Negative experience: One star is too much. Tried to see dentist and told removed from list. Contacted dental hospital who said I'm still on their list, but they still refuse to see me. Not good. I see several other people had the same problem with being removed from list. Some rude staff. Was so much better when it was Mr and Mrs Diamond. Would give minus of I could. Would never treat the public the way some of the staff do.

Fantastic experience: As dentists go I think it must be one of the best. I’ve had a fear of dentists since I was a child. I explained this to my dentist (Julie) who has been nothing of fantastic with me. Very patient and caring. They’re not great for a fun day out but if you’re in need of dental work then I would recommend them. The staff here go the extra mile

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Diamond and Diamond Dental Practice when Mr. & Mrs. Diamond were there. Obviously lots of new faces since then but wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent service and the Receptionists are so nice and helpful.

Negative experience: Went into dentist room. Wasn’t there any more than 2 mins. £16 14p. Would have been cheaper to cancel it. I asked if they could repair my denture Then left. Robbery

Negative experience: I'd strongly avoid them. I needed work done at beginning of lockdown but as we all heard that dentists were only accepting emergencies so I waited until after lockdown (thinking I was doing the right thing) and when I phoned they said because I hadn't used them they had removed me as a patient, I explained the reason why I hadn't been THEN they said it was because I used another dentist (which I hadn't). I still don't know the real reason they removed me but I let people know my experience with them.

Negative experience: Used to be good, better than my previous dentist who actually killed someone! Charged me £30 for missed appointments asked for evidence of this still waiting 2 years later. Not the greatest of staff members behind the front desk I believe it to be if you’re face fits type of place.

Fantastic experience: My dentist at this surgery is Dr Paul Henderson. He is an amazing dentist. He is so comforting and reassuring and makes you feel at ease. He has a very professional mannerism and is fantastic at his job. I wouldn’t have anyone else be my dentist. Paul is an asset to the surgery.

Negative experience: They were good before covid BS. It seems this has just made healthcare system really bad. I had an appointment booked for April 2020 that was cancelled because of lockdown. For the past two days I’ve been having toothache, called in today to try and book an appointment, they don’t have availability for this month, so I need to call in the morning when it opens for daily emergencies. These slots are only made available on the day, and if you’re not lucky enough to get one, you’ll need to try the next day. In the meantime, you get stuck with your toothache. When I should have already been booked in for an appointment since my last one was cancelled.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience have been in horrendous pain on the bottom right hand side of my mouth. They took an x-ray and placed a temporary filling in. Didn't tell me what was wrong. I had to ask and he said "oh it's only a broken tooth" - then told me to book another appointment and the closest appointment was start of December and I left in pain. I'm now on holiday and still in pain and had to see an emergency dentist in Spain with a second appointment tomorrow. Really not happy with the dentist and would like to change so that I don't deal with him again. Now also have a gum infection and have been told I have dirty teeth by a dentist in Spain.

Negative experience: Had the "pleasure" of speaking to Lynne on the phone regarding my 4 yo son. Very condescending. Very robotic. No empathy whatsoever. All the rest of the team are lovely.

Negative experience: Shocking they keep putting me off and my upper top teeth fall apart they want even book me in to fix this shocking im in process taken them to court

Negative experience: Very poor correspondence, not heard from them in well over a year and they send one cheeky letter saying I owe £20 and despite numerous letters have not paid? What letters??

Fantastic experience: Well what can you say about visiting the dentist. Usually You are in agony and terrified. This is how I was until I actually arrived there. As soon as I entered the practice, I was put at ease by the smiles, and the very welcoming greetings, of the staff at the reception area. I was treated by the delightful Lucy, who very gently and painlessly (no kidding, it was painless.) dealt with the offending molar. I left the surgery very relieved and much happier, than I arrived.

Fantastic experience: I was scared of the dentist when I finally made the decision to join Diamond Dental, I needed a lot of work done since it was over 10 years since my last visit to a dentist. I was introduced to my current dentist, Paul Henderson, I told him my fears and he said he would go slowly and gently, and explained everything in great detail as to my upcoming treatment. It was fantastic!! Pain free considering the amount of treatment I needed done, I thought that was a miracle, not only did I receive the best dental treatment I've ever had, but Paul helped me overcome my fear. Diamond Dental has certainly changed my opinion about visiting the scary dentist, and I would recommend them to anyone, so much so I got a form to fill in so my sons can go there too. Absolutely phenomenal, the reception staff are always friendly and welcoming, very informative too, and I'm not changing my dentist ever again, keep up the great work!!
