And I would never go anywhere else, from the fabulous Anne and Dee who are always so lovely, warm and freindly, to my dentist Gary with Jo where we always have a laugh (believe it or not!). My teeth history is a bit dire and emergency appointments were constant but they always tried to fit me in. Now my teeth are excellent, thanks to them. I could not recommend Kings Avenue more.

I was trying to book an appointment for afterwards but when Gary heard what was happening he insisted on seeing me the day before even though that meant giving up his lunch hour. There's no way I'd go anywhere else now. They're incredibly friendly and you feel comfortable and safe.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been avoiding going to the dentist for quite a while (fear…yes I’m of that generation) but finally had to succumb (2 cracked teeth and pain in another) Well…I can’t sing Dominic’s praises loud enough! He rebuilt (not sure what the technical term is) 2 teeth and managed to save the painful one (no root canal) and gave everything a good scrub! I feel like a new person. Next time I won’t leave it so long!

Fantastic experience: Dr Dominic Lawlor has been our family dentist for 30 years. Today he extracted my right upper back molar . Having "numbed me" he began cleaning my teeth, stopped, then said, "That's the tooth out." I did not feel a thing. The reception staff and nurses are friendly and caring and, of course, Dominic is an excellent dentist. Treatments and crowns..

Fantastic experience: Gary is an excellent dentist and the KADS team supporting him brilliant. My family have been with this practice for some 20+ years & have always received first class care & attention. However the team excelled even more this week when my son needed urgent treatment. The emergency appointment was made without hesitation and Gary did an absolutely magnificent job rebuilding my boy’s front tooth to such an extent that, when he finally emerged, it was difficult to tell which had been the broken tooth. So a massive thank you Gary and the team - your skill and support are invaluable.

Fantastic experience: Finally, I found an excellent dentist for my treatment that requires expertise. Dr. Gary Cohen is very caring and professional in handling my case. Initially, I managed to do an online consultation with him through google messaging and he immediately replied and catered my concerns even though it was already around 7-8 in the evening. Then in the morning, I called the reception to be able to book an appointment which was very easy. Upon arriving at the clinic, Dr. Gary explained the procedure and made sure I won't feel any discomfort while removing my wisdom tooth. ♥️ As for the reception staff, they were very accommodating and caring. Kings's Avenue is highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I used to travel miles to a dentist they recommended that I needdd lot of preventative work done I questioned this and wanted a second opinion. I was lucky enough to get an appointment locally with Domonic who after consultation told me I did not need thousands of pounds worth of work. I also did not need to see an orthodontist. He actually complimented me on my teeth hygiene. I feel like I’ve won the lottery in meeting this honest and fantastic dentist. Also the receptionist Anne is very friendly and helpful! Fantastic experience: I expect few people will readily express pleasure about looking forward to a visit with their Dentist - as I do gleefully with Gary & his team at Kings Ave Dental. I am constantly mesmerised, and with a sense of Awe, as Gary performs his Magic so calmly & skilfully - and without the pain I might otherwise experience & dread. Over the years, he has had to deal with an array of dental issues & challenges which I present him with for maintaining my ageing ‘dental apparatus’ - and for me to be able to continue enjoying the pleasure I derive from using it. This has included the whole gamut of remedial work - root canals, replacement crowns, extractions, implant & bone regeneration surgery - while always seeking to preserve & strengthen what there is to work with. I regularly leave as I entered - with welcome relief and a Joyful Smile - which sometimes gets expressed as a Giggle of Delight with the Magic he has just painlessly performed.

Fantastic experience: I feel so relieved to have at last found an excellent dentist for my treatment that I have been delaying for too long. Gary Cohen is the most caring and understanding dentist I have ever been to and I was very impressed with the way he works in partnership with Tina. I had an hour long appointment yesterday and felt reassured and safe thanks to all the time Gary took to explain the procedure. Any pain or discomfort was minimal thanks to his expertise. The reception staff are equally welcoming and caring. I’m sure no-one enjoys having to go to the dentist but I could not recommend the Kings Avenue practice any more highly.

Fantastic experience: My nightmare turned into a fairy tale. I managed to crack a tooth in a couple of places at the beginning of the Easter Bank Holiday and suffered in pain throughout the holiday period. Wishing to remain loyal and to benefit from Dominic’s great reputation and experience I went into the practice at the first opportunity of it opening on Tuesday morning. The receptionist Dee was busy from 8:30am onwards answering two phones at the same time by relentless emergency patients wanting instant appointments and obviously in distress. Dee responded to the callers with great consideration and empathy. She, and Annie, are definitely an asset to this business. True to her word, Dee managed to get me an emergency appointment that same afternoon that gave me instant pain relief thanks to Dominic. This practice is an absolute gem and I can’t recommend the whole team highly enough. Very trustworthy and professional. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I had been to several dentists before but my osteopath told me to try Kings Avenue, I have been so pleased with the dentists and staff that I decided to stay on and its about 5 years now since I have been with them. My favourite dentist is Samar, she gave me a new lease of life after I had been diagnosed with Trigeminal neuralgia. I had been on tablets because of the excruciating pain for many years. Samar did a thorough check up and told me that a mouth guard will help as I was clenching my teeth. Since then for 8 months I have been wearing my mouth guard and I am back to normal without any pain killers. I must mention Ann and Dee the receptionists who have been very helpful and so pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Was introduced to this practice a few years ago. I travel for about an hour but it's well worth it. Very clean and professional . A bit of improvement has been made since the COVID pandemic lockdown which is welcome. Have had work done by Samar over the last few years. Always a nice smile, work never forced on you and easy to negotiate if there is something you need done or treatment you may prefer. Gives good advice an practical tips and suggestions. Now easier to fill in details and quicker more efficient service. Reception and all staff are welcoming respectful and friendly. Easy to converse. They give you their best. You are at ease. Fantastic experience: Dominic is fantastic at putting you at ease and his dentistry is second to none. He is funny, gentle, and kind. I finally have a comfortable mouth and no pain when eating.

Fantastic experience: I had an appt this morning about my teeth and what could be done given that they were falling apart a bit. Had a careful and thorough chat and then revealed that I hoped to have a major op on my abdomen in the next few months but couldn't be sure of the exact timings. Decided together that the best option was to leave until after the op which had to take precedence as it was more important and the possible consequences of having to turn down the opportunity were serious. And my new teeth could be damaged in the course of the op with all sorts of tubes sticking down my throat and bashing into my teeth. And we also had a good open talk about the costs. I came away with a spring in my step, feeling confident that I am in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Tooth Removal. Like most people,I have always been very anxious about going to the dentist. Especially following the diagnosis with my tooth pain and finding out the subsequent infection and abscess of my tooth. I was advised to have the tooth removed which was a difficult decision. However, I was lucky enough to see Roz and be treated by her. Roz was extremely professional, helpful and explained everything that would happen with the removal of my tooth. Fortunately it all went without a hitch. But I was expecting the post removal pain to be extreme, but too my surprise after the local anaesthetic had worn off it really wasn’t that bad. Three days after the tooth removal l can confirm that no further pain or discomfort has occurred. Now all I need to do is decide what to do with the hole in my mouth where the tooth was. My options are Root Canal and Crown or implant. I will give these options some thought! Thanks again Roz for all your patience and help. Best wishes, Simon
