative experience: Line unavailable. I had to give up after waiting 35 minutes and being "3rd in the queue" for 25 minutes. Not sure about treatment as I could not even book an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff are always friendly and helpful. Helpfully they send you a link to complete your forms online, so you can just arrive, and sit down in the waiting room. The only down side is the parking. There are only 2 or 3 spaces available. Sometimes it can be very difficult to park, as if those spaces are full, the only other parking is quite far away.
